Enbarr Spaceport
Engines roared in front of them, causing the pair to look up at a freighter ascending from a nearby hanger. The sight of the vessel flying to the sky felt like a punch in the gut for the pilot who lost her own starcraft several weeks ago. Noticing Chant’s grimace the green astromech beeped, trying to cheer her up.
Turning to Ness, she sadly smiled and placed one hand on the droid’s dome. “True we still got each other, old girl. Thank the force for that.” Pausing for a moment she confessed with a sigh. “Still wish we had a ship of her own.”
Of course buying one wasn’t exactly easy to manage with their low finances. They had worked various odd jobs throughout Enbarr to do that and make ends meet. Ness chirped, suggesting they need to get going.
“Right, let’s go to what this town has in store for us today.”
Saying Chant led the way coming out of the alleyway into a bustling market. The wind howl in the distance.
