Edaara followed Hailee and Kyo up onto his ship. She sank gratefully into a nearby chair in the medical wing, Davi by her side, clutching her hand with both of his. He had calmed down some but she could still see the worry etched into his little face. It was because of Kyo's and Hailee's skill in Healing that she was able to lean over slighty and lift Davi up, placing the small child in her lap. Immediately, he wrapped his arms around her, burying his face in the dirty front of her robes, and promptly fell asleep.

Edaara felt much calmer and less pained as she watched Kyo get Pero ready for the bacta tank. Hailee slid to the floor, leaning against the wall and shaking slightly. Edaara caught the padawan's gaze and extended an arm, her other arm holding Davi against her. She intended to invite Hailee closer, letting the girl rest her head on Edaara's side if she wanted to. This was where Edaara's maternal instincts become prominent.

Once Pêro was ready, Kyosuke double checked the Knight's body for any other additional injuries or anything else that might've been necessary to take care of before bringing the unconscious Jedi to the bacta pod. After carefully placing him inside, the raven-haired young man then secured a breathing apparatus to the front of Pêro's face, and closed the lid. Shortly after, liquid bacta would begin to fill the pod.

Once the youngling was asleep, Gremlin hopped down from him, skittered over to his bestie, and looked up at the young man while letting out a soft and worried coo. Knight Yamato released a deep breath and stood still a moment longer, watching the unconscious Jedi as the bacta continued to fill around him.

"Shini, shut the cargo ramp." Kyosuke half-muttered, and a moment later the ramp could be heard closing on the lower deck. The adrenaline was crashing, and he could feel himself beginning to do the same. His shoulders began to sag a little more, though he did his best to hold his composure while he walked over to a nearby medical cabinet and opened one of the drawers within it. A pair of med-stims was all that remained.

"Gonna have to remember to pick up more of these." He stated flatly before pulling out one of them and kneeling next to Hailee. He then looked down at the blonde's torso, where it had seemed she had been experiencing the most discomfort from, though he felt he should double check with her so they could make the best use of the stim.

"Alright, Padawan," he tried to keep a serious face and not blush in front of both ladies as he felt a bit silly and awkward about where he was looking and what he was about to ask. He would've handed the med-stim to Edaara, but he didn't want to accidently disturb Davï. Kyosuke swallowed back on his shred of pride, and asked anyway with as empathetic tone as he could muster.

"Where uhh... Where does it hurt most?" He silently cursed his lack of friendly social experience, and hoped neither of the Jedi would misunderstand his innocent attempt to be courteous.

While Hailee sat on the ground, shaking, it was not just her heart rate that was increasing. She was also feeling the pain much more intensely and it started radiating into her complete upper body, but the adrenaline that was still pumping through her veins was probably still distracting her a bit.

Her gaze lingered on Pêro, but as soon as Knight Yamato moved his unconscious body into the bacta pod, she was staring into the nothingness. The pain was increasing with every second and she didn't even know what to do as she had never suffered a broken rib before.

In the corner of her eye, she saw frightened, young Davï crawling up to Edaara, yet the knight was also offering Hailee some comfort as well. Hailee - still being caught in her paralytic, agonized stage- didn't move much, especially because there was no voice breaking through.

It was only when knight Yamato spoke to her that she managed to move, but all she managed to do was glancing up to him. "I-" she began quietly before she decided to clear her throat. "My ribs are broken...at least one. I...can heal them once I...rest up".

She wasn't necessarily avoiding his question, but she was obviously too distracted and overwhelmed by the whole situation that she was also not realizing he was holding a med-stim. His slightly awkward approach was also not actually helping and so she just stared at him with a mixture of confusion and discomfort.

Edaara retracted her arm as Kyo knelt by Hailee's side, attempting to help her. She felt a wash of pity for them both. Hailee seemed barely conscious and Kyo seemed to focus too much on being courteous, when they had just nearly died together. "Put the medstim in her stomach, just below her ribs," Edaara said gently to Kyo. She knew Hailee would not protest, despite her attempts to draw attention away from herself and act fine. She was right though- they all needed to rest, that would heal them the most, more than any medstim or bacta spray. It was harder to heal oneself with the Force, so rest was the best option for them all.

"Rest, we can focus more on medications when we get back to the temple," she continued, this time directing her words to Hailee. Pain still echoed in her body, but it was bearable now. "Close your eyes and relax- your master will be fine," she reassured the padawan. She would not be able to heal unless she let her body complete the natural processes.

A soft nod came from Knight Yamato, before he gently braced Hailee's side and ribs with one hand. He tried not to hurt her as he jabbed the med-stim into her, flicking his eyes up to hers for a brief moment as the stim injected its payload into the Padawan.

"Sorry..." He softly whispered to her upon impacting her with the object, knowing it probably didn't feel too good. Then, once the med-stim had expended all of its contents he finally pulled it away. Gremlin poked his head out from behind his bestie and looked up at the ladies, cooing at both of them with what could be seen as a worried expression.

"That should kick in pretty quick though." Kyosuke then stood and discarded the med-stim casing in an enclosed trash bin. Gremlin chirped and hopped up to his bestie's extended arm, then scampered up the Shadow's and perched upon the back of his neck.

"There are a couple private quarters you're welcome to lay down in. The beds might be a little more comfortable then the bench and chair in here. The couch in the lounge isn't too bad either." Kyosuke looked down at the ladies, hoping they and the youngling were all feeling a bit better now that the battle was over and there was finally time for some respite. "Shini, get us back to the Yavin IV temple. Take it slow and easy."

"Affirmative, Key - Oh. Course set for - Yavin IV - Temple." The Shinigami's powerful engine and thrusters gradually began to whirl up again, and soon the ship would begin to lift from the swampy forest floor, taking off into the sky to head for the temple with the rest of the party aboard. If any of them wanted to get up and head for any of the rooms or the lounge, then Knight Yamato would gladly help escort them to wherever they wanted to go around his ship. Otherwise, he would remain with the fellow Jedi for now.

With a still rather absent glare, the blonde Jedi had looked up to Edaara, visibly taking some time to make sense out of the knight's statement. Had she really just suggested for the other knight to just ram that medstim into her body without any consent given?!

She had pointed out that she was expecting a rib was broken...that was what the pain felt like and what that crunch had sounded like after all. However she had clearly stated that he would mend that once she had rested. Without any warning though did the dark haired knight follow the instruction given by the other one and a loud "OUCH! What?!" escaped her.

Furiously, her emerald eyes found the light blue orbs of the other knight, both anger and accusations laying in her gaze. Had he really just done that?! "Are you out of your mind?!" she vociferously declared, still throwing him a very reproachful glare.

It really took a few moments for to realize that he was actually just trying to help, however she didn't appreciate him just taking that decision away from her."I...Sorry...I hadn't seen that coming..." she at least managed to apologize before there was some actual pain relief to be felt, which was a surprisingly relieving feeling.

She nodded at what he said next, her gaze flicking over to the bacta pod again before she let out a sigh. "Yes...thank you. I guess I'll lay down..." she then quietly answered before she pushed herself back to her feet with her very last strength.

"You two should do the same...". With that, she slowly continued her walk towards the direction knight Yamato had suggested. Actually laying down sounded good and there was nothing else she could do right now.

Edaara thought Hailee was especially on edge- but she didn't blame her. She had been through a lot of stress for a padawan and while her response had been inappropiate, she had apologized. They had all been through a lot today, and rest would make everyone's attitude more pleasant. It would not be a long ride back to the temple.

Slowly, Edaara stood, her arms cradling Davi against her middle, his small head on her chest. She didn't say anything, but gave Kyo a soft, reassuring smile as she left. It wasn't hard to find the private quarters Kyo had mentioned. She sat down on the edge of the bed slowly, closing her eyes and feeling Davi's slow breathing against her chest. She scooted backwards and lay down slowly. It did not take long before her own breathing was slowed to match that of the youngling sleeping on top of her. She would sleep until the ship arrived back at the temple.

An immediate wave of guilt and dejection stabbed into the reclusive Shadow, rippling outward as Padawan Lightwood snapped at him. A reaction more akin to what he'd seen of Sith. A reaction, that along with her snap judgement at the start of the beast fight, began to worry him for her future. He kept his mouth shut, and tried to keep the look of disappointment off his face.

Edaara's reassuring smile did him some good though, as did Hailee's apology, though the damage had already been done. He had always believed part of his master's faults that led her to become an exile was due in part to her fits of anger, even though she usually carried herself as a paragon when her emotions were under control. The signs that something similar could happen to Padawan Lightwood had become too much for the Shadow to ignore, but he struggled to share how felt given the current tension of things, and instead of speaking up he instead buried his feelings.

"Night." Knight Yamato calmly nodded to Edaara. Once the emerald Knight had made her way to the next room over from the medbay, Kyosuke then began to lead Hailee down the hall, stopping and turning in the middle of it between his room at the end and the vacant room across from it that once belonged to Seela, which he still kept ready for the hopeful day they would eventually be reunited.

With the door to Edaara's room shut, Kyosuke politely lifted his arm about half way to gesture for Hailee to enter the room across from the other Knight's. The deceptive room he guided the Padawan to was of course also the Shinigami's brig, though there would currently be no way Hailee or any of the other Jedi on board even knew it was anything other than a simple room. Once she entered he did and said nothing more, and simply began to walk away instead.

The atmosphere in the knight's ship was somewhat oppressing and it weighted Hailee down further, even though she didn't say another word. All she wanted was some rest and she really couldn't wait to get some, even though she knew that their journey back to the temple was definitely not a long one.

She followed knight Yamato with a sigh, carefully rubbing the injection spot while she was still rather freaked out about what he had done. She was expecting him to say another word and so as she walked her muscles were extremely tense, ready to defend herself if necessary.

She had a really weird feeling in the pit of her stomach, as if a sense of dread or danger overshadowed their walk, but once they reached the room, the older knight simply disappeared. She let out a breath of relief and immediately walked towards a relatively comfortable looking bunk bed at the side and immediately collapsed into it.

The tension was leaving her body and so the full extent of her inner exhaustion kicked in, so that it only took a few minutes for her to drift off into a deep, dreamers sleep. As expected, their journey wasn't long and the thing that woke their was the apparent landing approach and then the engines that turned themselves off when they were back on the ground. They had made it. They had dealt with the beast of Yavin and brought the youngling back to safety...Hailee immediately forced herself to get up and ignore the waves of pain that shot through her body while she steered towards the bacta-tank. Checking on her master before they would leave the ship was her first priority and she was also expecting that she would meet the others there, too.
