Staff Feedback: Green Ranger

Many of you know that, every few months, we post feedback threads wanting to know how each individual admin, and the staff as a whole, is performing as admins. Today marks the next round of feedback!

We’re looking for feedback on:

• Level of activity
• Administrative style
• Effectiveness
• Member relations
• Overall performance
• Anything else you want to comment on

Basically, we want honest and thoughtful feedback on anything visible we do as staff and what you think of the job we’re doing, including (and especially) what we can do better. It’s not required, but we can respond to any criticism we receive. We will do so civilly and respectfully, and you must extend that same courtesy.

Remember, this is for both our benefit and yours, since administrators are here to provide you with a great website. We want your honest feedback, but incivility means we’re going to ignore you. You’ll never be banned for giving your honest, respectful, and civil opinion, so don’t be worried about that. We WANT to hear from you!

Level of activity
Excellent

Administrative style
Excellent. The insults have subsided, which is a good thing.
He seems to be involved with many aspects of the forum, but yet manages to RP and have fun.

Effectiveness
Excellent. See above comments.
Also, I like what he has done with the Jedi and all. I get lost reading the writ ups he did for the Jedi Faction. Oh and Jiang’s write up too.

Member relations
Excellent.
Although a tad slow at times, he is good with communicating with members and such.

Overall performance
Keep up the good work!

Seems to be tough but fair.

Effectiveness:
Everyone fears his laser face. And his kitty.

Member relations:
I have no complaints besides the fact he hates ponies.

Anything else you want to comment on:
Pony hater.

Boli is a guy who I'd love to have a beer with someday. Always good to have a chat with and friendly, but what makes him shine is his professionalism. Completely versed in the Star Wars universe I find very few things he doesn't know or can't pick up quick from an Wookiepedia article. When he's doing a job for the site he is putting all he has in it without bias. Completely fair and has a great idea for details when it comes to long term implications or other factors in a decision.

Like I said in Brandon's thread: I can't imagine a staff without him even though he was absent the position for a sizable amount of time. He re-attained that position because he damn well deserves it.
