Affiliation: Waste Rangers

Ownership: Quinn Mcclaron

Intent: Personal use on Waste Rangers Missions to get the rangers from point A to point B, and protect them and their cargo in transit

Model: Cobbled together from parts of old YT-Series Freighters and Seinar Fleet Systems ships. Truly one of a kind.

Name: The Corellian Jewel

Dimensions: 40 meters long, 20 meters wide, 5 meters high

Class: Modified Freighter (Freighter, Gunship hybrid)

Crew: 1 Pilot, 2 Gunners, 1 Engineer (Skeleton crew of 1 pilot, 1 engineer)

Complement: None

Armament: 2x Quad Laser Canons (Mounted Port and Starboard, free rotating), 1x concussion Missile Tube (Standard 4 Missile compliment before resupply, mounted to bottom of craft), 2x Light Laser Canons (Forward mounted, fixed. Controlled by pilot), 1 Heavy Ion Canon (Mounted next to the Concussion Missile Tube, Has Serious power drain issues. Can be fired once effectively on its own charged power cell, then must be taken offline to charge for several hours. Also, the ship cannot operate its engines for several seconds after the canon's firing. Due to the massive strain on the power core)

Equipment: 2x Maglock Tow Cables (Two uses before resupply), GA21 Shield Generator, Secondary shield generator protecting the engines (To engage if primary shield generator fails), Sensor Array/Targeting Computer, 2X Anti Missile Chaff systems (One fire each before they must be manually reloaded), Life support, Small Hydrophonics garden,

Speed: 76 MGLT, 1,131 km/h In Atmosphere

Hyperdrive Rating: 1.5 (Modified)

Maneuverability: Designed for maximum maneuverability as a courier ship or escape ship, while lacking the fine point turning of a fighter/Interceptor

Description: Originally built as a pirate's fast attack ship, the Jewel was won in a game of Sabaac by Quinn Mcclaron. The Corellian promptly refitted the ship to act as a courier transport, improving the Engines and Rear Deflector Shields to insure that if she had to run, she could run. The Onboard Ion canon, while rarely used, is an effective leftover from the Jewel's days as a pirate vessel. The Ion Canon slowly builds charge over the course of three to four hours until it is able to be fired. The charge is held until the weapon is used, then the system must reset and charge back up for the full period of time. Rendering the weapon a one shot wonder. Many of the ships old countermeasures were stripped out in favor of speed and defense. For all her good points, however, the Jewel is prone to power surges and hyperdrive failures if the system is overtaxed (AKA, if the Ion Canon, Laser Canons, and engines were all operating at full capacity for an extended period of time). A reminder that, for her looks, she is still a cobbleship.
