Oh yea, I most definitely like that.. Rayne commented back, thinking dam straight it'll look good on me.. her vanity staying inside her head however for the moment. They'd both been very busy since the proposal, and free time together wasn't exactly a luxury they often had, after all they were both Super Commandos, and with Bri's affiliation to the Death Watch, and Rayne's to The Chosen, they were all the more busy with life and duties, giving rare moments such as these an especially golden shimmer. It would occur later that they were actually in the middle of doing a job together, but again, that would occur later and meant little to either of them for the time being.

Did you want to get it now? @Brianna Saxon had asked.

Rayne shook her head a bit, and her eyes widened forming an especially guilty looking face, Well... it wouldn't hurt to try it on... Rayne said, her statement a little more leading than normal, and followed it with an excited giggle. She wanted that dress, it might not be the dress, but then again, it might be, she'd have to spend the day in it to find out, plus modeling for Bri was going to be a whole adventure in itself, And! Rayne half yelled, excitement pouring out of her like lava from a suddenly exploding volcano, Maybe we can find one you like too!! She exclaimed as she pulled hard on Bri's arm to force her into the store.

Shopping wasn't exactly something Rayne loved to do, but she'd somehow found a whole new motivation for it. She'd been alive a long time, and she'd had other partners, mostly short lived relationships, and she'd never been married, so this new adventure she was about to share with Bri was exciting to say the least, and in all her travels, and of all the people Rayne had met along the way, she couldn't imagine undertaking the quest of marriage with any other being.

Watching Rayne's excited expressions as she was casting her judgement on the dress just did something for Bri. Maybe it was seeing the bubbly excitement of the usually gruff woman, or maybe it was seeing her being so excited for their upcoming wedding, but Brianna certainly felt happy in this moment. They were incredibly busy with the war going on. Brianna's commitment to the Death Watch had her undergoing missions that often came at a moments notice, as she was whisked away to a battle front for a rapid deployment. They didn't have the personal time they once did when they were first starting to elope so having moments like this was precious to say the least.
"Well then, go try it on. Come on, I want to see how you look." Bri commented, her hands squeezing Rayne's sides, as the woman gave a very enthusiastic reply. The shield theft was going to have to wait. Her princess needed that dress. Brianna hadn't had a serious relationship before, and given Rayne's vast life experience, well....she was sure that her bride to be had alot more experience with this sort of thing.
Brianna was enjoying it until Rayne suggested the pair get a dress for her as well. Oh hell no. "I'm not the dress wearing sort Ray." Brianna said, trying to put the other woman down slowly before this escalated into her trying on dresses as well. Being pulled into the store, now only partially against her will, Brianna was hoping Ray would spare her of the dress request.

Excited hardly explained how Rayne felt once they entered the threshold of the store that held the dress in its window, and she often excitedly looked to Bri while they walked around the store for a while, seeing what else they had before asking to try on the window displayed dress. If Bri had simply said she didn't feel like trying on a dress today, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but she proclaimed that she was not "The dress wearing sort..." and that was just a call to arms in Rayne's mind, Rayne was determined, and ready to use her most practiced puppy dog eyes, and pouty face if she didn't get her way today, if she needed to pull the Chanti blaster pistol from its concealed holster inside her belt she would see this girl in a dress before the sun went down. But Rayne was prepared to go first, and when she approached the store keeper in regards to the displayed dress, the reply would no doubt tell Bri what was going to happen..

Well, you're in luck dear.. That's our last one... The store keeper started, Let me get it down for you to try on.. she said as she turned away to go strip the mannequin and present Rayne with the dress. Rayne turned to Bri, her mouth open in an extremely goofy looking, and excited smile, then with a squeal she half yelled, The last one!! As she jumped into Bri, throwing her arms around Bri's neck.

Finally after what seemed like four hundred thousand years, the shop keeper led the pair of girls to the changing rooms, and placed the dress in one of the rooms before stepping out and ushering Rayne into it, half shaking her head, her mouth still agape with excitement she entered the room and closed the door behind it and quickly began disrobing. Oh my kad, oh my kad... Rayne thought as she pulled the arm pieces on, and began to don the dress itself.

It only took a few minutes, Rayne after all was adept at quickly donning a full suit of heavy beskar, and she stood in the dress staring at the mirror. You ready? Rayne called from within the room to Bri who sat outside, no doubt impatiently, You cant be mean.. she added, as she pushed the door open and revealed to Bri the sight of Rayne in the exquisite dress, before bull rushing her and throwing her arms around her, It's just my size!! Rayne yelled as she did so, as a shape shifter "her size" could have been anything, what she more appropriately meant was, "It's just the size I like to be.." but the point would be mute as her general excitement was overwhelming none the less, How lucky is that!! She added. The store keeper who stood nearby with a smile said something about the manufacturer no longer making this style of dress, and with it also being the last one in stock, Rayne knew that Bri knew that Rayne also knew that she knew she was getting it today, now, like right now, and if anyone came in and tried to take it from the Mandalorian bride to be they would likely end up being carried out of this store, their body riddled with stab and blaster wounds.

Rayne realized after a moment that she had been embracing Bri this whole time, so she hadn't been given a chance to fully appriciate the dress, so she released the woman from her iron death grip of excitement and stepped back, giving a little slow twirl once she was a meter or so away, allowing Bri to see the entirety of the dress as it flowed like soft silky water around Rayne's frame as she spun a few times.

So... Rayne began timidly, Would you marry me in this dress? Rayne asked, now standing in front of a mirror and using its reflection to look at Bri who was behind her now.
