Hooray for cheesy titles!

A few years ago, we had a mass suggestions thread where everyone was able to comment on suggestions they had for SWRP, such as things they would like to see, changes they would like to see made, etc. It was well received and productive.

That’s what this thread is about. This is a suggestions free for all. It’s not about individual people or suggestions about people. These are suggestions about things you would like to see or changes you would like to see made about the website, what’s on it, etc. It’s not a feedback thread, but a suggestions thread.

You can post anything else you want, so long as you do it respectfully. This is your time to give your suggestions, so don’t hold back on them!

I think it'd be kinda neat if the rp had a timeline of what is to come. Granted we can't 100% predict the future. I'm saying perhaps set dates for battles to start that are a rough estimate by a week or 2 at most. I feel this would move along the rp as well as set time frames for users to work with

Might not be probable to plan out 100% but a month in advance or so. Since the new timeline I haven't seen much happen battle wise. Even if it's setting a date for a battle then finding a random (but active user) and having them use a character to make a significant event occur or start into motion. Would slow small character to alter bigger events or even create them with help of admins and faction leaders.

What timeline is the site in?
That's a very important question. Our timeline is actually fairly unique in regards to most other role-playing websites. Instead of the "Knights of the Old Republic" era, the movie era, or the post-"Return of the Jedi" era, we opted to go back much further than that. We are currently role-playing in the year 12,979 BBY, meaning we are 12,979 years before the events of "Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope." The plot revolves around the Hutt War, a non-canon conflict between the free Galactic Republic and the evil Hutt Empire of the Outer Rim. Additionally, another conflict is taking place inside of it between the noble Jedi Order and the evil Dark Jedi of the Bogan, a dark side faction that has only just revealed itself to the galaxy. Who will win these conflicts, the light side or the dark side? Only you, the role-players, can decide that here on The Star Wars RP! Also, apparently some members cannot put more then 4 images in their sig, yet some can. Is this fixable so all can have more, or can it only be done to one member at a time?

I doubt this will go, but I would suggest that anyone who Role Plays have atleast something in their sig that tells them where their profiles are so no one has to dig through the Fourm. Either a thread URL to where they have their characters or individual links like you and me have. It just seems more convient.

Or is it possible to say... make an area that appears below/above your sig that could souly be used for RP characters only?

Maybe some alternate color schemes besides the blue and black and the other one? Not to complain or anything, just would be interesting if there was a way to get more variety (perhaps something green?)

I respectfully disagree with the Gentleman offering the coffee maker in the lounge and instead advocate a snow cone machine.
