Triel's eyes scanned the ship quite quickly and was pleased that they had a good number of men and women on the ship. The essence of the ship was beautiful, as he sat in a seat next to the Captain.

"Yes. Where is my room and what are the supplies in the cargo bays? Now, my next question shall be where shall we be heading and what does the Matron require of us?", Triel spoke.

*Kal'daka turned his chair so as to look at his second-in-command. He took a few moments before he answered, as if thinking of what to say.*

"Your quarters are down the hall to the left, the second biggest on the ship. They are quite nice with their own refresher station and small reception room separate to the bedroom. I hope you enjoy them. The supplies and for the most part standard for a mission such as this with supplies for building an outpost on the surface as well as puting Satellites in orbit around the planet. As for the mission......"

*His voice trailed off as he turned back forwards and hit some buttons on the arm of his command chair. A hologram of the planet they were to take appeared in front of the two of them.*

"This is the planet Nirauan. It is a jungle planet with a primative semi-intelligent avian sedient race of unknown population living on its surface. We are to claim the planet in the name of House Ebonclaw and the Matron. We will establish an outpost on the planet, as well as establishing a pressence in orbit and hopefully enslave the population. Planet analysis have already picked the best site for the outpost, which happens to be in the largest population centre of these birds with many tribes being in the area. I put to you that when we arrive and have place the satellites in orbit that I lead a squadron of Ssa'yinn fighters to do a fly-over of all the villages in the area while you bring a small force down, with the technicians who will built the outpost, and destroy the nearest village completely. That should show these primatives who their new masters are don't you think."

*Kal'daka smiled evilly as he layed out the last part of the plan. It was easy to see that he had such contempt for these beings, no matter how intelligent or unintelligent they may be.*

Triel's face showed no expression in Kal'daka's speech, but however, a plan started to formulate in his mind in which would even be more cruel and cumbersome than what Kal'daka would expect. Legs pushing against gravity as hands pushed off the seat, Triel's slim body stood, and then made a few hand gestures toward a few men and women.

"Those I give signs to shall be on the team I will use. If they are needed by you, you may take them. I will go to my room now and meditate. Send the entire planet analysis to my room and where we shall attack as well as the list of names for my team. Bring any information on these so called birds and I will deal with them on the ground. I do hope you have fun killing them as much as I will...", Triel said coldly.

With that being said, he started to return to his room with the grace of an elk, feet touching the cold metal of the ship. He then turned to the left into his room.

*Kal'daka smiled. It seemed that his second shared his sense of 'fun'. He watched him leave before turning to the communications officer.*

"Do what he asks, but also add a note to the end of the material that we do not want to wipe out these beasts, at least not yet. Make sure that is clear, we do not wish to anger the Matron on this mission if we can help it."

"Yes Sir."

"Helm as soon as all of our supplies and personnal are on ship lift off and make for the nearest hyperspace jump point and plot a three stage jump to the Nirauan system. We do not want anyone following us back to this location."

"Of course Sir."

*As his orders were carried out, Kal'daka lent back in his chair and put his hands together. The mission had started well and if it went this well for the entire time he could prove his worth to his Matron. Several minutes later the ship lifted off and using sub-light engines moved to the nearest hyperspace jump point. It paused there for half a minute before going to speed insanely fast and disappearing from anyone watching in the system.*

Triel Streea sat on his feet, with his back straight, palms facing down on his knees, as his eyes were closed. The silence that ran throughout the room let Triel relax and feel at home. Letting his thoughts empty out, he started a cumbersome workout with his weapon, the Double Bladed Dragon Pike. Muscles working in unison, the weapon soared through the air cutting the wind as it pleased, under the guidance of Triel's body. Letting his soul drain into the weapon to become one with his weapon, he twirled his weapon very quickly as he began to do more movements, predictable and unpredictable, letting him get ready and let out hs battle cry through the act of training, rather than letting his rage out on the battle field. If he were to be blinded by his rage, he would not be a guard of the Matron. After 2 hours of working with his weapon, he sheathed it and placed it to the side of his room, as a female Danthiri entered the room and placed a datapad with a holoprojecter at the side of the door.

Striding forward, he took the data and started to view it with the the uttermost concentration. His eyes leering at the information, Triel took in the data as he started to draw out his own plans. These primatives would not die, but be captured with the simplest of movements of a Danthiri, and be taken out swiftly so that the planet would be theirs. As the motto of the Danthiri was overused, serving the Matron was not a task, it was life. Let his life be used well to ensure happiness for the Matron.

*During the time the ship was in lightspeed, Kal'daka had a simple tour of the ship. He saw to many of the major officers on the ship and made sure that they knew their parts that they had to play. It was all in all, rather boring. He finally retire to his own quarters and enjoyed a quick sleep before rising again to make it back to the bridge just as the ship was coming out of lightspeed in the Nirauan system. As they did he smiled at what would be his to claim for the House Ebonclaw.*

"Sensors, begin a complete sweep of the system. I want to know what, if anything, is in this system that could challenage us. Helm make a course for the planet Nirauan at one quarter speed. Oh and can someone please call Triel Streea to the bridge and inform the other senior officers that we have arrived."

*He heard various 'Yes Sir' and went back to looking at his new conquest. He thought to himself that this should be fun.*

After Kal'daka had said his few words, Triel had already been at his side, though his footsteps were whispers and his presence diminished as always.

"So...are we to begin?", Triel said cruelly.

*Kal'daka jumped a little when his 2nd-in-command 'appeared' at his side. He composed himself quickly and turned to the man that had just surprised him.*

"Soon. I want to be sure that we are clear from interference from 'outside parties'. As much damage as this ship is able to take I would rather it take none in its very first mission under my command. If you are really excited you can assemble you team in hanger bay 2 along with the field technicians. Your shuttle will be there awaiting my order to head for the planet."

*Triel only nodded his head, face no showing pleasure or bitterness. The tone of his voice would be enough to make spines quiver.*

"T'yin ori'gato udossa kre'j! Jal kla'ath l' Ilharess!"

*Triel once again left silently like the river that never flowed. His crew had already been messenged through the press of a button. Time to shed the blood.*

"Indeed. Captain you have the bridge, I will join Alpha squadron on the first fly-by of the planet. Contact me on the fleet frequency if you need anything but don't trouble me with anything that isn't important!"

"Y-Yes Sir."

"Good. This should be fun."

*With that Kal'daka followed Triel out of the bridge and made his way to Alpha squadron's hanger bay where they would be preparing their Ssa'yinn fighters for the flight. Once he arrived he climbed into his own fighter and went through the standard start up procedures. Once he was ready he brought his fighter's engine up and expertly lifted the fighter off the ground and aimed it for the mag-shield of the hanger bay.*

"This is Commander Kal'daka Kyorl. Launch Alpha squadron, launch Beta shuttle and prepare to take this primative planet for the glory of the Matron!"

*With that he brought his engines up to full power and shot out of teh hanger bay and into the vacuum of space. Behind him Alpha squadron followed him out and formed into a standard triple-diamond formation and aimed for the planet below.*

*Triel had gotten into the shuttle as it lifted off and Kal'daka protected it, as it slowly came into the atmosphere and landed. Everyone was aware of what was going to happen and what was going on. If they didn't, they would be killed.*

"Suit up and get the equipment. Once this thing lands, we're setting up and getting the job done."

*As Kal'daka's fighter penetrated the atmosphere he felt the increased resistence that it had on the star craft and began to remember old times when he used to dive into the atmosphere of enemy planets and attack the defenders for the glory of House Ebonclaw. He kept his fighter aimed straight at the ground and only pulled up at a couple of dozen meters above ground level. Alpha squadron, following closely behind him did the same and reformed around him. He switched his comm unit over to the fleet signal.*

"Shuttle Beta, land when ready. Triel, pick your target now and go to work, call if you want some some asistence with elminating the village. Techicians, begin construction immediately, I want that outpost up as soon as poosible if not sooner! Captain, stay on station in orbit and call if anything unusual comes to light. Alpha Squadron is going to began our fly-bys and will split into 3 flights for this job. Kal'daka out."

"It shall be done."

*Triel quickly set up a 30 by 30 yard square guarded by men of the squad. The women/technicians sat around in a circle and just concentrated as they performed the power that only a Danthiri women could posses; weaving. He heard rumbles from the ground, and shouts. The birds would come, but they would be stopped by the men. Triel specifically set up 4 small shield generators to cover the area that of which the women would work. Those would last for at least 30 minutes. The primatives would never be able to break through, or so Triel thought.*

"Ready men! They come. Serve the Ilharess!"

*In the air, alpha squadron formed into 3 flights of 4 fighters and peeled off in different directions. They each had 4 or 5 tribes to do fly-bys off in a short amount of time. Kal'daka secretly hoped that some of these 'beast' were air-borne when his flight flew over, shoting such small moving targets, going to near maximum speed would be the ultimate display of skill and it would crement his leadership with the fighter-jocks at least. It would also be rather fun to see the rest of the lowly beings scatter in front of him, fearing him as they well should. The first village that had been asigned to his flight come into view and he switch his comm unit to the flight frequency.*

"Switch to missile fire, fire a single missile with a 10 second fuse and fire on my mark. Mark!"

*On he mark he and his flight fired off their missiles as ordered, making a loving fireworks display above the village, followed closely by the four fighters. That will give them something to think about, that is if they could think at all.*

*Triel felt the wind kiss his check as the noises stopped. The earth at a standstill, a roar was heard throughout the forest, but the Danthiri were not afraid. They only smirked, as they saw their winged prey fly forward. The whites of their eyes met as the Danthiri raised their bows and arrows. The pearly teeth gleemed as arrows ran straight and true into the Avian people. Blood spread as Triel and his men started their bloodthirsty killings.*

*Kal'daka's flight came about and started heading back towards the landing area of the shuttle after that have completed their fly-by of the last village assigned to them. At the 3rd and 4th village, having heard the noise of the incoming fighters, there had been some of the braver individuals floating above the tree line around the village to see what was coming. At these places the pilots had had target practice, 'bulls-eyeing' several unlucky souls and sending their fired remains drifting back to the ground, as a gruesome warning to the rest of the village of the power of their new overlords. Further along all three flights of alpha squadron met up and began heading to the shuttles landing site.*

"Triel report. Do you need asistence or are you enjoying the battle too much for us to join you?"

*The speakers of Kal'daka's ship were suddenly echoing the sounds of battle cries and yells of death. There was a distinct sound of blade running through flesh as Triel grunted. Then he spoke*

"You may come if you wish. But you will find that not many are left. Our sisters are in the process of creating the base of the watchtower."

"Very well then."

*Kal'daka brought Alpha squadron around behind the advance of the primative bird-people and sent target data to each flight of the squadron. At 250 meters he order each flight to fire and twelve missiles shot out and towards the structure itself, and looked as if the squadrons were trying to kill their own allies on the ground! However at the last second the missiles dropped to the ground and detonated sending many bird-people and earth flying into the sky. Kal'daka lead the squadron over the conflict and watchtower and brought them around for a landing on the opposite side of the building from the battle, leaving one flight airborne, just in case.*

*The sisters who sat around the circle worked in unison, as the earth that they surrounded started to shake and move as 4 perfect circles were made to insert 4 metal poles, but those poles weren't needed as tge 4 perfect circles started to rise at an amazing speed. They came together at a ceratin point, which was about 50 feet in the air, well above the forests that it was hidden in, as they continuously worked to build the post of which they could walk and stand on, as vines would soon form to climb on.

<div align="center">----Meanwhile----</div>

*Triel and his men roared with honor and triumph as the first round of their Avian prey was killed. The Danthiri still stood, and he could hear through the skys that soon more would come, but the Danithiri would stand and kill, like their fathers before them*

*Kal'daka approached Triel and his men, carrying his pilot helmet under his arm. He looked out at the many lifeless bodies of the primative bird people they had killed, and the few ones that had been left alive to suffer. He smiled, the screams of the wounded and dying, along with the stories of those who fled would put the fear into these 'things' and hopefully make them think twice before attacked again. Not that it would matter since they could not hope to defeat his forces, but if they really were semi-intelligent as they were suppose to be, they might come up with some interesting tactics. Tactics that would either fail, or fail but also teach even Kal'daka something. He stepped up beside Triel.*

"So? How was it?"
