Sorry guys I went away for a short holiday and then I came down with a rather vicious fever before being admitted to hospital for a particularly nasty chest infection, I've only just been discharged and ordered to have at least five days rest so I can't promise being fit enough to get online I find myself short of breath and very confused at the moment I'm only able to type this up because is so doped right now I'm lucid.

Sorry for holding you all up will hopefully be back with you by next week

Feeling slightly better, we'll enough to actually focus for long enough to post, in any of my posts are sub par forgive me I'm still tanked up on mess trying to shift this infection, on a plus note I've lost loads of weight because of it.
