Belasco, a shimmering jewel of a planet. It's beauty was something the small Jedi, while cold about many things, still enjoyed looking at. Maybe, though, the wonder would wear off after awhile. It was her first visit after all. But she was only on the planet to meet up with Korre Belasi, the current Prime Minister of the Free World Alliance, because of what the Jedi had found.

It was Emilia's duty, as a Jedi and guardian of peace, to see that the information went directly to the woman. No one else could be trusted, not until the Prime Minster held the information in her hands and deemed another trustworthy.

It took a lot of pulling teeth, and a wait, but Emilia managed to get a meeting with the woman. Of course, that meant that Emilia had to be more honest than she usually was. She revealed her status as a Jedi to Korre and her office staff, among other things.

The small sephi currently stood in the waiting room to enter the Prime Minsters office. Emila was weaponless, having given them up to the guards, but she still had her datapad filled with the database of the assassin cult. The datapad was clutched in her right hand, and was currently snug under her crossed arms. The screen was off but the file Emilia had pulled up already was the one on Korre Belasi herself.

Korre spent a good portion of her days mulling over paperwork now. Between the formation of the military and deciding how to present an alliance with the Jedi Order to her Senate, she had a lot on her plate. That didn't mean she lacked the time for other matters, especially when a Jedi was asking to speak to her directly.

"Send her in!" Korre called over to Florin who had just walked in and begun to ask if she was ready. He left to fetch the Jedi, and the Prime Minister took a moment to clear her desk. She took a sip of her coffee, and blue eyes panned up when the door to her office opened to reveal the supposed Jedi.

Quickly, Korre set down her coffee and gave the Sephi a friendly smile. "Emilia Vuth, correct? Would you like anything to drink?" Florin would fetch her request if she had one. "So, what do you have to share?"

A man who introduced himself as Florin ushered Emilia into the Prime Minsters office. The stoic-faced sephi followed the man, slowing her steps then stopping in front of the Prime Minsters desk.

"Yes," she answered the woman's first question plainly, "Emilia Vuth, Knight of the Jedi Order." It felt odd saying she was part of the Order. At the same time, Emilia assumed (technically) being part of the Order was part of the reason she was given this meeting with the Prime Minster in the first place. "I do not require a drink."

"Thank you for putting time aside to see me,"
the small Knight said. Despite her stoic look and general coldness, she could be polite to goverment officials. She continued, "It is an urgent matter. I've recovered intel that indicates someone from imperial space has hired the Drak Kor Order to go after several high profile members of the Free World Alliance and Republic. If you're unaware, the Dark Kor Order is a rising cult of criminals and highly skilled assassins that have begun to operate in this space."

The Jedi pressed a button at the side of her datapad. She then turned the datapad around so it faced Korree and slid it up towards the woman. At the left side of the screen were several pictures of the Prime Minster, on the right was information on the woman and instructions which included "Wanted Cold: Eliminate". If the Prime Minster wanted, she would be able to flip through the rest of the files.

"I have uprooted two of their compounds and dealt with their leader, but I believe you should still be aware and prepared if the cult endures and goes through with the hits," the small Jedi ended.

No drink? Fair enough. Korre folded her hands in her lap and listened as the Jedi continued. Her expression was pleasantly friendly, but as Emilia got into the nitty-gritty of it, her smile faltered to a more serious expression. "The Drak Kor Order?" The name was vaguely familiar as if she'd read it in a report before, but she was less concerned about the order itself than the fact that the order had been sent out from someone in imperial space. "So the Sith are coming in more discreet ways now, huh." Korre pulled the datapad toward her and looked down at the pictures, blue eyes scanning over the pixels and information.

"Hm." She wasn't all that surprised someone wanted her dead, but it was a bigger issue if they were going to target her senators and those from the New Republic. "You said you were able to uproot two of their compounds already?" If Emilia had already managed to do that on her own, or at least within her own resources, that was impressive.

"Do any more pockets of this cult remain, to your knowledge?"

"Yes, two compounds. Both compounds were in the underworld part of a planet. The buildings were originally abandoned until the cult settled in them. I met and confronted their leader, Drak, in the second one I found. You should know that during our confrontation I discovered that he was not Sith, but he was a Dark Side Force user," she clarified.

"I gave his lightsaber hilt to your security and plan to leave it here along with that datapad," she gestured towards the device in front of the Prime Minster, "On that datapad you'll also find a full report on everything I saw and know about the cult," Emilia was willing to provide whatever information was needed, even if, for some reason, it came back to bite her.

Once again, she was a guardian of peace, above all else, and that meant protecting the Prime Minster and others who worked to see that peace remain. They may not do it on the battle field like Emilia, but nevertheless their place was just as important, if not more.

"I do not know of anymore pockets," Emilia reported honestly, still stoic as ever despite not delivering an answer she liked. "But I have eyes and ears watching for any movement that might hint at the cult's continued activity. If they're still active, I will find where they're working out of."

"A Dark Side Force user, but not Sith?" Korre often forgot that the Force manifested itself in those who did not eventually make their way to the Jedi or the Sith. It seemed, however, that any connection to the Dark Side meant ill will to those the user decided to target.

She didn't know of any more pockets, but the Jedi said she had eyes and ears out. Korre glanced down at the datapad, then back up at Emilia as she contemplated something for a second.

"The IIA is concerned with matters of security, including the detection and eradication of security threats such as this cult. I am wholly impressed that you found it before them." If they were Force users, then perhaps the IIA would be well-served with a Jedi on their side. "I would be interested in having you work alongside them to seek out and removed the remnants of this cult, as well as investigate their origins. Of course, you are more than welcome to decline, but you would have their resources at your disposal, and if you wish, we would be more than willing to pay you."

Korre bit the inside of her lip, chewing on the potential consequences of putting a Jedi to use in the IIA. There was the potential of criticism, but she had already spoken with Grandmaster Voran about suggesting a formal alliance with the Jedi to the Senate. If Emilia was successful, the PR of having a Jedi do measurable good for the Free Worlds would certainly help bolster the public view of them.

"The Free Worlds need to see that the Jedi are not a bane, but a boon. If you were to be successful, it would be a step toward ridding the galaxy of your bad image."

"Correct. Independent Force Users are very rare, but not an impossibility. Dangerous ancient knowledge and teachings about the Dark Side tend to fall into the hands of dangerous men and women, and it does not require an Order for that to happen. In fact, our current day Sith started out as a small cult, much like the Drak Kor Order," Emilia answered with her monotone voice.

It was possible the Prime Minster already knew all of this, though the small Jedi did not know for certain so she assumed it was best to explain.

Emilia didn't expect the Prime Minsters compliment. But, she remained stoic per usual, outside her chin raising up very slightly. She was equally surprised to be asked to work along side of the IIA, a goverment organization. Though, she had been trained to work with others professionally because it was, obviously, a useful skill. Meaning, she had the ability to work along side the IIA effectively as an agent.

It was just that... the young Jedi preferred to work alone, but it would be crazy to turn down the offer. The IIA had so many more resources than her, resources that'd make hunting down and eradicating the remnants of the cult much easier. As far as the getting rid of the bad image part, Emilia wasn't sure why that mattered. Bad image or not, she'd been able to provide aid to people her whole life, which was the Jedi way. Either way, her mind was already made up.

"As you wish. I will work with the IIA," Emilia answered plainly, followed by a nod, "They will find me more than cooperative and competent. And I don't require pay. As a Jedi, I don't charge for my services."

No pay? It puzzled Korre that the Jedi would not accept payment for their actions. Volunteering was one thing, but this was a bit too involved to just be volunteer work, no?

"As you wish," Korre would respond with a shrug. She couldn't force the Sephi to accept payment after all. If it was Jedi thing, as her "as a Jedi" phrase suggested, she wouldn't push it. The Belascan pulled out her own datapad and quickly tapped out a message and sent it to a contact in the IIA. They would get back to her soon. They always did.

"I'm going to put you in contact with Ry'mora Yuoer. She's the head of the IAD, and will do her best to assist you. You should have access to a small team of IIA agents to assist you." It would, of course, come with a certain level of clearance within the FWA government. It would only be a temporary designation, but it was necessary for Emilia to have it if she were to work with the IIA.

"I very much appreciate your help, and that you came to me with this. The last thing we need are more dead senators."
