The invasion of Eiattu had gone smoothly, with little resistance and a clean end to the fighting. Only the palace had been targeted, corvettes were captured in the space battle above, and the royal family had surrendered under duress. The soldier boy had also turned out to be just fine after crashing on Naboo, and so Morgan had decided some rest and relaxation was in order.
To that end a high end resort within Cloud City had been reserved through means of his connections. Sith influence had been subtly spread and advanced by Morgan and Emryc not too long ago and between that and a little palm greasing they basically had the run of the resort to themselves. Several others who had been on Eiattu with Morgan had also been invited along with an extra Sith or two he knew, sent personalized holonet messages with details, location instructions, and so on. Others were also welcome to attend, so long as no guests caused undue ruckus.
Troublemakers would be thrown shamelessly under the nearest standard issue Cloud bus without a moment's hesitation. Security from Cloud City unobtrusively hung around nearby the complex since the event was considered a VIP affair, though the resort did have its own security holed up in their office and at the front desk.
The resort itself was surprisingly lush, despite its place on a floating city. Plants and running water near-flawlessly mimicked a tropical paradise, carefully tended trees and vines growing over the outside surfaces. A massive, transparent dome covered the entire complex to offer a crystal clear view of Bespin's cloud formations and the array of vibrant colours as the sunlight streaked through them while also being sturdy enough to withstand a crashing light freighter.
A mix of pricy droids and organic servants of varied gender and little clothing moved about serving the needs of some of the soldiers who survived Morgan landing in the throne room or lead the assaults on enemy corvettes. Every material that made up the complex was expensive and imported, from fine polished woods and silken carpet on the floors, to precious metals accents and hand crafted stone on the walls.
There were steam rooms, massage parlors, full indoor and outdoor spa arrangements, hot tubs, an upscale bar and dining area, smoking lounge, guest suites, offices for business use, and many more amenities besides. In the outside area was a massive pool that more resembled an artificial saltwater lake, which was where Morgan was at the moment. Smooth and low-key jatz music played from concealed speakers, drifting over the resort and blending in atop the other sounds.
Dressed in a breathable mauve chersilk lounge robe overtop comfortable pants and simple shirt woven from sable cyrene, he was currently stretched languidly across a very comfortable lounge chair being served a fresh drink and bowl of mixed fruits by a blue-skinned Pantoran woman, his attendant for his stay. She had quickly proven to be decently adept at playing his games, and beside that the soft pinks and oranges she wore complimented her natural shades nicely.
Veda pearls, one hanging from each ear just behind a contrasting electrum stud, glinted in the sun as he turned to regard her directly, gold-rimmed sunglasses lowered slightly down his nose. He ashed his cigarra in the tray next to his chair, grinning at a subtly baudy joke she'd told and popping a berry into his mouth.
Morgan was having a great time, but the other guests were important too. He turned to see if any of the other Sith had arrived yet and how well they were handling a setting that wasn't as dark and gloomy as Sullust.
