Kaelen had spent several days in the wilderness training with several of his other Initiates and Knights, but they had come to the small town in preparation of heading back to the Jedi World of Dantooine.
They weren't leaving until tomorrow and been given leave to have some free time. His fellow Initiates scattered at the mention of free time, and Kaelen had been left alone. The young Jedi had not quite found his place back within the Order and often found himself alone. This didn't bother him as much as it might others.
Kaelen headed into town alone. While he was blind, he had been taught how to wield the Force to help him navigate, it caused him to take slow and deliberate steps. He listened to the sounds of the town bustling around him. He felt the all too familiar pang of anxiety he felt when around more than a handful of people, but he forced himself to continue.
He almost didn't realize the weak cough of the woman sitting on the side of the road. She had just asked several others for credits but all Kaelen could sense was the disgust from those who walked past her now that he was paying attention. He turned towards here and knelt down and held out several credits. Unsteady hands reached up to take the credits from.
"My name is Kaelen, do you mind if I sit down?" he said quietly.
