Eithni had for a long time waited for this moment, the moment when she would get her adoptive matriarchic mother to teach her all kinds of new powers. Okay who's she kidding, she would most likely convince the matriarch to teach her and as she entered the atmosphere of Dathomir, she tried to come up with good answer for why she was ready.

When she had landed close by clan Draoidh, she climbed out and landed on the ground, she felt home again. That was something that never changed, the sense and feeling of having a home would always be Dathomir. As Eithni walked from where she sparked her ship, she began to head for the village, which didn't take long and was soon standing before a group of hunters.

Smiling cheerfully to her sisters, she went past the sentries and towards what soon would show the village of clan Draoidh. Another smile formed when she entered the village that she grew up and looked to everyone doing their own business. It looked like even the elders were out and talking among the younger generation of Dathomirian girls. Probably telling the stories of the Fanged Goddess or some scary story. Usually, they stayed inside their large hut to perform rituals, which was almost always.

The red sky laminated the forest, making it look like it was on fire, mother Usara looked at her children before turning back walking into the main hutt, steering the caldron as green smoke thick as fog started to fill the air. She slowly started to chant, smiling as an image of her daughter appeared…she was coming home…the old crone smirked welcome home my children she whispered, watching the image fade.

Some of the other nightsisters sat in the trees, waiting for any sign of unrest or unwelcome visitors, only to see their sister walking towards their home, some of them looked at one and other, before some of them jumped down to great her. hello sister…what brings you back soooo sooooon? Nothing more to learn or see? they whispered as they walked alongside her, walking into the village of clan Draoidh

As they entered the village some of the elders that were out and talking among the younger generation of Dathomirian girls, looked up nodding their heads at her, before going back to telling the stories of the Fanged Goddess or some scary stories, chuckling as some of the younger girls shuddered. Mother Usara steeped out of her hutt with one eyebrow raised well don’t just stand there like some lost banthan…come inside my child we have much to discuss

Standing in the centre of the village, turned Eithni around when she heard a very familiar voice. "Hello, mother" greeted EIthni standing almost the same height as the woman who raised her for as long as Eithni could remember. She followed the matriarch towards the larger hut, the very same hut she grew up in and slept in when she was a little girl. Eithni was however surprised that her adoptive mother actually had something on her mind she wanted to talk about, didn't happen often. When it happened it was always something she wanted Eithni to do, prepare for taking over the clan when Usara died or come back and be more active in the village, than travelling.

This time, however, did Eithni want something from the old matriarch, namely the power of invisibility. Or well, to be honest, she is most likely gonna stay on Dathomir, or to be more exact, in the village, because as soon as she has learned to go invisible, will Eithni get the matriarch to teach her more powers. The only thing standing between her and learning to go invisible is Mother Usara, the one raised her since she was a baby.

Walking in her own thoughts, she entered her own childhood home and snapped out of her thoughts as she turned around to face Mother Usara. "Okay, before you begin to say what it is you want to say, I wanna say something first!" expressed Eithni determined and wouldn't back down if Mother Usara tried to switch topic.

"I wanna learn invisibility mother! I wanna learn the power to go invisible" told Eithni the matriarch with a stubborn look, standing with both arms down her body, closed fist, as she stood there in the hut, waiting for a reply.

Usara just tilted her head slightly as she slowly walked into the hutt, not turning around knowing her daughter would follow, the other nightsisters let their eyes not leaving the two women, whispering about what Eithni had done now…what had she seen…and why was she back? Mother Usara looked at her child as the curtain swung in the air as it more or less closed them in. She had grown a lot since she last saw her, but what did she know…Usare was getting, well not old never old, but she was not a girl anymore that much was clear. She chuckled shaking her head, her chuckle sounding more like a wising cackle, than anything else, her back and bones creaking with every step.

Outside some of the younger girls crept up to the side of the hutt wanting to listen in, all very curious as to what the two women were going to talk about. Usara looked at the girl with a raised eyebrow as she started to talk, she looked so determent not letting the matriarch get a word in before her child started to talk about why it was she was back home…of cores she wanted something…was it to much to ask that her daughter came home to take a more active roll in the village…being a mother was hard work, with a child like Eithni.
You want to learn invisibility? oh my child do you think you are disciplined enough for that? And if I teach you…will you then start being more active in running this place? she asked

A catch, of course, was there a catch, it was never easy to just ask her adoptive matriarch mother about something, without expecting something in return. Well, it didn't exactly play out as a catch from Mother Usara, not yet at least, but she knew her mother. She just had to stay determined to what she wanted and not let her mother guide to what she wanted her to say.

Eithni actually got a bit offended by the matriarch's insinuation, she was so disciplined! Eithni huffed a bit, "I am ready and disciplined enough to learn invisibility! I already acquired the Water of Life" explained Eithni to Mother Usara with her arms down along her body, clenched her fist, not breaking eye contact with the matriarch. She was not leaving until she knew how to go invisible.

Staying and taking an active role in running the clan? But there was so much else she wanted to see in the universe before she would even think about taking on the responsibility as an active matriarch-to-be. "I~ I'm not ready yet, there are so much more I wanted to see in the universe Mother!" explained Eithni, preparing to stand by her decision, if Mother Usara chose to press against Eithni's decision even more.

Whispered could be heard from the sister's outside of the hut, most likely trying to get a sense of what's being talked about and said between the Matriarch and her descended as the next matriarch. Thinking quickly on her feet, she thought of a suggestion, "give me ten years and I'll come back and take a more active Matriarchal role by your side Mother?" Suggested, hoping Mother Usara would take the suggestion.

The girls outside snickered under their breaths hearing there sister huff about being disciplined and everything, they just looked at one and other muttering how if she really was so disciplined then why did she always leave, and why should she be the next matriarch when really all the girl wanted to do was travel, explore and learn about the known universe… she is such a child…why can’t she just stay home and do as she is told one girl said loud enough to hear.

Mother Usara sighed as she heard her other children outside the hut, if you don’t stop eavesdropping I will come out there and you will be sorry she yelled before turning back to Eithni with a raised brow. are you now? And pray tell why do you think you should have this gift girl? the matriarch asked.

The matriarch snorted and walked over to a chair her bones and joints creaking with age, if you aren’t ready now how will I know that you are in ten years, or that you won’t say the same thing then? How will you be ready if you don’t stay and learn…my dear child… sighed the old woman tiredly.

Eithni also heard her sisters snickered outside of the hut, but she ignored it, they weren't why she was here and as Eithni expected, Mother Usara told them off. "Why? I completed my trial and fought the sleeper. I removed a piece of it and I brewed the Water of Life, I've never been so ready in my life" Explained Eithni with stubborn determination as she walked over to stand in front of the woman that raised her from when she was a baby.

Eithni stood with her arms down along her body, clenched fists and holding her ruby-coloured eyes with Mother Usara's own. "Because I make you a promise... mother and I have learned~" explained Eithni back, flaring her magick up, as her eyes get devoured by the familiar green glowing mist. The same mist swirled around her hands and surrounds a table and chairs in the room and it starts to levitate for a bit. "See, I've already learned something new and it isn't a waste of time, I can learn so much more" explained Eithni with a big of begging to her tone as she placed the furniture back down again.

She faced the matriarch again and stopped using her magick, make her eyes return to their normal look, waiting for what her mother would say. Eithni wasn't going to give up and would continue until the matriarch would teach her. Eithni was quite stubborn like that.

Mother Usara looked at her daughter, as she explained how she fought the sleeper and got the ‘water of life’ seeing ones child growing up, was never easy, but like hell she would ever tell the girl that lest it go to her already big head. Really this girl was the most stubborn and determent child she had ever met! She would be a good leader for their people when the day came…as long as she learned to control her temper… well you did something right…and if you have then show me…I want to see ‘the water of life’ said the old woman.
As her daughter stood with her arms down along her body, clenched fists and holding her ruby-coloured eyes with Mother Usara's own, the matriarch smirked when the girls magic started flaring up and a green mist swirled around her child’s hands and things started levitating, now that wasn’t that hard now was it my child, all I want is for you to show me and prove how much you have grown…do that and I will give you what you seek said mother Usara slowly getting up from her chair so she could get a better look at her child but first tide up this mess you made when you levitated my table said the old woman as she left the hut.

Eithni did not expect her mom to ask her that, had she really forgotten when she made the liquid after returning, passing out with a piece of the Sleeper. She pulled out pouch with the Water of Life was stored in and pulled the plug off. She flared the ichor within her and the magick swirled around her as her eyes got devoured by the same green glowing mist smoke. With a few movements with her hand, a smaller drop of the green glowing liquid slowly slithered out of the pouch and formed into a green watery bubble, which floated in her palm.

She easily returned the content back into the pouch and squished the back in and returned it back to her belt under the ragged coat she had on. Eithni really wanted to say something back, but held her tongue and just pouted a bit when she ordered her to clean up the mess... She told her to do it! But, after Mother Usara left, Eithni quickly fixed what had fallen off and went out after her mom, really excited over learning the power.

Usara walked out the hut raising an eyebrow at girls pretending that they hadn’t just been eavesdropping not too long ago. When Eithni finally came outside Usara sighed took you long enough girl she said before she started walking down to the caves under the city, better keep up I won't wait for you! she yelled as the air got tight and the smell of dirt and moist filed atmosphere around the mother and daughter. She knew her child would not give up or stop pestering her until she gave in. So if Eithni wanted the power of invisibility she could have it, as long as she came back.So tell me…what have you learned and seen on your latest travels girl? It must be something, since its keeping you away Usara said smirking at her daughter.

Once down their Usara turned to look her daughter before guiding her over to the center of the underground temple-like structure. Sit and do as I say, if you aren’t willing, can’t listen or concentrate…we will be here all night…now are you ready girl? Or do you want to go back to your ship and fly away? said the mother

Eithni ignored her sisters and it seemed her mom was also giving them the cold treatment as she let Eithni through the village, through the hole in their large hut which would lead her through a doorway and lead her down a pathway. Eithni recognized that the stairs from when she was younger as they went down the spiral stairs. Down a spiral, they walked on carved out steps from the ground and continued down the spiral, not able to see anything, other than some strange yellow orb hanging by the dirt walls.

What Eithni saw next, was an enormous cave with very large pillars all with doorways into dark rooms. The same strange yellow orbs giving out light hanged all over the cave, lighting up the place. When they exited the spiral staircase, she would look up towards the ceiling of the cave as it was almost shrouded in darkness. The cave hasn't changed at all since she was a kid looking around she saw that the stone surface of the cave was the same watery liquid as she was a kid and had a glowing turquoise colour, emanating the low light.

Walking down a straight stone-carved staircase and ended up on the half-formed platform, she was led over a small stone bridge and stood in front of her mom. Eithni sat down excited for learning how to go invisible and both felt ready and knew she was ready. "I'm ready!" Said Eithni with a giddy yet determined look in her eyes.

She smiled good now watch and learn Usara reached for the pouch that contained the ‘water of life’, she poured some of it out into a basin slowly chanting in tongues, the basin bubbled emitting fog as the witches started floating, soon the mother and daughter were shrouded in the mist like fog. You will soon operate "midway" between the physical and spirit realms, cloaking you with near-invisibility. said mother Usara as their feet touched the ground, a wall of fog around them. Usara approached the potion in the center of the circle and walked through the mist, she became spectral and invisible, looking down at her see-through hands she smiled.

Walk through the mist my child she whispered waiting for her daughter to follow her. The cave was illuminated by the mist like portal and the yellow flickering orbs hanging in the cave, the mist was slowly fading until it was snuffed out. She looked at the red-eyed girl smirking your turn

Eithni listened well that made sure to get everything she said. Eithni even crept a little closer when the matriarch began to perform the ritual and she couldn't help grinning over getting to learn to go invisible. Eithni got up and followed her mom through the mistified doorway portal of sort and the moment she went through, she got engulfed in a cloak of Ichor. The Ichor disappeared around her and so did she, standing invisible to the naked eye, Eithni cheered giddily and very soon she started to follow her mother's instructions and very soon she was introduced into how the ritual worked.

Eithni had always been a quick learner and this time was no different and with her own pouch, she placed it in front of her, opened it and smoothly started to repeat the ritual that her mom taught her and as she went through the gateway, she turned invisible. Though she quickly learned the ritual, had Eithni no doubt in her mind that her mom would critics her form and much more, to get her to do the ritual perfect as there was no time for mistakes.

In the end, she managed to learn the ritual and was now ready for more teachings and new powers
