It was dangerous, calling all the Jedi to one location, the School of Hidden Wisdom, but someone had to do. Someone had to talk to them about setting new goals. Someone had to talk to them about protecting the galaxy again. Someone had to talk to them about discovering what it truly meant to be a Jedi. That someone would be her, Snake Brooks.

She was eerily reminded of Khaluq's speech about fighting the Bendu and taking back what was there's, causing her to feel the hairs on the back of her neck rise in nervousness. But someone had to try to lead the Jedi. She laughed quietly. Who was she to think that she could do this and not a member of the council. Xiantos, the former leader, had been out of action ages ago. It was time to take a stand.

This room of the School could serve as an auditorium, with room for all of the Council to stand on a platform and speak out to the Jedi in attendence. Snake stood alone on it, and watched as the first twenty or so Jedi walk into the room. She faced them, her hands behind her back and her legs a shoulder-width apart, ready to start speaking when more filled the room. When more Jedi came, Masters and apprentices alike, murmurs began and spread across the auditorium like wildfire.

Mephiles entered the room inside the School of Hidden Wisdom that had been specified on a transmission only hours before, yawning and stretching his arms. He took some time to look around at the auditorium style room that many Jedi were now entering before finding a seat in the second row. His mind wondered what kind of person the new Grandmaster of the Jedi Order was, having never really seen or spoken to her. Mephiles scratched the back of his head as he turned in his seat towards the doors of the room. Seeing about ten or so more Jedi entering the room, three of them he recognized and gave a friendly wave before turning back around.

Quill Arridius had always been dedicated to the Jedi, and was now overjoyed to see that they were once again being united. The Gen'dai Jedi was well known for his mastery of the force, but was also a legendary fighter, mostly due to his near-invincible status. Seeing many of the order whom he had not seen in a very long time, Quill knew that this meeting was a very good thing.

Kirisoto Mizubunshin followed his master in. Master Quill had told him to come with him to the summons. Something important must be happening today. As Kiri walked into the hall, his breath was taken away. It was so beautiful! the architecture! flying butresses and isometric columns! His attention was diverted to the gathering at the fron of the hall. There was a row of people on a raised platform, with a woman at the centre, looking ready to speak.
''Why do you think we have been summoned, master?'' Kiri eagerly asked his teacher.

If there was anything strange to Rixar, he wondered why now? Sure, he was in a bit of joy that the Jedi would take back what was rightfully the Order's and the Republic's but why at this time? Numbers still weren't great from what Rixar had seen and so far, Rixar didn't think he was ready to go to war anyway. Rixar had heard in the past that Padawans were indeed sent to fight if they were old enough and had enough skill to actually fight. Padawan Irwin being able to actually fight? Well, Rixar is pretty good with the lightsaber and all, fighting wouldn't be much of a problem to Rixar as far as physically going in battle. Its just this was very sudden. He hasn't been a Padawan a month yet and here the Jedi were, going to take action to take back their worlds. Rixar was old enough, might be able to handle himself in an actual fight but Rixar still felt he wasn't ready. Maybe he wasn't. Maybe he was. Just a gut feeling really.

In any case, Rixar heard that all Jedi needed to come and since Rixar was a Jedi Padawan, what reason was there for him not to come? Rixar wore a white Jedi apparel this time, verses that of the normal, more plain brown apparel of the Jedi. He didn't bring the cloak though, seeing that it was unneeded so he just went without it. The clothing itself wasn't very comfortable, though fashionable as it was. Rixar rather liked the appearance of the clothing, finding out from other people and from a little research that it was becoming very popular indeed. Rixar, after looking himself in the mirror at one point while here in the school wearing his white apparel, found that he could stand out in a crowd. Rixar didn't really mind himself, finding that his red hair was going to make him stand out no matter what he wore anyway. At least he could wear something he liked.

Making his way into the large room, an auditorium if you will as that was the impression that Rixar got when he entered, Rixar found himself being stared at as he went along the room floor. Rixar wish they didn't stare so much, he wouldn't as he walked along but he did pass a few glances around him, just to see who was here. Most had their lightsabers with them as always, as Rixar brought his own with him as it hung from his belt. A sudden thought occurred in his head as he remembered that the lightsaber's blade was silver, and so would match with the apparel. Rixar laughed a little to himself, finding irony in the thought, a small smile coming to his face. It went away a moment later as he shook his head, not wanting to give anyone around him the wrong impression of himself. You'd think that people wouldn't base you on image alone but people do it anyway, even some of the Jedi here. Padawans as far as Rixar knew since appearances did tell about a person but to only some extent.

Rixar passed a few glances around again, finding that he didn't know anyone here personally but did find himself seeing them from time and again in the school. Rixar looked towards where he thought were some council members on the platform above and saw a woman. Snake Brooks from what Rixar remembered in researching about the Jedi Council. The last Grandmaster must have resigned or something because it was announced at one point maybe a few days ago that she was now the Grandmaster of the Jedi. A bit odd really for Rixar as he didn't expect himself to be in her presence. Well, presence wouldn't actually be the word for it. Maybe just being in the same room to correct himself. In any case, Rixar glanced away so that it didn't appear as if he was staring, unlike a lot of other people around him who he didn't know of. It was one thing to stand out but this was absurd!

Rixar suddenly found himself feeling the Force flow through him, almost as if out of nowhere. Rixar shock his head, allowing the Force to settle and rest, that way to not attract attention. He found himself doing that for a while now, just suddenly having the Force active around him without first thinking about it. He had gotten comments, from Padawans to some Knights and Masters, that the Force was natural about him but to find himself using it without meaning to was another thing. Rixar didn't really know until someone pointed it out. Kind-of stupid of him really but Rixar didn't mind. In any case, Rixar continued to walk about a bit, wanting to find someone to talk to in these times of uncertain...well, you get the idea. And by far, it might be his red hair someone comments on first, since he was the only person in the entire room with red as far as Rixar knew, and a vivid red too!

*From a distance away, small steps were being made from the hanger bay. A man dressed in shabby Jedi Master Robes walked out of the hanger bay through the School of Hidden Wisdom to enter their auditorium. Those who walked passed him on his way to the auditorium noticed his odd dark black hair, his unusual attire, and the confidence that he carried within himself even with the oddness of his appearance.

For those who walked by and did not notice, this man himself was baffled by the youngesters who walked around within this Jedi Temple. This, of course was not his lair of teachings and students, but being called here wasn't very usual as well. The only time he was to be called elsewhere from Station Beta was if something had gone wrong or all the Jedi were to be grouped together for some kind of talk.

Upon entering the auditorium, he saw many alike, baffled and talking amongest each other, trying to unravel the topic of today's meeting, and of course, figure out why Master Shadow was standing behind the podium of where Master Zosimus would stand. Walking into the shadow of a pillar, he followed it until he found a wall to lean on, and he cast his hawk-eyes onto the speaker.*

Quill looked at the female Jedi on the platform. He knew her, not personally though, but as a fellow jedi. She was a knight when he was a padawan. Now, he was happy to see her as the Grandmaster. Quill was looking for a place to sit in the audatorium as he answered his padawan's question.

"I'm not entirely sure, but my intuition says that the Jedi once again have hope. The opression of the sith has been present in this galaxy for far to long, and no matter how hard we try, we cannot seem to overcome them. However, now I think there is hope. We are all coming here together, to plan, to set a course, to defeat the opression, to bring the galaxy to harmony once more."

*Torger Nyugen was about to enter the room when he found with a minor annoyance that he couldn't walk through the door without having to bend his knees and duck his head. Straighting up once he was in the room, he looked around. The massive Togorian then strode to the back of the room and leaned against the back wall. He'd learned from experience that there weren't many chairs that could hold his weight and it was better to stand in the back so others did not have ask him to move so they could see. His black eyes slowing moved from one Jedi to the next before settling on the one who had called them all here. He hoped this meeting was a sign that the Jedi Order was finally going to have the unity that had so been lacking since the onset of the war.*

''Excellent. Then the four shall live in harmony again, and the unnamed one shall be sent forth back to the burning plains, where he shall spitefully watch over the tomented souls upon the tree of spikes. I hope this is what she is intending. I hope there is a peaceful way. The blade must only be used as a last resort.'' Kiri looked to his Gen'dai master, hoping he would affirm his hopes of harmony between the four gods, and peace in the galaxy.

Quill was pleased to hear the how excited his padawan seemed at the prospect of harmony and peace. It only strengthened his faith in Kiri.

"Yes, that is what we are aiming for. Harmony, peace, and justice throughout the galaxy once more. Here, follow me. I wish to meet Jedi that I do not know and introduce you to the ones I do."

Quill began walking around the audatorium, introducing his padawan to many prominent members of the order, and others that he just recently met. Moving from jedi to jedi, Quill found himself in front of the Togorian jedi.

"Hello their friend. My name is Quill Arridius, Jedi Consular, and this is my padawan Kiri. I don't believe I've met you before. How long have you been in the order?"

Kiri looked up. He was amazed. This person was taller than Kiri's mighty 7 feet. He had never met someone so tall as the being before him. He remained silent, checking his armour, polished to a dark gleam, was correctly attatched. He ran his hands over the swirld and runes. He looked back to his master and the strange being. Surely, he was born for fighting, his immense size told him, though, as his experiences with Rogal-Sama told him, Don't always judge a book by it's cover...

*Torger looked down at the man who'd spoken to him. His lips pulled back, reveling sharp, pointed teeth. It was a smile, often mistaken for something else entirely. When he spoke his voice was deep and boomed out like a foghorn on a quiet night. It had a cheerly, jolly nature to it.*
"Hello my friend, it is a pleasure to meet you. I'am Torger Nyugen. How long have I been in the Order? Since I was a cub, like all of us here."
*He saw the look on the young man's face next to Quill. The fanged smile grew wider. He had on doubt what was going through the young man's mind. Some were awed and many fearful at a being of his size.*

Quill returned the smile. He was already taking a liking to this Torger.

"Ah, being a Jedi from birth truly is a blessing. Why don't you come sit with us, Torger? Its not every day the Jedi are all assembled together, and I would like to know you more. I feel a strong pull in the force when I am near your presence. Its refreshing really."

"I be honored to my friend, but please excuse me if I stand. The last chair I tried to sit in was not up to the task of holding my weight."
*He let out a deep booming laugh at this fact. Oh it had been awhile since he'd found a chair at hadn't broken when he'd sit in it.*

Mephiles leaned back in his seat, staring at the ceiling of the room. He shut his eyes and attuned his senses to the force. After a few minutes, he was astonished to feel the massive amounts of force energy emenating from all the Jedi in the room. Mephiles opened his eyes and continued to stare at the ceiling, but he was also grinning.

Quill joined him in his laughter.

"Well then, since you cannot sit, and I am not about to leave you here to stand alone, my padawan and I will stand with you. You are good company to be around, and your jovial behavior is rarely seen in the serious life of a Jedi."

Quill stood against the wall beside Torger, and motioned for Kiri to stand beside himself.

Avare' came to the Auditorium room doors. He hesitated to enter, most hadn't seen him, nor even heard from him since his encounter with a Sith Lord, nearly falling to the darkside from it. Taking in a deep breath he gave the door a gentle push with the hand and slipped into the room. It seemed like there were hundreds of Jedi in this room, only it was tens... The young Jedi Knight narrowed his eyes at the Council forming on stage, narrowing them to get a better look. Half of them he heard of, the other half he had never even seen before, and one he had encountered before. Kyle Stellar...

Shaking his head, that Master could have been the man who had single handedly saved him from the Darkside the year before. Looking around the large auditorium it was filled with lightside energy, yet felt... and looked empty. Avare' made his way towards the back of the room. Taking a seat in the backrow, center seat. If no one knew him, his dark robes might have brought on deceit. They gave him the appearance of a Sith, and the trace dark feelings that remained within him didn't help. Yet he would stay loyal to the Jedi, just as his fallen Master had.

Closing is eyes he took in a deep breath and took in the sounds around him. The gentle whispers of Masters to Knights, who then carried them to Padawans. The gentle hum of the air being recycled around them, filling the large room with a cooler, cleaner air. The soft click of the door opening and closing every few seconds which came with another gentle patter of foot steps as a group made its way in. It was peaceful within the room which removed much of the trace dark elements within him. He opened his icey blue eyes one more time, looking about the room for a familiar face, though found nothing. Swatting some of the black hair out of his eyes, they fell shut once more, once again taking in the environment around him. Something being in Kashyyyk taught him to do, always be wary of your surroundings...

"A shame it is that so few of us even laugh anymore. The war has taken a heavy toll, and not just physically and mentally, but spiritually as well I fear. But excuse my momentary brooding, company would be welcome. It is always good to be surrounded by those you can trust, especially in these dark times. Let us hope this meeting is a sign of a new dawn from a dark night.*

"Jedi of the Republic!" Snake's voice suddenly rang out to the audience that had gathered her for this announcement.

At first, the gathered Jedi of all species and ages continued to talk. Then the front row quieted down after they heard the woman on the stage speak and a wave of silence washed over the rest as they all turned towards her with expetence. Hope practically radiated from them, along with some disbelief that having a new leader would solve all of their problems. She began to speak, her voice echoing off of the walls to her listeners. Even the people still entering the room had stopped to her talk.

"I...I am a Jedi.

I am one of the protectors of the Republic. A defender of peace whether they deserve it or not. I walk the path of the Light, helping those who have strayed to the dark return to their true path. My lightsaber is a tool, not a murder weapon. I use the Force for the good of the people and not to get ahead. I am a Jedi.

There is no emotion, there is peace. This is the first line of a code created many years ago by Jedi. I will stand by the Republic as it is my duty, and I will not disturb the peace of this galaxy no matter what my other emotions tell me. I am a Jedi.

There is no ignorance, there is knowledge. I will learn about everything I can. I will prepare for my every mission with knowledge of the hardships a world has encountered, with knowledge of the customs of a race, and with knowledge of how to solve a problem. I am a Jedi.

There is no passion, there is serenity. I will act calmly in all situations I am given and not with my emotions. I will not abuse the Force, a power with which I was born with. I am a Jedi.

There is no death, there is the Force. By allowing the Force to be my ally and not my servant, I will never be gone forever when my body is dead. The Force is within me and always will be. I am a Jedi.

And so I when I say 'May the Force be with you', I say believe in the Jedi Code. Believe that the Light will vanquish the Dark. Believe that the Jedi and the Republic will work alongside each other for the good of the people. Believe that you are a Jedi!

This is my interpretation of the Jedi Code. I stand before you as Grandmaster of the Order with nothing but a promise. I promise that I will succeed in building up our Order again, and we will do what we were meant to do. We will protect and announce our faction without fear. 'We are of the Jedi!' we will cry with pride!"

She closed her eyes and heard the beginnings of scattered applause in the audience. Did she have their attention? Would they listen to her proposal and accept it?
