First off, heres a bit of history.

a. bought the game for christmas for my lil' step-bros.

b.borrowed Jedi Knight 2, but couldn't run any of the other games. Played KOTOR 1 on xbox, but it defeated me. (The part after you become a padawan and go to the ruins and meet that gaurdian? Yeah it kicked my parties ass six times before I gave up.

c. Played republic Commando. Whooped some serious ass! love that game

D. got a new comp that can run them all!

Thats it, the others I havn't played. This package includes:

KOTOR 1 - Great fun, but pissed me off.
Republic Commando - Halo in star-wars universe
Star Wars: Empire at War - you tell me
Battlefront 1 - 2 is surperior
Jedi Outcast 2. Fun, a little convuluted tho
Galaxies - Eh. Played for 30 days as a rebel pilot and a stormtrooper, got bored

Anyway after getting my new comp, I found this pack again and am trying to decide which ones are worth Dling agian...and if the ones I havnt played are any good.

Sooo... is Star Wars: Empire at War any good? Ive played the rest, but Im not willing to pay for galaxies again, unless its improved a shitload.

Hell feel free to discuss all these games. They are all amazing.

Battlefront 1 - 2 is surperior[/b]

Agreed.

Jedi Outcast 2. Fun, a little convuluted tho[/b]

Great game.

Galaxies - Eh. Played for 30 days as a rebel pilot and a stormtrooper, got bored[/b]

I didnt buy the Best of PC pack, mainly cause i already have most of those games, either for PC or Xbox. But my oppinions.

Kotor: Great SW RPG, but made me hate that you can only be a Sith till the end of the Game.

Republic Commando: My second Favorite SW game that dosent let you play as a Force Weilder.

Empire at War: Excellent Fun, especialy with FoC. Can be agrivating though at times.

Jedi Outcast: Good Story, Good Lightsaber Combat, awful play through. I swear i got stuck more times in this game then i have in any other SW game ever. And by stuck, i mean i dont know where to go cause i cant cut down the fucking locked door with my lightsaber.

Galaxies: Never played it, mostly cause my computer hates MMORPGs.

Empire at War is a lot more fun with Forces of Corruption (FoC). Lots of illegal weapons and new heroes to slaughter your opponents with. I love the Consortium... I like the space battles more than the land battles.

Republic Commando gets really boring after beating it the first time. I was so bored, I beat the game on level Hard the second time through. There are no special in-game features to unlock in Commando, which is why... It's definately Halo in the Star Wars style.

KOTOR 1 is really fun. Beat both endings. I prefer this one's storyline than KOTOR 2's storyline. Although KOTOR2 has really fun features that you can't find in KOTOR 1.

Galaxies - Never played it, but the graphics looked lame.

Battlefront - Two owns One. Period. But I missed the prone feature while playing 2. Very fun, until you can own them on Elite/Hard. Then online is INSANE. I hate the people who use rocket launchers. The most noobish weapons in the game. I own with a rifle :p

Outcast 2 - Never played it, but it looked fun.

My call - give yourself a challenge on Empire at War. It's fun, until you learn how to efficiently build a fleet/army that covers all your weak points.

With Battlefront 2, I loved the Sprint button, the new weapons and units, the fact that you had to get a certain amount of points(Or rather kills for me...Mwahaha... My record for getting both "Super" units stands at one minute!), the awards(like the Elite Rifle after killing 12 people with a blaster rifle in one life... Get that sucker and you're a one man army.), and the new maps. I missed the vehicles on the ground maps terribly since they made the action so quick in BF1, and I really, REALLY missed the prone position! How can you friggin' snipe when you can't lay down?!

Empire At War is a great RTS. Very well made, and if you get bored just watching your ships from above do battle with other ships, then just click cinematic mode and you got yourself a front row seat to some great viewing action. My one major problem with the game was it's real lack of things to do. Yeah, building up fleets and stuff is fun, but only for so long before you get bored. And the land battles are even MORE boring because they take so...damn...long....! But all in all, I'm glad I got the game. I just need to get Forces of Corruption so that I can get to use an Super Star Destroyer! *Cackles evily* LONG LIVE THE EMPIRE!

Never played Galaxies, but I'm sure I will if I ever get a decent computer like a Mac or something...That and get a job that'll help me pay for my Car Insurance, Gas, AND the monthly cost. Until then, I'm happy with the much lower cost of City of Heroes!

Jedi Outcast I only played once and while I enjoyed a lot of the weapons in it(Hell, who WOULDN'T?!), I'd have to agree with Mulluns and say that it's probably the only game I've ever gotten stuck in the same place for over three days of playing.

Republic Commando...God is that ever a great game. I'm sad to say that I suffer the same thing I do for Halo and all the Doom games. I got terrified once the Geonosis campaign chapter thing ended and I never went more than three steps into that ship before I turned the game off....I know, I'm a chicken shit. But other than that, it's the greatest Star Wars game ever! Better than both KOTOR games!

I know its just stupid how they make things so hard to find. Its like Raven in the SW Universe. Jedi Academy is so much better.

Hey! I played Jedi Academy, fun stuff. I tried to install Empire at War, it gave me some bullshit error message during install, dunno what the hell is going on, probably vista...damn you VISTA!!!

Republic Commando rocks, Im at the ghost ship part, near the very end where you have to fight off the incoming ship.. I FUCKING HATE time limits...... (woman's voice) hull integrity at 50 percent......hull integrity at 30 percent....

FUCK.

KOTOR is fun, but pisses me off, Im only level 5 and I decided to enter the sewers...MISTAKE. *Sighs*

I got bored with Battlefront 1, the campaign is really boring, its got nothing on Battlefront 2. My PSP only gets used for number 2.

Umm.. thats about it, Galaxies for the record...SUCKS. Its really not worth the price... It takes level 80 to get any sort of fun quests or dungeons..the space combat is pretty fun, but if I wanted to do that I would play Rogue Squadron... (The first star-wars game I ever played.... Still in my opinion one of the absolute best.)

Rebel Strike's awesome too! It doesn't work on your Vista? It works on my Vista! I have only the regular Vista though. No Vista Premium.

I agree about the hatred to time limits. I don't like to rush through my goals. Got through the Ghost Acclamator the first time though... On level hard. I HATE MINES!!

For the record: If you join the Consortium, you can take down that Super Star Destroyer in minutes!!! Mwuahahaha!! Even so, I just take the SSD, Death Star II, Grand Admiral Thrawn, some Victory II SDs, and I take down those Rebel scum in less than a minute!!! I love the Death Star II... Can destroy annoying capital ships in one shot, plus the planet-destroying super laser!

I beat Taris at level 3, if you save leveling up till Dantooine you get lots more Force Powers! :D

Anyways, KotOR is pure awesomeness.

Republic commando, eh. Good game, but I get RPGs more.

Battlefront, 2 is waaaaaaay better.

Haven't played the others.

Well, Republic Commando is great while it lasts, but is entirely too short.

I honestly don't understand why you guys all seem to love Republic Commando so much. Sure, it's a neat idea, but the multiplayer is shit and the singleplayer is short and full of mistakes.

Worst Trandoshans ever. At least the architecture on the Acclamator level was decent.
