Overview

Built by the Imperial Republica in 500 ABC, the Sith Temple on Prakith was meant to serve as a gathering point for dark siders, and was collaborated on by Force users from both the Republica and the Old Empire, despite their civil war. Based off the Cathedral built by Leviticus over 5 centuries previous, the Sith Temple on Prakith featured the same floor plan, as well as a nearly identical main hall. A book containing the architecture and location of the ruins was obtained by Talik Kru and passed on to Wes Thul Drast, who later lead the rebuilding effort.

Its area and mass was greater than any temple built on the land before, and it was constructed right on top of the ruins of the Jedi fortress, nestled in the Arsonel mountains, its name drawing from the previous building. A nexus of the dark side, the Sith Temple on Prakith carries with it a rich history, and legend has it that abominations are still lurking deep beneath its grounds.

Rooms

  • Exterior — Much larger and more durable than the previous Exile temple, the new design is more resembling of a fortress than a cathedral. Inspired by Sith architecture with an Imperial touch, it is the perfect combination of old and new—a middle ground
    .
  • Main Hall — The main chamber of the temple is identical to the one of the cathedral, even going as far as to implement statues that looked the same. It is a tip of the hat to architecture before the Empire, to the raw design so similar to the Exiles themselves.
    .
  • Halls — Intimidating and seemingly endless, the halls of the temple stretch on underground, providing passage to a multitude of chambers, both known and hidden. Doors are very easy to miss and it is not difficult to accidentally reach a dead end, but most Sith get accustomed to the layout in a few visits.
    .
  • Throne room — Built as a chamber for the Emperor to conduct business when visiting, the throne room is used for important meetings between Sith for most of the year. It is one of the newer rooms, designed only a few months before construction began.

Intent

To have a site lore write-up for the Sith temple that is to be built on Prakith as per the Prakith Reborn plot.
