Some questions about droids

1. Can we use them as PCs?
2. If so, in the bio, under species would we have to put droid then what series of droids they are, like the R2 series, HK series, IG series, etc.
3. Are we only allowed if we are wanting to be a droid, to use the canon droid lines, or are we allowed to be some of the legend droid lines as long as they're not op, an example would be the HK line of droids

2. Its not required, but you probably should.

3. Droids are kind of in a grey area. What droid where you considering using?

I have seen a few HK droids before and they can be fun to play with.

An HK-Series droid, I ask since the series hasn't been in canon at all and so far has only been in legends

ok well thought I would ask. What about a droid protector or assasin like what Xizor had in shadows of the empire?

Norb's has used droids for PC's several times, his HK and his CZ for example. They were fairly basic and didn't require a tech write up (that I can recall).

@Taz i was more talking about a character having an NPC human replica droid with him at all times.

You could do that, I guess. Although it wouldnt really be able to protect your character, as NPCs are inherently weaker than PCs. You could have them for flavor, though.

ya i know what you mean. it was going to be maily for character development and when i am rp'ing with people that hrd can add a little something extra to the mix
