What is going to happen in your plot?
The king of Eiattu passed away and now his son must succeed the throne. Because the crowning ceremony will be a public event and the royal guards can't secure the entirety of the terrain, they hire mercenaries to secure part a large part of the event.
@Sakadi Marathi Sinvala and @Husha are part of these mercenaries, the former being undercover and the latter looking for work.

The plot will take place on Eiattu
Please provide a basic in-character timeline of what you expect to happen.
Thread 1 - Self DM - The Night Before Ascension
Sakadi and Husha patrol the area around the royal villa and the site where the ceremony will take place. They notice unusual behaviour by some of the royal guards and decide to investigate.
Thread 2 - Self DM - The Crowning Ceremony
Sakadi and Husha patrol the site of the ceremony during the crowning. They stumble upon an assassination attempt by members of the royal guard and try to stop them.
What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"?
If Husha and Sakadi succeed in stopping the assassins, they will be rewarded with a gift each, of their own choosing.
Sakadi takes a necklace with a white gem, which she discovers to be a kyber crystal.
Husha takes a personal entertainment droid.
We want to acquire these items through the plot, because 41PH4 would like something that could assist Husha with communication and because I hope to craft a second lightsaber for Sakadi.
Do you need any involvement of canon NPCs or faction leaders to be DMed by a staff member? If so, please detail who/what and for what purpose.
