Biography
____________________________________

Tasha was born in a brothel, something that was all too common for citizens born in a region of the galaxy that ran rampant with crime and lawlessness. She was destined from the very beginning to have a rough life and not truly have a sense of family or attachment. Even throughout her childhood, she worked as a cleaner in the brothel, hardly seeing her mother that worked there. Her friends consisted of other children born there, many of whom turned to a life of crime or went outright missing.

It wasn’t long before Tasha herself was lured by the promise of money, willing to do anything to get out of poverty. She worked as a performer, dancer and prostitute throughout her early adulthood, but she eased into the life of a criminal. Utilizing the charms she had picked up along her lifestyle, she was able to excel in the life of a smuggler. Her activities ranged from petty theft to getting involved in gang fights here and there. She began to lead her own gang shortly after that, making a point of attacking trading ships and vehicles and looting them for profit.

Throughout it all, Tasha kept a great secret - and that was her attunement to the Force. She had experienced it early on, and she never understood what it meant. It made her feel unnatural, and she chose to keep it well hidden. This fact never came up until one day when a ship stopped by at a refueling station, carrying cargo that would be transported into Imperial territory. Tasha and her group attacked the ship, not realizing that the owner was a Sith himself and well versed in combat.

It took no time for the Sith to cut down the entirety of her gang. He came to strike down Tasha, but he sensed within her the Force. Seeing a greater benefit in honing her skills, and seeing her general apathy towards seeing her brethren cut down, he offered her the choice of coming with him or dying with her kin. She knew it was her chance to get out of her otherwise sealed fate, and she took that opportunity.

Over the next few years, she learned the ways of the Force, realizing that it was a gift and a power to be harnessed. She displayed exceptional skill in battle, and her years of independence and ruthlessness translated well into her new life as a Sith Acolyte. It didn’t take her long to become a part of the Old Empire’s war machine, and she was especially fueled by the Republica’s hatred of non-humans.

Tasha never looked back at her old life, knowing she had finally found purpose and her place in the galaxy to do something greater.


Personality

Tasha is difficult to crack with her personality. She doesn’t come across as a typical angry, dark and broody Sith. She is normally very charming and knows how to use her looks and mannerisms to get what she wants. However, it would take a very keen observer to be able to identify that most of this is superficial. In reality, Tasha is a very guarded individual and is very closed off to true attachments that could exploit her vulnerability. She is an opportunist and will happily allow her brethren or comrade to die if it serves her purpose. She fully believes in the survival of the fittest, and is focused on clawing her way towards her ambitions.


Capabilities

Tasha is deadly with her sabers. Her specialties lie in twin saber combat, though sometimes she is known to utilize a saber and a blaster. She is proficient in using the Force, though her primary focus is bladework. Her fighting style is a mix of aggression and finesse, making her quite the adversary.
