DESCRIPTION
The OZ-12SMS "Taurus" Interceptor was designed by CEC to provide a highly agile starfighter to militaries and militias across the Galaxy in the wake of the Hundred Years Darkness. Presented as a ship capable of destroying most pirate freighters, when flown by skilled pilots, due to agility, speed and armament, the Taurus was expected to 'fly off the shelves' as it were.Unfortunately, there was a massive decrease in the military spending of almost every planet in the Galaxy at the end of the war despite rising piracy. The Taurus remains a highly advanced and capable interceptor but it was simply never been picked up by individuals or planets.
With rising tensions and war looming, the executives at CEC have dusted off the designs and remarketed the interceptor as ready for order.

To create an interceptor that looks stylish as hell but also allows for more variety in the interceptor class of starfighters. As an open market ship this will also allow different factions to have such a starfighter.ADVANCED TECH
YES. Although already designed and already available, this interceptor has never been purchased in bulk before so a plot would need to be done to provide it for fleets and, as an advanced ship, a plot would be needed for individual ownership.
