Long ago, the four nations existed in harmony. Helping each other and through the guidance of the Avatar, a new age of peace had come about. But when he Avatar died, and a new Avatar took their place, something terrible happened. After spending several years protecting and guiding the four nations, the new Avatar become enraged. He killed the four nations leaders, putting himself in charge of the new United Nation. There he built and sent out armies to hunt down those who would oppose him, and slowly grew till his nation encompassed the entire world. But there was hope. A psychic predicted that a new Avatar would appear, one who commanded not the four elements, but over the very life force of the universe. She said this new Avatar would come from the heavens, in a shower of meteors like nothing the world has ever seen. And that he would either destroy the evil Avatar, and return balance, or he would bring the Avatar back to the light. It had been many years since the prophecy. Many doubted that the strange new Avatar would ever appear. But then,
Ben was not the best of pilots, and astronavigation wasn’t his favorite subject in the Jedi temple. So naturally on his first mission, he not only went to the wrong system, not only dropping into an unexplored region of the galaxy, but he dropped in to close to the planet during a meteor shower. Trying to save the Jedi starfighter, he brought himself into the atmosphere. His engines hit by meteors, and his controls unresponsive, he crash landed somewhere along the North Pole of the planet. Cutting a deep groove into the ice. Once the ship stopped sliding along the smooth surface, he got out, and stumbled about as the adrenaline rush wore down, knocking him out, he faceplanted into the snow, and laid there, till someone found him.

So this is a story idea that I’ve had for a while. And to just keep my mind flowing. I thought I’d see if someone wanted to rp it with me. As you can tell the Avatar is an evil entity in this story. I’m looking for people to join my character, the Jedi, on a journey to bring balance to this world again. I’m looking for five people in particular. Someone to be a water bender, a fire bender, an air bender, and an earth bender, as well as a non bender with a skill set of your choice to join me in my journey. Pm me if your interested. Akash was lost. that was certain he somehow ended up in the northern water nation. his flying bison Mana grumbled from the cold air. "Don't worry girl we'll land soon." However, Akash saw something peculiar laying in the snow and landed Mana so he could get a closer look. Akash got off of Mana and with his staff he poked and prodded at it "Hey! Are you dead!?" Akash thought that this thing was interesting then he saw his ship and proceed to get closer and poked the ship. "Hm, this is really weird." Akash then thought he'd try to be useful and with a gust of air he heaved the man onto Mana and wrapped him in warm blankets he carried with him. "There he should wake up soon..I hope so anyway.."

Ben slowly awoke from what he thought was a bad dream, seeing the dark night sky with unrecognized constellations, and what felt like a cloth blanket wrapped around him, he shot up, holding his head as a sudden migraine came over him, like he had just a little to much to drink the night before. He looked around and saw a young boy flying the vessel, with, where those reigns? He slid over to the edge of the saddle, and looked over the side seeing that he was flying on a large furry creature, gliding kilometers above the cold sea. He had to have been dreaming, there was no way, even from where he came from this is unheard of. He unwrapped the blanket and got onto his knees. Looking around, seeing only the small boy on the creatures back with him. He scooted towards him, tapping him on the shoulder.
“Excuse me, can you tell me where I am?” He said in basic galactic trade, which must’ve sounded strange to the young man. Almost like pure gibberish.

“You’re in the northern water nation of course it’s one giant nation but it makes it easier to say..we are heading to the southern Air temple..oh yeah I’m Akash, nice to meet you!” He smiled at Ben as he then turned around and then spoke again “oh yeah what’s your name anyway? And where are you from? I mean your air ship is kinda weird..”Akash smiles sheepishly “erm I mean sorry that sounded rude..” Akash laughed a bit eagerly awaiting the man’s reply

Hearing the small boy speak was interesting. Somehow the force had allowed them to understand each other. Causing even more questions to flood Ben’s mind. But most importantly was the question of how to answer the boys questions. He sat down and thought for a moment, giving a puzzled look on his face as he thought of what to say.
“Let’s just say, I am from a very far away place.” He told him “and leave it at that for now.” He slid up to the front of the saddle just behind where the boy was sitting. Looking out at he ever expanding oceans, he asked the boy “when will we arrive at our destination?” He sat down, scratching his goatee, a slight whirring of motors could be faintly heard as his left hand moved, “I must speak to your leaders right away.” He then felt at his side, feeling his lightsaber on his belt. Sighing with relief when he felt it there.

"We will be there tomorrow, so I suggest you rest up." Akash let's Mana fly more as he pulls out a pillow and pat his hand on it "Here you must be very tired..go on and rest. I'll wake you up when we get there." Akash then floated back to his original spot and smiled as he guided Mana to the southern air temple.

Did not sleep, simply layed back on the pillow listening to the whistling wind as they flew over the open ocean. There he tried to find out where he was by looking at the stars. Trying to find something recognizable, but was unable to. He sat up, and tried to meditate, to see if he could contact the Jedi telepathically, but could not get enough focus to do so.

Soon they arrived at the southern air temple Akash jumped off of Mana and landed on the ground softly. he called up to Ben "Hey! We're here! Come on I've got someone you want to meet." he rushed off to find his teacher Monk Xian. he ran up the steps and ran into one of the rooms calling out to his teacher. he then went down the steps slowly to greet the strange, new guest.

Hopped off of the bison carefully, trying to hid his cybernetic arm, and his lightsaber. He stood by mana waiting for Akash to return. He was tired and looked almost sick. He pulled up his hood to hide his face from the other monks that began to gather around him, curious about the new stranger that akash had brought to the temple. Many started asking who he was and why he was here.

Akash had made it down to where Ben was and Xian bowed to him he was a man in his early 40s at the most his blue eyes contrated his pale skin and brown hair "Everyone leave this stranger be..I must speak to him in private..this means you as well Akash..go to your room and rest and you sir...follow me."Xian walked up to his room it was covered in various sweet smelling flowers and gave the room a peaceful and serene feeling to it. "My name is Xian..and you must be the stranger from the sky that the prophecy had foretold about...as no one else as had an aura like you." Xian smiled at Ben seemingly knowing more then he was letting on.

“Stranger from the sky? I apologize, I’m lost.” He said sitting down. “You see, yes, I am a stranger from the sky, I come from a far off land, as a member of an order dedicated to peace and balance across the universe. I crashed here, and need a place to stay until I can contact my friends, and they can come and get me home.” He told him. “In exchange for a temporary home, I’m willing to exchange knowledge.” He said bowing respectfully.

"of course..we always appreciate new information and new ideas as they make the world become clearer." he leads Ben to a room with a warm bed and a hot meal already awaiting him "Heh, I believe Akash got so excited that he prepared ahead of time..I really should get him to stop eaves dropping on other people's conversations." He turned to leave but stopped for a moment "Oh yes and if you need anything at all you can ask me but I would refrain from asking Akash as he tends to go..overboard to win other's approveal no doubt he will do the same for you." Xian bowed once more and head off to his room for the night leaving you alone at last.

Sat down on the bed. He began to meditate in an attempt once again to contact the Jedi Order. But to no avail. He instead made contact with the Avatar. Who to was meditating to try and find the new Avatar.

“Who are you!” The Avatar said, as he was joined in the spirit world by Ben. “How did you get here?”

“My name is Ben, and it’s kinda complicated. I’m trying to contact my friends.” He told him.

“Where do you come from Ben?”

“And that’s where it gets complicated. I come from, the stars.” He said in an attempt to explain his origins. “I crashed here and am now trying to find a way home.” The Avatar looked at the man who stood in front of him with disgust.

“You don’t look like much.” He told him. “I thought the new Avatar would look a lot stronger.”

“The new Avatar, does this have something to do with that prophecy?” Ben asked. He was starting to get frustrated. Does everyone on this planet speak in code or something?

“Know this new Avatar, you will not be able to defeat me, my armies march across the earth as we speak, and you will fall by my hand.” The Avatar said, and faded away. Ben shot awake, it became apparent that he had spent the entire night meditating, and conversing with the Avatar. He got up to seek out Xian, and ran into Akash along the way.

Akash looked up at him and frowned slightly "Oh, hello again how are you? Monk Xian told me your name was Ben so..it's nice to formally meet you." he put on a fake smile while trying to seem happy as always "Did you need to speak to Monk Xian? He's in the meeting room and it won't be done for a few minutes so, do you want to talk to me about anything? I mean, you look worried so, yeah..." Akash's rambling died off and he looked at the ground seemingly concentrating at the patterns of stone that dotted the long hallway. After a few moments of silence Aksh spoke up once more "Um, Ben if you had to save the world..how would you go about doing it?" Akash's face became very serious it was unlike his usual happy self.

Looked down at the young Akash. “I, uh, see I had no idea I needed to save your world. And there is so much I need to ask Monk Xian.” He told him. “There is something I need to ask you. Last night, while I tried to reach out to my own friends, I made contact with a strange man, he called me the new Avatar, and threatened me with his army. Do you know who that is?”

"The Avatar is someone who is born with the ability to control all the elements water, fire, earth, and air..he is supposed to bring balance to the four nations which he did..by combining them all and making himself the supreme ruler..I guess he thought because you came from the sky you were the next Avatar.." Xian walks out of the meeting room "Akash please go to the gardens and meditate I believe Ben wants to speak with me." his face is grave and solemn as he ushers you into the meeting room. "So you have worries..tell me what they are and perhaps I can ease them."

Ben took a deep sigh, and sat down. “I feel a great disturbance in, what my people call the force. A great unbalance of energy surrounding your planet. It may be why I can’t contact my friends, it is because this world is to heavily leaned towards darkness.” He told Xian. “It appears to stem from what you call an Avatar. And I’m trying to piece together why and how.” He said. “Is there anything you can tell me, your people, these monks, seem very attuned to the force, is there anything you or your people have noticed? Are there any recent events, or past events that can cause such a shift in the balance of your world?”

Xian looked at Ben for a moment before speaking. “Yes the Avatar has fallen from his destined path of helping those in need..and the new Avatar was born very recently its very unusual and this has honestly never happened before..two avatars being in the same time..perhaps it’s the reason you are here..to train Akash in the ways of your Force and send him on the path of good..” Xian thought once more “but that is all to be seen..who knows how it all shall play out in the end..now then, I think you should rest Akash will surely want to talk with you soon..” Xian smiled and began to meditate.

Ben left. He went out looking for Akash, after hearing what Xian was saying he wanted to test something. Finding Akash in the yard playing with some other young airbenders he called out to him. “Akash!” He yelled and when He looked towards Ben, he waved him over.

Akash walked over to Ben and saw a bunch of the airbenders staring he waved them off and looked at Ben once more “yes, is there something you need?” Akash felt something interesting was about to happen as he waited for the older man’s reply.
