NAME:
The Complex
GENERAL USE: Prison & Refueling Station
LOCATION: Lola Sayu
OWNERSHIP: Sith Brotherhood
STAFFED BY: Sith Brotherhood
JURISDICTION: Moff Alistabar

DESCRIPTION AND INTENT:
The Complex is a large prison designed as the centralized prison for the Sith Brotherhood, on the secluded and dangerous of Lola Sayu, even before it’s creation people would say nobody can escape from it. Within the Sith Brotherhood there is no centralized prison or really any prison for that matter so I furred we needed on, also I always kinda wondered when the prison in the Clone Wars was created, cause we know it was before the separatist crisis

LOCATIONS AND SPECS:
[Control Tower - Hangar] The Watcher:
Large monolith and central hub hub of the Prison functioning that controls the entire prison and the planet for that matter.
-Planetary ship scanner (able to see any ship entering and leaving the planet)
-Large interior hangar (Max capacity 1 corvette class ship)
-Exterior docking bays (fuel equipped, shielded from lava, maximum capacity of 2 cruiser class ships)
-Underground staff dwellings (mess hall, bunk area, minimalist leisure)
-Full equipped armoury for guards (standard issue plus prison specific weapons: electrostaff, stun grenades etc.)
-Central control room at the top of the tower (contains logistics and the planetary scanner)
-Tram hub connecting wards and other planetary compounds
-Generator core and three back up generators
-Lots of spotlights (cause what would a prison be without sporadic spotlights in an emergency)

[Hall Way - Tram] General Protection and Tech:
-Blast doors every 50 metres
-Electrified floors (and vents too you cheeky kids.)
-Ray Shields throughout
-Camera’s everywhere
-Lots of Tram access

[Cell Block] Prison Wards 1-20:
Prison Wards 1 to 20 are for all variety of prisoners, mostly those who planned to be disposed of.
-Single room prison cells (no courtyards all prisoners are confined to their cell unable to leave, necessities supplied.)
-Room capacity 1-10
-Room per ward: 400

[Prison Cell] Prison Wards 21-24:
Prison wards 21 to 24 are only for important and dangerous prisoners, they’re more protected and much harder to escape from, made for holding Jedi. (Neural collars included)
-Single room prison cells (no courtyards all prisoners are confined to their cell unable to leave, necessities supplied.)
-Room capacity 1-3
-Room per ward: 100

[Mess Hall] Staff/Machinery:
~5,000 Guard staff
~5,000 Technical staff (Logistics, controls, piloting, scheduling)
~1500 Worker staff (Maintenance, chefs medical)
3 Corvette class War Leviathans min. (orbital protection)

EXTERIOR PROTECTION:
[Debris Field] Natural Protection:
-Rocky dangerous terrain covered with lava and acid gysers everywhere, the ground is so rocky and jagged it makes it near impossible to land anywhere.
-The debris around the planet is incredibly dangerous and unpredictable, every rotation The Watcher calculates and makes a report to passing Sith ships of how to travess the debris field with the least about of damage, the damage would be minor to cruisers but can be major to any other size of ship.

[Bunker] Unnatural Protection:
-About 400,000 probes generic unarmed probe droids wander the planet scouting out in case of intruders
-Collection of about 100 compounds hidden throughout the planet, small, well hidden and accessible by tram these compounds have a small stock of weaponry and a small star fighter hangar.

Looks good Penn, I like it! Great job.

I'm just wondering if da admins would want me to submit it to the HoL or not before moving it to the holocrons area. *shrug*

That would be awesome, but first I'd like some advice from some others dudes.

I only thing I would say is maybe have a few more staff as they are currently 8 to 1. Especially if you are keeping Jedi you would want at least 2 or 3 guards just for them.

Suggestion: Neural Collars on Jedi prisoners.

Will do.

Neural dampeners mess with the brain function making using force powers impossible. When Eir was imprisoned by the Pubs, they had neural dampeners on her temples and a shock collar I think around her neck.

Looks fantastic. As others have said, a neural restraint is a must for holding Jedi captive, even though Jedi have broken out of them before in Legends.
