While I try not to act on any hang ups I have, I still have them like any normal person. I think that if I had observed their perspectives earlier and had been brainwashed less as a child, then I would have less hang ups. This is just silly speculation though.

My grandmother was a southern pentecostal who saw fit to perform more than one 'exorcism' on me as a kid. It's hardly silly to speculate on what an easier life would've made you. But the fact that you got (or are getting) passed it, that alone shows that you'll get passed those various hang ups.
