He was no longer in the alley but, but stood on the roof of a nearby building, a few hundred people stood below watching one of the performers, Korwin. He walked out onto the roof, his robes discarded somewhere... They were replaced by baggy pants which were mysteriously still on, even though they were far too large. His neon red underwear glowed in the dark (they were around his belly button) and then a very strange introduction was initiated.

"Ladies, Gentlemen and Transgenders... Here before you tonight, from the Ghetto of West Coruscant, THE ONE THE ONLY BIG KF." Bowing once Korwin took centre stage . After a moment the applause stopped and he started to dance, god, he had the moves.

He started to thrust his arms into the air while his legs started to bend, his midsection slowly bending till they almost touched his legs which were quickly moving from left to right, his arms still beating... He gets onto his head, spinning around, spinning around for about three minutes straight, he is a genius, he is a miracle worker he is a lege- No, it was a simple move with the force, but only Val knew that.

He then started to moon walk, with his hands over his crotch and make high pitched sequels which antagonized the crowd, he roared, he screamed, he made them want more. But just as the crowd wanted him the most, he bowed and said simply "Thank you, you have been a good audience and I do appreciate this chance to preform my arts infront of such a wide variety of artists, and people from all professions and walks from life. I hope you the most beautiful evening, please don't take too many drugs and most of all, make sure you get home safely. Thank you."

Val simply blinked up in astonishment. Was there anything this kid couldn't learn? She almost felt like a fangirl, cheering and applauding with the rest of them. She had to admit she was impressed. Val screamed out loud when he did a perfect moonwalk. She looked over to jump back as a woman tossed her panties towards the roof. This was getting crazy. With short, quick nudges with the Force, she escaped the mob, breathing for the first time. What kind of crazy world had she thrust him into?! Oh well, hopefully these were life lessons he could use later.

She had to wait hours to catch a glimpse of him. It appeared that wherever he went, he left a trail of adoring fans behind. Val came across a man twice her height, stopping her before she could approach Korwin. She scowled up at him.

"What gives?"

"Boss don't like to be disturbed."

"BOSS? Why that little..."

Val went off on a small, very mother-like rant which did not please the man at all. He threatened to have her tossed out, accusing her of being a fanatic groupie. The nerve!

"Oi, Big boy, talk to me, what she like ? She good lookin' ?"

"Err...." The Bouncer looked her up and down thinking of the correct thing to say... "Yeah, yeah shes alright.. Pretty hot crazy for you boss.

"Let, her, in. There is always room for the games that I play, boy you better know that don't get me blasting with my blaster or you will get running, you hear what I'm saying ?" He says this loudly, his voices slurred and with a strange tone on it the Guard rolls his eyes and goes

"Yeah, yeah Boss, of course ! Without a doubt," The Bouncer shuffles off allowing Val in, as she enters the room she sees a completely empty room, but with six half naked or completely naked women, trying desperately to touch Korwin, Korwin keeps on slapping the women's hand away, they were making lots of gestures with their bodies and trying to get his attention and as one of them begs for private time he just shouts...

"Oi, bitches. Simmer down, we gotta know who is going to win in this game of Coruscanti Monopoly. I am going to owwwn the senate." As you walk closer to the circle you see Korwin, completely dressed focusing heavily on Monopoly, drunk out of his face he seems unaware of the drunk, beautiful women who all wanted him. As they all played he watched the board, only the board talking more and more rubbish with every shot.

A naked Twilek with deep blue skin said softly "Come with me Bigggg K, teach me your moves." She parts her legs so he can see, but he doesn't look there he looks at her face. He stands up, seemingly enraged, taking a gun out of his pocket he aims it at the Twilek, making the other girls scream.

"Bitch, you just don't get it. Im serious about winning, bitches ain't winning, you wanna win, play the game. Don't hate the player, hate the gamee.." He started to speak faster and faster giggling gently, she screamed and offered her cards to Korwin who took them. He pointed the gun at her head and said. "Not fast enough, bitch." He pulls the trigger and water fires out the end, hitting the terrified Twilek in the face, all the groupies laugh and try to come onto him again.

Val walked in, scrunching up her face at the various smells that surrounded her. She couldn't believe where he had ended up. However, he was learning what he needed to. Val coughed when she entered the room, moments after he had squirted the twi'lek with water. She scowled immediately, shocked at all the half naked women. They turned to her, all with suspicious gazes.

"Who's she?"

Val ignored the women, promptly storming right towards him. This wasn't the place for him, no. He had the dancing down, but this lifestyle was not something she wanted for him. Without a word, Val grabbed him by the ear and physically began to drag him away. As the women began to move to stop her, she simply gave them a stern gaze that would chill them to their bones. It was a mommy gaze, and one that made even the most battle hardened veterans cringe with fright. They shrunk back and out of her way, Val storming down the corridor and still dragging Korwin by the ear. The larger man from before stepped in front of her.

"Not in the mood, prick."

Before he could even say anything, he was casually tossed aside with a simple flick of her wrist. Val strode out of the area, disappearing into the night.

----

"How much longer is he gonna sleep?"

"He's stinky..."

"Honey, stop poking him.."

If Korwin opened his eyes, he would be face to face with a tiny boy of five, repeatedly poking him in the face. The child's eyes were bright gold, always curious. His skin was inhumanly pale, a stark contrast to the black hair on his head. He had tiny pointy ears. Next to him was a little girl, aged three. She looked just as curious, attempting to shove her older brother aside in an attempt to gawk at the stranger. The little girl had bright blue eyes, and looked oddly like Val. She had brown hair and had one of the pink hats Korwin had made on her head. She smiled widely when Korwin blinked awake.

"Look! Look! He's up!"

She acted as if Christmas had come early. Val rolled her eyes, walking over to plop down in a seat next to Korwin.

"What the hell were you doing being the 'boss'?! You were supposed to learn to dance, not...whatever you were doing in that room."

She grimaced at the memory. It was her fault. She had corrupted him. Val sighed, slumping into her chair. She had no idea, of course, that he hadn't engaged in anything with those scuzzy women or had done anything worse than drinking and the occasional drug.

As he opened his eyes they were instantly drawn to the little boy who had taken it upon himself to poke the half naked Korwin in the face. While he could not feel it, he found it rather humerus and let a small smile widen and widen while he closed his eyes once more and breathed in heavily, making a loud exhale. Clearly still not perfect from the night previous.

As he heard his masters words they had no effect on him at the moment, they just floated off of the top of his head, he was completely, without a shadow of a doubt entranced by the two children. His head turned to the oldest child and as he looked at him from his black hair, down his pale skin and into his golden eyes he thought deeply. He looked into the eyes, the smile coming off of his face quickly. Something was wrong...

The little girl jumped onto him and after a lifetime of seeing the newest initiates arrive he did something very natural to him, but very odd to the little girl. He picked her up and brought her into a tight hug. He squeezed gently on her back as she wrapped her arms around his neck and whispered something soothing in a language he did not know. It was one that he had heard the many nannies of the Jedi Order whisper to those crying little girls and boys so far away from home. The little girl seemed hesitant to let go but after alittle prying she let go and he entrusted her to Val. He looked into Vals eyes, still in deep thought. He looked into the girls eyes, then into Vals eyes again and then, to the boy.

He said something, but Korwin didn't pay attention he mearly placed his hand on the boys shoulder, squeezing it firmly to get him to be quiet, the boy with the rebellious nature was soothed for a moment by his actions. Him and Korwin looked at each other, Korwin smiled and the boy smiled back, but then the boy started to talk again and Korwin retreated inside of his head.

What was going on, who were these children, wasn't it obvious ? They were so strong in the force, so unrefined, so similar... So young.. He lay back down, putting his arms behind his head he looks at the roof and starts to speak with a soft voice.

"I heard your name before I met you, you know ? Many tales of your prowess, I won't go into detail but I always wondered why the greatest sword masters of the Order are so... Talented. Maybe its because they have something to fight for, but now I know its because they have something to die for." He stops speaking and smiles, she could not hide her love for them and it warmed his heart and as he continued speaking.

"The Father, he.." He closes his eyes, thinks deeply and uses logic and the force and a feeling he knew was right. "Your, husband... He is a master, of the sword, isn't he ?"

Val watched curiously as her children took to him right away. It was strange to see Korwin in this light, but she couldn't hold back the smile, watching him hug her small daughter. Her anger melted away immediately.

"Her name's Emi. And that's her brother Raziel."

She blurted the words before she could stop herself. Val listened to his words, marveling at the wisdom behind them. He was always full of surprises. She had lifted a glass of water to sip from. As he mentioned her husband, Val choked on the water, spitting it out. She couldn't be THAT obvious! Val looked at him, terror flashing in her eyes suddenly.

"I-I don't know what you're talking about.."

Of course, her son wanted to come to the rescue immediately.

"Who? Dad? He's coooool!"

Raziel immediately went on to imitate his father, grabbing a toy saber and swishing it around. For a child his age, his movements were astonishingly graceful, a trait passed onto him by his father. On top of that, he was half Sephi, and naturally more gifted with grace and agility. Val buried her face into her palms.

"Korwin...you weren't even supposed to meet them. I'm basically trusting you with my life here."

Her voice was serious. Raziel and Emi were both confused at the sudden change in demeanor, being able to sense it through the Force. Emi took the opportunity to instantly climb onto Korwin again. Val's fear would be easy to detect, her face devoid of color. She was livid, complete unsure how to tackle this. She had been so good at hiding, yet he had unearthed her so easily. Her position within the Order was jeopardized. Val looked down at the ground before speaking.

"If...if the Order finds out...they will take them away. That or I leave the Order."

There was no question as to which path she would choose. Val met his gaze again, nervously biting her lip. It was a tense few moments, far removed from the jovial ambiance moments before.

He listened to her plea, he listened to her words and he listened most importantly to her heart. He winked once and said in a loud whisper, that the two children found rather entertaining.

"It was only an intelligence guess, a stab in the dark, so to speak." His smile continued and he looked at her, fearful and as she bit her lip Korwin made a sudden movement, as he kneeled up and faces Val, ignoring the two, confused but beautiful children. He coupes her cheeks in his hands and looks in her eyes. He breathes in, becoming atuned with her wave length, small tears forming at the back of his eyes at her emotion.

"Nobody will take your children away from you." He bites his lip aswell, thinking on his next word carefully "I promise." He smiles gently, his smile not so pronounced, but short and sweet. He stood to his full height, making the children wonder at his height. Squatting down he pulls them both up, but first he looks at Raziel's lightsaber form, it was outstanding. He would make sure he would never fall to the darkside.

He looked at Emi, and as he pulled her up he gave her another squeeze, there was something about her too, but everything with time, even he was at the start of his journey, but he wondered momenterily about the children, what they will become and their affinity with the force. He was incredibly gifted, perhaps destined to be one of the most powerful Jedi of all time. But these children, they were the future.

He takes his masters hand aswell, but only lightly for the young children are in his grasp and motions towards the kitchen, its time some breakfast was made.

It had been a few days since Val dragged Korwin back to her apartment. She had let him stay, finding that her living quarters were much more welcoming than wherever he would have slept otherwise. Val knew they had to get back to training soon, but he apparently had a performance coming up at a club. She was secretly glad to find him taking this seriously. His ballet lessons had aided him in quickly picking up any new type of dance.

Tonight was the night of that performance. Val had arranged for a babysitter to take her kids in the meantime, before they would go back to their father. The two had busy schedules. However, now that Korwin had met her kids, perhaps it would be easier to have them around during training. Val knew Korwin had to leave ahead of time to prep for the club. As he walked out, Emi rushed up to him, tugging at his pants leg. She blinked up at him nervously, swaying from side to side.

"I haaaave something for you."

Raziel walked up behind her.

"It's stupid."

"Shut up!"

The boy simply shook his head and wandered off. Emi smiled widely and held up a beaded bracelet.

"I made it just for you!"

She handed it to him. The beads spelled out 'I', a heart in the middle and 'Korwin'. Emi gave him a tight hug and ran off giggling soon after. Val had to keep from grinning at the sight. She stood at the doorway, nodding at Korwin.

"I'll see you at your 'show', then."

The stage was set, the people were chanting it was the encore, it was the final performance, the last lap, they were loving it.. They were loving it, even on their drugs, and boozed up. They could not get enough of this mystery boy from the other side of the Planet. He started off with alittle rapping performance which accumulated in...

"Real rappers is hard to find like a remote control, But rap is not a used-to, Still got love, that's why I abuse you who are not thugs, How could I ever let your words affect me? They say Hip-Hop is dead, Well I'm here to resurrect me. Respect." As he stopped rapping, DJ Dizzie Lad started to beatbox, the final bout of fighting had begun.

One hand up, two hand up, he started to limbo, limbo under the keyboard player, and down till his back touched the floor but his legs kept walking, he was incredible. Alittle too incredible. He started to 'dance', thrusting his hips towards the crowd violently and crunching so his body buried itself into his hips as he started to bounce while moving his midsection from side to side, the sunglasses fell off of his face.

He stopped. He turned. He looked into the crowd and said loudly, as he held a braclet, or locket in his hand only the chain visible and shouted, "This is for all the special ladies out there."

Then placing the locket into his pocket, he starts to do lips in the air, his legs doing a rainbow as he flipped in the air, higher then any normal Human could, the jumps the flips the turns and the random singing all made the crowd crazy and as the amplifiers were turned to the max he could no longer hear himself think.

Dancing on his head, he uses his head to turn around, spinning extremely fast, his signature move, but then. Suddenly, he jumped, six feet and grabbed one of the rafters supporting the lights he used this to propel himself tot he roof support, from which he sat. The club staff were going crazy, what was he doing ?

"Yeah, The KF has one last thing to explain to the nation of Corusucant. Love one another, love yourselves and please, don't drink and drive." With those words he climbed out of the wall in the ceiling, then vanished into a back alley, deserted, Val knew where he was she could sense him.

Another few weeks passed since the big performance Korwin had put on for everyone at the Coruscant district. His stage name was well known around that area, though no one knew he was a padawan in training. Val was in a training room back on Alderaan. She had summoned Korwin to see her. He had gotten his usual week long break after she had told him he didn't need to keep learning breakdancing, having learned what he needed. She could sense he was getting a little frustrated again. She hoped to clear the air today.

The Jedi was meditating in the middle of the room, her eyes closed. With her mind she could sense Korwin's presence. It was intriguing, as it was much more powerful than when she had first sensed him outside of the temple. She could feel a Force Bond beginning to develop, and silently wondered if he felt the same.

He had had enough. No more dancing, no more playing around it was time to do some training. Its all he could think about as he entered the room. He saw her sat there mediating blissfully. He felt rude, alittle dirty aswell for what he was about to spoil, the atmosphere. He was frustrated, very frustrated he had thought it through many times but had come to no conclusion.

"Look, Val I have fun with you, alot of fun but we have to start training ! I mean we have done abit but not enough, I can dance now but that isn't going to help me defend myself. Stop. Korwin time. It just isn't going to work, I hope today you came here and thought we would start doing something else.. I mean." He had worked himself up, he didn't want to sound rude but he did. He was completely unaware of the connection between him and his master, and this offered a valuable entrance that he did not know about. Even with his barriers and such it was easy for Val to read his mind, through the bond that was growing, it was easy to see his impatience.

Val listened to his words calmly. She didn't respond for a long moment. She understood his frustration. He had every reason to be angry with her. She hadn't explained anything to him. However, that was the goal. As a result, he had not only acquired new skills but got to experience the civilian life he desired. Val rose to her feet, finally meeting his gaze.

"You are correct, Korwin. It's time for us to return to training."

With that, she tossed him a training saber. This time, there was no blind fold. Val drew her own saber, not a training one this time, and set it to stun. Without warning, she dashed right at him, bringing her saber up in an arc. Korwin would block it almost instantly. Val pivoted to his right flank, glancing back to find that he was pivoting as well, light on the balls of his feet. She withdrew from him, completing the spin and bringing the saber into a horizontal arc towards his left, and he was ready to meet it perpendicularly with his training saber. Using that momentum, Val jumped up and above his head, but he followed the motion, using the side wall as support to run up against it and keep up to pace with her motion. After some more attack and defense combos, Val slid back on her feet, putting a small measure of distance between them. She looked up at him and grinned. Every single action he performed would have been done before he even thought about it.

With every blow he realized more and more what has happened. He exclaimed that he still hated her loudly as the fight continued, it wasn't much of a challenge for Val he thought but he had an idea, a great idea that only he could come up with. He raised his saber, he pointed it at Val, gaining distance, trying to make her focus completely on his movements, or on him in general.

And with an invisible flick a huge beanbag flew at Val. Korwin laughed at the situation, turning his lightsaber off. "Well Val do you want to go on or do you know when you have been beaten ?" He brandishes the blade cautiously. He looks at her and says in a very babyish voice, but he had a tone of complete excitement as he wonders what is to come.

"What are.. We going to do doing now ?"

As the beanbag came flying towards her, Val jumped in the air, grace lacing every movement. She flipped backwards in the air, the bag flying underneath her. She landed on her feet, smiling at Korwin. It was clear his tone had changed drastically from his initial frustration. Val switched off the training saber.

"How you fought right there is what is classified as Form IV. It's called Ataru, and it's a form that draws on grace, speed and agility to form a deadly combo. I had you take those dance lessons to build and hone those skills in you till they became natural. If you combine that with manipulation of the Force, you'll be unstoppable."

There was still much to learn. Now that Korwin was more 'tame' and not as out of control as before, she knew it was time to venture out on one of the most important aspects of his training.

"Your first lightsaber. We will be going out to collect crystals. This is a very important step in your training and you need to take it seriously. Make sure you know all there is to know about lightsabers. It'd be a shame if you accidentally sliced your own head off."

Brilliant. Who ever invented these robes needed to get their heads checked, these were not made for the deserts.. Korwin thought as he tucked his pants into his boots in a vain attempt to stop the endless sand pouring in. Sand, sand sand sand. Sand everywhere. Sand in his nose, sand in his eyes, sand in his boots. Sand. Sand, sand sand. Sand.

Walking through the desert was not fun, the wind constantly blew, blowing sand. He really did feel as if this journey went on forever, for it all looked the same apart from the various contours which the Sandpeople used to map the land, but even these contours were subject to change and disappearance overnight. Very interesting, well to him anyway.

His annoyance was projected onto his master, from whom he repeadedly asked if they had arrived at their destination, the entire way. He just robotically said that until she responded, waited a minute, started again. He almost became unaware that he was doing it after a while. But as they climbed the final hill, the final dune in the blistering heat, they saw it, the cave.

He sighed gently, withdrawing a vibroblade. "

Fear me and my sword..."

Val was not any happier than Korwin about the heat. However, she had to deal with his constant whining on top of it. She resisted the urge to smack him the entire trip, gritting her teeth and reminding herself that abusing padawans was definitely against the rules. Was it? She couldn't remember a clearly defined tenet that mentioned it. Perhaps she could get away with knocking him out, stealing a saber and saying he made it but couldn't remember due to some made up Force phenomena. Yes, that sounded brilliant! Val thought long and hard about it while he nagged incessantly. She was pulled out of her trance when he spoke.

"About god damned time!"

Val ventured into the cave. She turned and whispered to Korwin.

"Be really quiet, if we surprise it, we'll have the upper hand."

However, their journey took them towards the end of the cave, and still no signs of life. At last, they reached the end and found nothing. Val cursed out loud, kicking a nearby boulder. Her anger dissipated to agony as she hopped around holding her foot in pain. They were both sweaty, exhausted and the entire journey had been for nothing. Val turned towards the wall of the cave, sighing.

"Well, it's a bit cooler in here so I suppose we can rel-"

The light that poured into the cave was slowly being eclipsed. Val, fear in her eyes, turned around to spot a massive Krayt Dragon making its way into the cave. The entrance was blocked and they were trapped inside. She looked at Korwin with a grimace.

"I wish I had drugs right about now."

"Ahh... Ehh... Ooo.." Korwin stuttered for a moment, he was obviously panicking his calm exposure broken by the huge reptilian monster who now eclipsed the sun, almost bringing its home into complete darkness. The dragon bared its teeth before letting out a huge roar which was so loud and strong that Korwin's robes were wafting all around, making him look like some sort of strange peacock. The smell was so terrible, it had to of been Bantha, he had never experienced such a stench. He was stuck completely motionless.

But then he breaks this by shouting loudly.

"Valll... Vaallllll" He exagerates the L greatly as if she was ignoring him. "You, do something.. I, distract, go ! Don't worry about me..." He said while taking the cloak of his robes letting it slowly curl up into a ball on the floor. "I'm going to dance like never before." And with this unbelievable explanation he starts to do cartwheels, flips and side turns as the Dragons attention becomes solely on him. He looks to his master then shouts the order "Go !" as if she should know what is to be done.

Korwin on the other hand started to empty his pockets, a knife, a fork, two bubblegum wrappers, two chop sticks and a lighter. He had no idea why he had all this random stuff in his pockets but as the Krayt Dragon tried to swipe at Korwin he found himself back flipping onto the top of his claws and using the force to push large amount of sand into its eyes. He had a grand plan, looking to the fork, the lighter and the knife, he knew what to do.

Val looked at him with confusion, which had gotten to be quite a bit of a habit around him. She had no idea why his speech was so strange and why- you know what? This kid never made sense. Val rolled her eyes and let him do his thing. He always seemed to have some half baked plan that somehow worked. She had long since stopped questioning it. The Jedi called upon the Force to enhance her senses, allowing her to hone in on the dragon within the darkness. She ignited her saber, the azure hue brightening the cave. The hum of the saber echoed around them, helping to confuse the dragon.

She darted towards the dragon's side, her agility helping her. Val effortlessly ran up the side wall of the cave, twisting her torso and landing right onto the dragon's back. The tail almost whacked her out of the air mid flight, but she latched onto one of the spikes on its back. Val climbed up and sliced down with her saber, the plasma cutting through the skin. However, due to its tough exterior, it only managed to anger the dragon even more. It whipped around, roaring and rampaging, causing stalagcites to crumble all around them. It was a dangerous situation to be in. Val, barely hanging on, looked out towards Korwin.

"DO SOMETHING!!"

"Ahhh.. ahh !" He started to shout his fears louder and louder as he found it harder to fight off the Dragon's increasingly varied and quick attacks, at one point his robe becomes cut, and at another he preformed a move that should forever live in history as one of the greats as he preformed the limbo to squeeze between the Dragon's two feet before being crushed.

As he saw his master in trouble he had no idea what to do, his plan had abandoned him , or had it ? He took the red little lighter and ignited the small flame, he saw that this stirred some emotions within the dragon, perhaps it had had some dealings with fire before? Who knows, but the dragon started to attack even more heavily now edging furhter into the cave, and it the cave became ever more narrower the further it went, possibly threatening Val.

Not wanting to kill, or hurt his master, he shouts to her loudly "He might not like what I'm about to do." As he placed his Vibroblade on the floor he said alittle prayer for the Dragon, he was muttering something under his breathe "Oh god the Galactic society for the protection and prevention of cruelty to animals would sue my ass if they ever found out about this.." Waving his arms around like an idiot he starts to make strange chimp like noises, he took the wooden chop sticks and the lighter and set them both on fire.

To encourage him and this battle he ran forward screaming at the Dragon, which luckily did confuse it.

Jumping onto the paw of the Dragon he then backflips till he is on its head, bending over he almost instantly falls to the floor before ramming one stick into both eyes. The dragon screamed as he used the force to push it in further, he felt cruel, but it had to be done. He had another idea, rolling backwards he summons two large stones, he was about to try to put them in the Dragons nostrils.

Val heard the dragon give an almighty roar as it rose on its hind legs and stomped on the ground. She had debris fall on her, but thankfully it wasn't anything serious. As the stones collided with the dragon's nose, it was even more infuriated, coming right towards Korwin. However, Val grabbed it by one of its horns and shifted her weight in the other direction, using the aid of the Force to guide it away. The dizzy dragon stumbled over and fell on its side. It threatened to roll over onto its back to crush her.

As the dragon fell to its side, its underbelly and throat were exposed. Val desperately clung onto the beast, attempting to hold it down.
