Vei had recently taken on two apprentaces neither of which he really knew anything about, but as far as he knew both of them were green. The newly appointed Jawa Jedi knight had taken on several students. However mourning the Jawa was about his late master he could pass down his knowledge of the force down to those younger than him as an ode to Ayva Starfall. Also after her he had named his two blades, Ayva wielded starise and starfall. Vei's were now known as 'Starlight' and 'Starfire' in her name. Both were twins, but he had their names embroided on the hilts. All the best swords had named, starlight was his guard, while starfire was his attacking weapon.

In a special place out off the beaten track in the Forests of tython sitting there was a three person plane capable of inter stellar flight, as well as a small R-unit droid donated by the ranks of the Jedi order. He was awaiting several students, a human girl and a tree creature of unnamed origin. Vei was exited, he'd never had apprentices before, but he had an idea of the training, of what he was going to do. The first thing they would accomplish first would be to travel to a location and build up thier bond and teamwork.

Vei wasn't the most accomplished of knights thus far, but he was definatly one of the more alternate. In theory of the force. Ayva had tought him to be strong, and had just finished teaching him that she'd been so distant so that he would be okay in the eventuality that she wouldn't be there... Tears fell from his cheeks hidden by his mask. But when he heard footprints he broke from deep meditation and moved into mobile meditation, which Force Affinity allowed him to accomplish withease. He waited still.

Quai opened his path through the forest of Tython. That place was comfortable for the little green Jedi, he remembered his time as a child, a very young, just before being kidnapped. His memories were only fun and joy from the trees, he had friends and with they he traveled through his planet searching trees to play with. It was a shame that he was not more a child and more than a few of his friends were dead now.

But was not the time now to complain or remember things that happened a century ago. Quai was excited, in a mayor grade, because he was meeting his master. He didn't knew anything about the man or woman that was going to have him under his tutelage, but only thinking in all the travels and missions or training that they were going to have excited him to an level of maximum euphoria. Well, at his way of entering that state. He finally saw a man.

"Hello? Quai'El I am" He shouted to the thing that was in front of him.

Lynn had just arrived on tython from a shuttle. It has been a while since Lynn was last at the academy here on Tython, she was excited about her new master. She had heard of a unique partner, this excited her. Taking in the atmosphere and beauty of the planet always put her at ease as she loved to meditate in the woods. She thought about taking a moment to gather her thoughts and to meditate a while but she knew she had to meet up with her master as soon as possible.

So she made her way across the forest as she remembered the way to most destinations. She has seen her new master before so this gave her something to ponder about as she had finally made it to the meeting place. She saw a man as she approached him casually and spoke in respect. "Hey there, my name is Lynn, It's a pleasure"

The Jawa turned to his two new students and bowed to each of them in turn as they arrived. Vei, the young Jawa of the Jedi order was prepared for what was about to come, and as his two new students entered into the clearing he smiled. First things first there were introtuctions. Calming himself he needed to set an example for these students, though he was a little nervous. Such was his way. He did not however remove his helmet.

Greetings to the two of you, My name is Vei Hettoran, I am a Jawa from the planet of Tatooine, and no doubt you two have heard of my people before. He spoke with a calm voice though the natural Jawanese of his people was spoken over and translated by the helmet into a cold rendition of galactic basic.

We should get introductions through, the two of you will be working together, sparring together and getting to know each other very closely as fellow students of mine, my first students in fact. So, you both seem aged, so i'm most certain you come with your own experiances and perhaps even own abilities you have learned from other masters, or even descerned for yourselves to do with the force. Allowing me to start, I've said my name, and where i come from, i've had two masters, both who have died at the hands of the Sith, a master Ubrich, and mistress Ayva Starfall... may the force be with them.

I myself consider myself very learned in the art of telekinesis, meditation, and the ability to endure with the force. I myself can train you in the arts of gaining affinity toward the force, or the principles of Ataru or Makashi, even telekinetic lightsaber combat, which i myself rely more on than most anything else. I am a student of the unifying force, which is rare amongst the Jedi, but i accept both theories warmly. I have a strong feeling that i will be learning just as much from the two of you, as you will of me.
As he talked he panned his view over the two of them.

Quai'El, you were here first, please, if you would honor us.

The life of the jawa, as he knew the man was, was sad and had a lot of memories related to that kind. Quai putted attention on the words of his recently knew master, so he would have an idea to give his speech after the Jedi knight. The Jawa had an affinity with the lightsaber form that he had learned with Quai, so he thought that it was going to be better the training with him.

"I salute you two. Quai'El I am named and in the outer rim my homeworld is. From the trees I come, and probably you know something about Yoda, one master of this species." He spoke when Vei stopped talking. "More than a hundred of years I have, and my incorporation to the order was no more than a month ago. During my life I never had a world to live definitively, so I was an "exiled". Hoth, Tatooine, Corellia and a lot of planets served to me as a place to meditate. I think now and I have spent almost all my life meditating and training..."

"Ataru is the only form that I know, and the only one that I want, definitively. But on the Force I am not so concentrated and more than some enhancers my abilities don't go. But well, from my past I don't like to talk a lot..." He finalized.

"Turn of my partner, I think."

She was amazed to see such a rare species. Lynn took a couple moments as she looked at her master and to Quai. She was noticeably a lot taller then the other two and this made her ponder on how this would affect there training. Putting all things aside she then spoke after Quai'el had finished. "Hello, my name is Lynn.

It's nice to meet the both of you." She then took a bow. "Now as far as form training goes, I am still unsure as to which I want to learn. I used single bladed sparring weapons back at the academy but I want to learn the technique of a double bladed. Would this be possible, master?"

That could be done, well, in which case the three of us should probably begin to leave now, Ruusan awaits. And the beginning of our journey with the visiting of one of the grandest and most monumental places in the history of the Jedi. The Valley of the Jedi. There, we have been tasked with the searching of some of the old tunnels, an exercise i think will benefit us all. And draw us closer as a team we will undoubtably become. He said with a smile boarding the ship behind him in the clearing.

Waiting for the other two to come on board, and giving them some more time to converse and ask questions should they need or want to.

Any questions the two of you have right now would be quite appreciated, surely there is much you would like to know and learn. So we may as well begin on this ship, as we flow through hyperspace. The course has been plot. So i will be able to head you in these exercises.

Ruusan? He had never went to that planet and he didn't even knew of the existence, but he would never in his life say no to a trip, with emphasis in the boredom that was in Tython. But now the trip sounded great and special. He was going to go to the Valley of the Jedi, and with only listening to the name something crossed through his mind, so the trip had his special thing, and the mission also had that remarkable name.

Quai, slowly, passed through the forest until he got to the ship.

"No question I have to do. Excited, I am excited, master. Hmmmm" He pronounced, while he entered the ship waiting for the girl that was going to be, for sure, his partner for some time...

Lynn as well was not familiar with this planet. Though she was excited. She followed along side Quai as she made her way to the ship as her head tilted from side to side as she observed her surroundings before she made it onto the ship. She then looked at Vei in response. "I have no questions, my master. I look forward to our journey to this planet Ruusan." She said with confidence.

She then took a seat in the holoterminal room as she rested herself back and observed the ship from the inside. She was amazed being in this ship, it was well kept and neat. She then awaited further orders from her new master.

Vei moved intot he ship and the droid took them up and out. They may be waiting for one other, but they would be able to moveinto hyperspace quickly, as the course was already set, in the seating area, the two of them seemed to be knowledgable enough in the arts of the force to begin their training en route to ruusan.

Okay, you may have stepped into this not knowing my strengths, but I'm particularly talented in force endurence. A Form known as 'Force affinity' allows me to connect to the force almost meditatively, even during the fiercest of fights. This skill allows me to not tire while calling upon the power of the force for small deeds, allowing me to use it much more regularly without tiring, and i will begin teaching you the fundimentals. Sit, or however you would achieve a meditative state, please do so. I will begin to form an Empathic link with the two of you so you may feel the processes of what i feel, as i take you through this step by step.

He would sit with them, and clasping his hands and crossing his legs he would slip into meditation, though deeper than he already was. Allowing a connection fo form between his mind and theirs. They would feel his calm and restfulness. He was relaxed, though happy. Content, peaceful. All of these things lay passively within his mind. Balancing him positively.

Silara had followed the long and winding path through the forest on word that a master with the talents she needed was taking his students for a trip. It was amazing what one could pick up when focusing on listening to things and watching other people, what they left behind or open. Messages on terminals left in plain view, words whispered in corners, messages left on message boards that people passed by without glancing. She was intrigued with this Knight and wanted to learn from him. She had been passed up so many times by other knights by now and she had been up for Padawan ship for a while, she thought being proactive might get her a little further.

Her eyes moved around as she surveyed the forest. A wind was moving the trees, a fake one, made not by nature but a ship. She continued on until she reached a small clearing where the ship rested. It seemed that it was already taking off and she was late. Silara raised her air and puled down one of her long gloves to look at the band around her right wrist to check the time. Yes, she was late. Perhaps next time then?

Her eyebrows twitched slightly down at the ends, betraying only the slightest sadness, something that could only be picked up by one of her own or one that had her training. With a slightly louder exhale than normal, she reached around herself and pulled her cloak around her to hold it in place as the wind picked up.

Vei felt the presence of another, and abandoned the take off for now, the process of taking off was postponedand the door at the rear of the ship was opened. Vei had assumed that the Padawan was not to be coming on the mission. He was wrong, allowing the other to enter the ship before it took up he began to form the emotional link between his mind and hers also. He could feel her disappointment, and she would be able to feel her apology. From what he was told about her, she spoke very seldomly, Vei liked that. Someone who was possibly as in tune with their emotions as he was.

The ship was still primed for takeoff but Vei stood in perfect calm moving to the mouth of the ship and looking out, seeing the girl standing out in the open. His eyes rested on her softly, as the apologetic tone came over him It was important that she came and joined the lesson now, before she was truley left behind in more senses than just the one.

She accepted the apology graciously. Her emotions were stronger in her mind and in the Force. They were present, just not on her face. There had been so many times that people accused her of having no emotion because they were too blind to see the subtle way she showed it. There was no emotion great enough to have her entire face change. Now there was a pleasant tone to her face in the way her eyelids drooped a millimeter and the corners of her mouth moved up and to the sides a fraction of an inch.

Silara moved up the boarding ramp, every step deliberate and not a single action misused for her goal. Her eyes connected with Vei’s, immediately expressing her gratitude in allowing her to come along, pausing to press her hands together and bow her head to her temporary master. That is, unless he decided to take her after this. She then moved passed him to join the other two Padawans, bowing her head to each of them as well before taking a seat in silence. She wove her gloved fingers together and placed them her lap, her cloak falling around her shoulders and the sleeves covering her hands. Her grey eyes then shut as she slowly lapsed into a modified meditative state, choosing to practice reaching out with the force to feel and see rather than using her eyes. Her mind was open and willing to let others in.

Quai looked, curious, the girl. She looked really beautiful and she didn't looked, at all, like him. He was ugly and he knew it, but it was not a problem for him and he was proud of being what he was. However, he needed to continue his meditation. Bowing his head in silence, for next closing his eyes. The connection that he had with the Force was not trained enough to feel the presence of it on the others, but in the girl was something special.

"Hello. Quai'El is my name. What is yours?" The old man talked. He liked to be polite with the others specially when knowing them, and no exception to his "code" he was going to do.

”Silara.”

The girl did not open her eyes and other then the faintest movement of her mouth she did not stir. She could not really feel or see him through the Force either, but perhaps with everyone concentrating they could make some progress in that aspect. She could certainly feel the Force emanating from the people around her, but other than that she was lost as to what was around her. It did not faze her however, through training she would become more adept at it. Right now she was busy clearing her mind and relaxing, trying to keep the budding excitement from showing through the Force.

Walking back into the ship the hatch door closed and the ship lifted up from the ground finally, raising up gracefully before aiming its nose to the heavens and taking off with its precious cargo en route to ruusan. Vei looked over his students and smiled as they meditated. But this was only step one of their training today. The skill he was about to teach them would prove most handy in the days, weeks, or even years to come.

Like a lightsaber form Force Affinity is a meditative battle stance like your general forms one through to seven. But unlike said forms, this one relies on your connection to the force compared to that of your lightsaber. I want you to look deep inside of yourselves and fins that connection to the force. The core of your beings you call on when performing all acts of power with the force. Hold that connection, and then i want you to stand, stand and open your eyes, but do not break your meditation. It's hard, but i believe you can do it, Vei spoke lightly and familiarly to his students. Not like a master, but like a friend. He was too young to be considered a master but the cold mechanical translation device masked his friendly demenour into a more mechanical sense. Making him seem more heartless and cold to behold than he really was. Only those who could subtly hear the Jawanese through the mechanical overtone would understant his true feelings. Or those who could read his minimalistic demenour.
