Staff Feedback: Jiang

Many of you know that, every few months, we post feedback threads wanting to know how each individual admin, and the staff as a whole, is performing as admins. Today marks the next round of feedback!

We’re looking for feedback on:

• Level of activity
• Administrative style
• Effectiveness
• Member relations
• Overall performance
• Anything else you want to comment on

Basically, we want honest and thoughtful feedback on anything visible we do as staff and what you think of the job we’re doing, including (and especially) what we can do better. It’s not required, but we can respond to any criticism we receive. We will do so civilly and respectfully, and you must extend that same courtesy.

Remember, this is for both our benefit and yours, since administrators are here to provide you with a great website. We want your honest feedback, but incivility means we’re going to ignore you. You’ll never be banned for giving your honest, respectful, and civil opinion, so don’t be worried about that. We WANT to hear from you!

Besides you Bac, Jiang is the only admin I really contact so I'm not sure how much my opinion will count since its a tad bit biased. Buuuuuut every time that I have contacted Jiang, he has always given me speedy and well informed answers.

I'd give him a +11 for everything on that list of yours. :CHappy

Jiang's activity has decreased from the last review, however that is due to RL (or so he claims) so I'm giving him some slack there.

Oh Jiang.

I can honesty say I enjoy reading his great walls of texts. The man knows how to make a good character/profile; complete with intricate details! I get lost in all the technical terms and whatnot, but I enjoy reading his posts.


At any rate….

Level of activity
Very good.
He is on all the time doing something…

Administrative style
Fair.
He doesn’t do subtle.

Effectiveness
Good.
I see his imprints over most of the character profiles that I lurk around on. Folks may not like his suggestions on those profiles, but he does a good job making his point known as to why certain characters can’t do or have ‘X,Y,&Z’.

Member relations
Fair
Perhaps I would have given him a higher mark had he responded to my PMs.

Overall performance
I can’t speak to this. It will not be fair to grade him on something that I no nothing about.

Anything else you want to comment on
I believe the man has selective hearing, but then again all men do.:P

Jiang's mah bro. He's probably one of the most approachable members of the staff and enjoys a great repertoire with the other members. Normally he has a lot of information or is well read into all the subjects being discussed on the admin board and most frequently the one who brings up new items to talk about.

Level of activity: Active as Aaaactiviaaaa
Administrative style: Great in a D/s relationship. More furry is required.
Effectiveness: Exceptionally so. 10/10
Member relations: Giggity
Overall performance: Goo

One thing that I like about Jiang is the fact that he RPs with the general populace of the forum. I know we all have our preferences and little quirks that must be met when RPing, but the sheer fact that Jiang frequently sets up a ‘OPEN’ thread and is willing to take a chance speaks volumes to me.

He's really an awesome guy and if I ever became an admin [which will most likely never happen] I would strive to be like this guy. He RPs with everyone, gives everyone time to reply before saying **** it, and his nerf-hammering skills at sodomizing those who break the rules are superb. He's the best kitty I've met -err, cat. Sorry.
