Staff Feedback: Sreeya

Every few months, we post feedback threads wanting to know how each individual admin, and the staff as a whole, is performing in their job. Today marks the start of this round of feedback! We're looking for feedback on:

• Level of OOC activity
• Level of RP activity
• Effectiveness in admin role
• Member relations
• Overall performance
• Anything else you want to comment on

We want your honest and thoughtful feedback on anything visible we do as staff and what you think of the job we're doing, including (and especially) what we can do better. It's not required, but we can respond to any criticism we receive. We will do so civilly and respectfully, and you must extend that same courtesy.

Remember, this is for both our benefit and yours, because admins are here to provide you with a great website. We want your honest feedback, but incivility means we're going to ignore you. You'll never be banned for giving your honest, respectful, and civil opinion, so don't worry about that. We want to hear from you!

Great activity. Very effective (as I am, yet to meet a member who doesn`t fear her mighty whip :D). Resolves disputes and also looks out for her sithies. Good member relations. Overall a good admin ^^

(On a side note, I think we would appreciate it if the # of whips we get per day was decreased from 40 to 20 :P)

Though I have never been involved in any threads, I have seen her performance in a lot of major cannon threads and some OOC disputes, the most recent the Battle of Teta. Overall she seems to cover everything pretty well when it comes to disputes and seems to resolve the conflict, so thumbs up on that. As for her RP activity, its pretty active and when I do come across her RP's, it is very discriptive and sets a good image of what's going on, very skilled and a good read. Sometime in the future if we could rp that would be awsome, great admin.

Sreeya is beautiful, amazing, and awesome to talk to. She's open and honest and doesn't care for social site politics. A great Admin who doesn't take sides based on personal want or motivation, Fair and just, reasonably active, though she still owes me a fight on a crashing superstar destroyer falling through an atmosphere.

Without talking to her one on one, I'm happy to say that she looks to have a firm grasp on reality and what, as a community, we are trying to achieve. As far as her whip is concern - I've not yet had interaction with it (I hope to keep it that way for as long as possible).

I must admit, I haven't had much interaction with the aforementioned lady, and when I see her fix issues in other threads, I usually find her a tad brusque. That being said, she does what is called for and gets the job done; no complaints whatsoever.
