Updated the layout some. Only real major change was the expansion/editing of information regarding the base and city. Also changed the member list to make it easier to edit in the future :bitchez

Giving this a quick bump. SB is gone and this sort of fell apart but I'm going to try to bring it back so that we can get some new missions and things going. Stay tuned for more info.
