Command Ground would be an excellent choice, all the missions are important for our expansion, but that one's especially important since it sets up some relations with the Jawas :)

Argh! I am so sorry I missed adding you the first time. Added to Common Ground! And sidenote, per a request from Kes I'll take on NPCing and post said thread sometime in the next week, but probably not before Saturday, assuming no one else fills the role.
