Due to the amount of energy and the discharge force, lightly armored vehicles and personnel are easily dealt with, with a single shot. Heavily Armored vehicles and personnel, such as troop transports may take upwards of three to four bolts before being compromised and dealt with.

This would still need to be reworded, since you are implying that it can go through heavily armored vehicles this category includes tanks and the like. Your best bet would be to say that with repeated direct hits to the same spot it can punch a hole in light armored vehicles like troop transports.

I am sorry man but as it is its still way to overpowered. APCs =/= Heavily armored in the real world and in cannon. Heavily armored vehicles are tanks and walkers which may have the ability to carry troops but they are primarily fighting vehicles. Examples would be the AT-TE and the AT-AT those tend to be heavily armored vehicles. As Clayton said, he would only let it slide if it could defeat lightly armored personnel carriers like the Naboo Commando Carrier and the Imperial troop transport so if you remove the whole heavy vehicle thing and keep the repeated hits to pen the armor I think it would be allowed.

Description- An enhanced version of the T6, The T-X was designed to ensure that whatever the target, it goes down in quite literally a couple of shots. Due to the amount of energy and the discharge force, lightly armored vehicles and personnel are easily dealt with, with a single shot. Heavily Armored personnel, and some vehicles such as troop transports may take upwards of three to four bolts striking the same area before being compromised and dealt with. The amount of power generated for each attack is done by using a heavy capacitor that forces the weapon to draw on and channel twice the energy from the power cell.

Due to the power output of the weapon, and the fact that it can't be fired with one hand by someone with a normal range of strength, it makes blocking with a lightsaber almost impossible. As far as blocking a bolt with one hand, that is impossible. But it is possible to block with two hands. But even then such a feat is incredibly difficult due to continually stated force of discharge. After a few shots the wielder of the lightsaber may find themselves disarmed.

Due to the durasteel reinforcement the weapon is capable of withstanding the demands of the power generated without overload or meltdown. But the force of kickback is something that was wanted. That much force generated ensures that few can use it properly. Something of a failsafe measure. Since the weapon is designed to look like a heavy blaster pistol, someone unfamiliar with it may assume that the design is the same, and in firing will have their wrist snapped.

Bolded part won't fly at all, this is, by your own description a normal blaster weapon. It operates like one and hits like a DL-44 on steroids. You're not going to get the above part approved due to the sheer power your shoving into this.

So yeah, beating a lightsaber like that ain't kosher.
