Gren was strong, something her mere form gave hint to and while she was indeed surprised to suddenly find herself lifting an entire Sith, it wasn't so much that she immediately lost her grip. Instead, she was able to hold him in the air for a crucial few moments, long enough to seal his fate as she watched Mei immediately turn her failed attack into another swing with her other lightsaber at the Sith's legs. She would drop him however, after those crucial moments, halfway turning to check on the Cecil's progress, whilst still keeping an eye on Mei and her opponent. It was just in time to take a blaster bolt to the chest, blowing off a chunk of her armor, and making her jump back in alarm, narrowly avoiding another hit.

More shots followed, precise clean shots that were now absolutely useless. She could see that they were coming from the outpost wall, from a single solitary figure on the ramparts. Now that she could see where they were coming from and from so far away, it was easy to deflect or dodge them one at a time, bringing her lightsaber up into the proper positioning for each one as it came. She sent them every which way, a few into the ground, a few into the air, a few just off into the distance, one back at the shooter. She even dodged a few with quick movements. It was like back in training, only easier.

Keeping an eye behind her just in case, Gren started to edge forward back towards the gate, back towards her own troops, who were furiously assaulting their target along with Cecil in his dust cloud. As she did so, she started allowing the force to pool within her, preparing it for use as she moved into the dust cloud, which would conceal her from the figure on the ramparts. Although she would keep watching the sniper and her surroundings until the last moments, ready for anything tricky or unusual.

Armani cupped his ear as he waited for a sound, a sign that his blow had struck true. For a time, there was only silence as a sensation of confusion now spread over him. Fortunately, his aim hadn't let him down. The discblade would hurtle at the neck of the mandolorian, hitting its mark and burrying into the human's neck. Cutting through the thin neck padding like hot butter, it would cut through the spine of the mandolorian wearer and sever its helmet covered head from its body with a satisying 'plop'. This 'plop' was all the Devatonian needed to hear as he saw the yellow saber fall to the ground. With a roar, the Soresu user rushed into the dustcloud and began cutting down the enmey troops before promptly switching off hus saber. The tide of battle had turned, it was now a 2v3, victory was in sight, the invasion would fail.

Standing in the duscloud with his saber deactivated, Sal tapped into the force to sense where the other force users might be. He didn't wander too far from the base's gates thiugh, just in case a hasty retreat was in order.

Unbeknownst to her, Gren's counterattack was very successful, the deflected bolt returning home eagerly. The man who'd been shooting at her, perhaps not paying attention, took the bolt right to the head. It was over in an instant, the soldiers helmet, likely defective, was unable to bear the strain and gave way with lethal results. Behind the outpost wall, a small group of less experienced soldiers who'd been hanging back were suddenly surprised to find a corpse dropping amongst them. Thinking it was a surprise attack, the dead body was immediately riddled with an overindulgence of blaster bolts, each trooper flexing their marksmanship talents with gusto.

Several dozen meters away, entering the dust cloud as she turned off her saber, Gren was surprised to hear a sudden flurry of blastershots that seemed to be coming from.....behind the outpost wall? She was impressed, sure it was only logical for the Jedi to have the best soldiers in the galaxy, but to have already breached the compound? Very nice, as was the sudden sense of victory she could sense from behind her, a quick glance revealing Mei striking a game ending blow against her foe. Excellent, now to defeat those that remained, particularly the foe that had just rushed into the dustcloud with a very audible roar, cutting down the few troopers who'd been straggling behind. She felt them die, heard their screams, smelled the blood, and was suddenly reminded of an encounter on Sullust. With the memory and the deaths, came a sudden rage, a deep resentful anger that burned fierce inside her. A single furious glance around revealed only the dust, and no sign of the Sith who was surely in close proximity, no sign of the killer who'd just murdered several soldiers of the light. A killer that was now HIDING like a coward. It was enough to set her off. Using the power she'd accumulated, Gren exploded, unleashing a massive telekinetic wave of energy in a single burst, a great circular bubble of force expanding outward extremely rapidly, far far faster than someone could run. It would be just enough to cover the diameter of the dust cloud, both destroying the cloud, and scattering everything within it via sheer power. Anyone unlucky enough to get hit by it would feel as if they'd just taken a quickly moving wall to their everything, like walking into a giant swinging hammer.

Mei after cutting the Muun's leg off she spun to deal with the others She saw one of her fellow Jedi falls. She felt Gren's anger and took off after her. she used the force to push the men out of the way of her force blast. She kept her Emotions in check but she was angry herself. She ran behind Gren. "Gren you need to calm down. your angry is going to cloud your judgment," she yelled as she keeps the force around her so she does not get hurt. She hopes that her voice can reach Gren. She keeps the force around herself to keep herself safe from the attack going on from Gren. She keeps moving the men out of the way as she does.

Sal peered into the dust as he reached out into the force. His vision may have been obscured, but the dark side would guide him here. The pale sith frowned as he felt the ripple of another powerful force user die nearby, a notable case despite the rippling flies of the jedi troopers falling to the wayside left and right. He was still close to the entrance of the base, as he had been when he launched his attack on the approaching troopers. Still, unlike before, he couldn't make out the sight of lightsabers clashing on the other side of the thick dust. As a suddenly surge of energies within the force crashed into him, Sal realized that his sith partner, the fool who had charged at the jedi from the rear, was dead. That fact was quickly forgotten though as a wall of force energy hit him like a hammer, knocking him back clean off his feet and sending him flying back towards the base.

Sal landed on his back with a 'thud', knocking the wind out of him while he was left skidding along the dirt. The concussive blast of force energy, while not incapacitating, still hurt like hell. He was going to be bruised and banged for sure, pain was rippling up and down his spine. Still, he scrambled back up to his feet, full of adrenaline, and backpedalled through the gates into the base. Pulling out his Sunspear, he fired at the manual control panel that he had used before, causing the gates to quickly close now as the dust cloud dissipated. In only a few seconds, the compound would be locked down once again. In a moment of thought, the Devaronian considered his options. One of his partners was dead, and the other was an incompetent moff who was only there to save face. The pale man frowned as his next course of action became clear. This outpost would soon fall, and he with it, a wasted resource for the war to come. They could have still won this battle if the Emperor had not placed such inept weaklings alongside him. Asserting this mantra in his mind, Sal barked a few orders to the soldiers on the wall to keep firing, before retreating back to the hangar bay to enter his ship and leave this miserable planet to its fate.

Gren both felt and heard her attack hit something, and just as if she'd been swinging her actual fist, she could tell where. In an instant her ACR rifle was in her hands and pointed towards the source of the disturbance as the vision obstructing dust vanished. Right in her sights, was a Sith who'd been knocked silly by her attack, still skidding along the dirt, not even a dozen meters away. Mei was shouting something behind her, something about judgement and clouds, something unimportant.

With a dark grin, Gren pulled the trigger, unleashing a powerful burst of sonic energy as the man tried to scramble to his feet. It would impact right where the man was sitting, exploding in its concussive five meter burst with terrifying results. The man, hopefully dazed and starry eyed still, would likely be unable to summon the force in time for aide and with his current position, would be very hard pressed to escape the blast radius. Hopefully her partner would stop prattling and do something to help as well, along with the Mando Jedi. It would be nice if he were to show his face as well.

Mei Sighed to herself she really didn't approve of this but she reached out with the force as she stopped where she was and tried to grip the fleeing Sith. She hoped the men got out of the way of the blast. She saw one man was not going to be able to so she used the picked him up with the force and moved him as well but she was reaching her limit. She closed her eyes to concentrate on her hold on Sal

Her shot hit home, landing directly on top of the Sith, unleashing a new burst of dust and debris as the concussive force took its toll. Watching the dust clear, Gren strode forward cautiously with gun at the ready, only to smirk and reholster the weapon upon viewing the results of her attack. Her foe was clearly unconscious, likely seriously injured, maybe even dead though the sheer mass of ruptured armor and rubble made visual confirmation difficult. Still, it was the victory she desired, and Gren shot a happy grin back towards Mei, preparing to ask about the other Sith.

The words died in her throat, and the smile vanished, for now that the dust was clear.....Gren could see the head laying beside a crumpled body. All thoughts about the other Sith they'd been fighting vanished from her mind, quickly forgotten in light of this new discovery. The body and head was covered with Mandalorian armor, and a lightsaber lay in the rocks nearby. Gren froze, silent and still for several moments, until with a roar she spun back to the Sith, lightsaber raised over her head. With a single vicious chop, she decapitated the fallen darksider, removing any doubts about the Sith's vital state and adding one more headless corpse to the battlefield. Hissing with rage, Gren stomped a few feet back towards Mei, only to turn around and punt the head as hard as she could. With a loud clang of armor, the horned head went flying over the wall and into the depths of the outpost where it vanished from sight. Watching it go, still gripped by an irrational anger, Gren returned to the body, grabbing up the headless Sith's lightsaber, holding it hesitantly with two clawed fingers.

She was looking it over when a sudden explosion racked the air, and turning around, Gren was greeted with the sight of the towering anti air guns crumbling in the distance, courtesy of the Soldiers of Light. Now that, that made her feel better, though in didn't quite erase the feeling of failure inside. Gren flicked on her comlink, shooting off a message to their ship which would then be leapfrogged to the Order. "This One is Knight Gren, Confirming mission success. Anti-air weapons destroyed, Sith defeated, though.....we've taken causalities. More updates pending." Sighing heavily, Gren limped over to the fallen Jedi, cursing the possibly broken toe she'd just discovered. She eyed the man's armor with clear disgust, though now it was tempered with sadness, gathering up the two pieces in her cloak. She'd honestly disliked the man, for his inattentiveness to tradition and Jedi standards, but he was still a Jedi, a guardian of peace and justice. And for that she mourned his death, and her own failure to come to his aide. She made sure to gather up his weapons as well, the yellow lightsaber and saberstaff, holding them fervently alongside the body.

Looking over to Mei, Gren smiled weakly, "Lets go home"

@Chance Mills Personally I have no intention of capturing your character though I'll leave the final decision up to @Melania (should she decide to post again).

Mei let out a low sigh as she shook her head and walked over to her fallen Comrade she still held to some of the customs of her people so she let out a rawr before turning and seeing the fallen Sith but does not do anything to him. She would let him live perhaps he would escape and think twice before attacking a flank like that again. She let out a breath before walking to some troops and smiling at them nodding at them. "Fine work men you did a good job," she said getting the men to salute her as she got onto the ship to leave as the gun towers fell. She closed her eyes to hide the tears in her eyes at the all the loss that had happened. Their deaths would not be in vain and they would be remembered.
