Description:
Reed (Project MANIFEST): A towering force even without his armor, Reed is known for his aura of disdain as well as his fierce loyalty to the Republic and the Republic alone. He dislikes speaking with others, especially aliens, whom he considers abominations, but when conversing, he prefers insults and grunts. There are times when he refuses to speak, except through Project: JEDI. His hair is shorn short and gray all over, though his hairline has yet to recede. A distinctive feature are his penetrating, gray eyes sunken deep into his sockets, which contrast with his huge, menacing brow. His face is always shaved as smooth as possible; facial hair is for punks and alien scum.

Williams (Project JEDI): Williams is a much less imposing figure than Reed; in stark contrast, he is oftentimes friendly and enjoys the company of others, as most Zeltron do. This is tempered by a somewhat irrational side that can oftentimes be downright reckless, especially in the heat of battle. Physically, Project: JEDI is lean and lithe, without the huge rippling muscles of Project: MANIFEST. His dark red hair is cut short, per military standards, and he oftentimes sports some kind of facial hair, be it sideburns or a chin beard or what have you. His passionate green eyes jump out in contrast to his pale and slightly pinkish skin.

Armor:
Reed (Project MANIFEST): Despite the seeming inefficiency of having an older mark armor, Reed's suit is one of the Republic's most successful Projects. It was designed as a basic battle suit for a super soldier; it enhances the wearer's reflexes, strength and endurance through crudely injected stimulants; the effects are dangerous, painful and cannot be used for too long. Reed's constant and longterm use of said stimulants has provided him some amount of immunity to these negative effects, at the expense of some level of brain function and his addiction to the stimulants. The suit also has a wrist-mounted weapon attatchments, which can be outfitted with either knives, dart launchers or standard rifles automatically. The suit also provides standard protection with bonded durasteel as well as a crude power shield, which can protect against some blaster rifles. The suit is directly wired to Reed's spinal cord, which is his greatest strength as well as weakness. It also requires the use of a power cell which provides him with twenty-four hours of constant use while fully charged.

Williams (Project JEDI): The latest Project to currently be in use, Project JEDI was created for the explicit purpose of replicating a Jedi's abilities; the uses for an army of Jedi completely under the Republic's control would be innumerable. This suit is the first to accurately replicate the Jedi's powers for extended use. There are powerful repulsor jets within each palm which can be used to replicate Force Push, while in reverse it can "suck" up its victim, mimicking Force Pull. The suit is outfitted with a small but powerful jetpack while can only be used in small bursts; however, it is powerful enough to throw the wearer high into the air, a copy of a Jedi's Force Jump. A combination of powerful but short-lived adrenal stimulants and a large amount of very small jets combine to increase his reflexes and speed, a poor man's Force Speed. In addition, injections of a kolto-based medicine into his bloodstream can replicate a slower, self Force Heal. It also doubles as a mediocre power suit, a necessity to comfortably lift the amount of armor. The suit requires a power cell which provides fourty-eight hours of power, decreased signifigantly depending on the amount of "Force" powers used.

History
Reed (Project MANIFEST): As of yet unrevealed.

Williams (Project JEDI): Feron Williams was born royalty on Zeltros, nearly the equivalent of a prince. His family was one of old wealth and opulence, having made their mark in the banking industry generations ago. As their wealth had grown, so had their influence until their hands were steeped in planetary and sometimes interplanetary affairs affecting the entire planet. Feron's father was known for his shrewd diplomacy that had furthered the Williams' influence even greater their forerunners had. They were at the (as of then) height of their power when Feron was born.

Feron was groomed to inherit the empire at an early age. He was taught proper manners for diplomatic affairs as well as extensive basic education for someone of his adolescence. When he was six, however, the Republic presented itself to his father. The Republic, having long held a top secret, "super soldier" program, wanted a Zeltron for its newest Project. They wanted to create a soldier that could be of equal to the Jedi, to be able to create a legion of armored Jedi soldiers at their bidding. They had built a suit that had, at the very least, not killed its experimental test subjects. However, the perfect man was required for the job. They needed to be young and impressionable, so that when they reached their prime fighting age they would have experience. They needed to have a good heritage, as they didn't want to risk training a kid who turned out to be a moron. They also wanted a Zeltron; Zeltron had natural abilities that could mimic a Jedi's; telepathic empathy to emotions, pheremone secretion, and an ability to influence and change others' emotions; these were powers a Jedi would have, but could not be replicated with mere machinery. Few children made the Republic's list of possible candidates. Most parents found the idea of giving up their children abhorrent. The Williams' family, however, knew that they would be more than amply rewarded for their sacrifice. They gave Feros to the Republic for training in return for a great deal of power within the Republic.

The training to become Project JEDI was intense. Even at his youngest age, training was all he had to do in life. Education was prime at first, but soon physical training took equal importance, and eventually, precedence. His strength and endurance were pounded into shape, his battle abilities honed, his senses heightened. Chemical baths and regular nutrient supplements were required. When he was sixteen, he began training in the JEDI suit. Now the real test of his abilities was starting.

For years he worked in the suit. It was particularly painful, but the effort required to move the suit was considerable and physical training became the only thing he did. As time progressed, training got easier. Not that the workouts became easier; rather, he became more skilled, the suit providing him with the skill and ahtletic ability necessary to pass any tests they could throw at him. It became more of skin than armor to the Zeltron.

He became a sort of ultimate soldier for the Republic. With training his only outlet, he had no room for creativity or free thinking. He did what he was told. He worked as hard as his limbs would allow him too. Emotions became unimportant, an unnatural feeling for a Zeltron. Others were introduced into the program, but they almost all failed and were removed. Foran didn't care about them; all that mattered was training. The Republic soon pinned their hopes on him, as he was the only one who had gotten so far in the training.

He spent his life from the age of six to twenty on a single orbital station on Coruscant. When the time had come, however, training stopped. He was brought groundside and inducted into one of the most covert Republic organizations in the galaxy. Only a few other Projects existed; the few that passed training oftentimes died on the field, as no soldier was infallible. Project JEDI, the newest soldier, was paired with Project MANIFEST, one of the oldest remaining soldiers, and Squadron TAGTeam was formed. They were to take missions slowly, and then eventually build up to the higher level importance missions. He was paired with the older Project MANIFEST because of Reed's experience.

The galaxy was a strange place for Feron. As he and his partner explored the galaxy, new things appeared all over the place. Fighting wasn't the difficult part for him; it was adjusting to the places, the sights, the people all over the galaxy that he hadn't known for so long that was difficult. Watch over the two of them was non-existent on missions, so Project MANIFEST naturally took advantage and used their spare time on planets to introduce Williams to all that the galaxy had to offer. Training had hard coded the soldier to be unemotional, to care only for missions. What the Republic hadn't counted on, however, was their choice of species; the Zeltron were naturally emotional people, they loved the night life and they loved to party. As restrictions became virtually non-existent, Williams was like a duck to water, enjoying all the parties, cantinas and other places he was never allowed to enjoy before. His personality began to slowly shine through, and within a few years he had completely changed; he was outgoing, sometimes wild, and his emotions fluctuated heavily. His skill, however, never faded. With some experience now under his belt, Project JEDI is still the last of the Projects and perhaps one of the most promising.
