Tavek was already on the move and quickly. His blade came up and beat the first bolt out of the air, sending it back toward Herrith. Given that she had already chosen to move backwards - not to the side - was firing with her pistol, choking the Eternal, and sending a push toward Tavek she would have no chance to dodge the blaster bolt coming back to her on that same line she was already walking and even less the canon shot coming at her from a different direction.

As for the other shots, Tavek was moving for that reason. He let the Force pour into his body, boosting his speed beyond his normally athletic ability. The next two bolts and the Force push would fling past behind him, missing him as he moved with a sudden and unpredictable speed from the Force.

He would continue to move in, upon her within a second of the canon shot landing thanks to the speed of the Force. His right saber swung from left to right, ready to clean up whatever was left of her likely exploded corpse. @Nefieslab @Herrith @Orbit

Allard had already fired two shots at The Eternal and while the masked Sith was dealing with the second cannon bolt, Allard was firing another three shots but not at The Eternal.

While the leader was deflecting the cannon blasts, Allard fired at the second Sith from the side while all of his attention was focused on Herrith. The Force speed was impressive but Allard was a marksman of some renown and he wasn't the object of the attacker's focus.

As The Eternal was focused on deflecting the cannon blasts, including having to aim to try and hit Herrith with it, and Tavek was focused on using both the Force and sabers to try and attack Herrith, his three shots would be aimed at Tavek's torso from slightly to one side, to impact with the man's gut and ribs from the side. Without armour even one blaster shot would do crippling damage if not death. If all three hit, it would be a miracle if the Sith didn't explode in half down the middle.

At the least, he hoped this would mean that Herrith would then only have to deal with the cannon blast... 'only' being used loosely here. If it worked or not, Allard was prepared to react to retaliation from The Eternal or from Tavek himself, though, hopefully, that would be at least one Sith dead.

All that movement had exhausted Herrith. Her vision narrowed, and she had enough time to look at the bright light of a ship's energy cannon gleaming toward her. Kind of an appropriate end, all things considered. So all those dreams of dying on some rotten junk planet were pretty true, then. One less smuggler for the law to deal with. She had enough time to smile and scoff at her own misfortune as the beam of energy reduced her to little else than vapor and empty air.

Bad luck, then. Till the next life.

It was quick action to deflect the cannon shot, it going directly towards Herrith before she exploded into a red mist. That was the end of the smuggler but the Eternal didn't stand there and watch, his attention immediately transferring to Allard once he no longer had to worry about the shot. Using the force, The Eternal extended it outwards toward Allard and he would be able to feel the force wrap around him and restrict his movements. The smuggler would be held in place as the Eternal poured all of his concentration into it to keep him there.

It wouldn't be an easy thing to escape as the Eternal poured his power into keeping the man restrained where he was and not letting him do anything. It would require for Allard to use all his strength to just get out of it. While the Eternal still poured his concentration into it, he still kept his eyes peeled and was ready to pull off the attack if he needed too for defense.

It was no accident that Tavek had picked his angle to attack the pink-skinned woman. He pushed in from her right, which put Allard (who had been standing at her left) right over her shoulder. It gave him more than enough warning of the incoming gunshots as they were still directly in his primary line of sight. It was also the exact reason that Tavek had kept one of his sabers idle.

Tavek had fully intended to close in on Herrith and slash her, and he continued to move in that direction, continuing his committed action as his left saber flashed to life, catching the first shot and forcing him to abandon his plan to slash at her. Both sabers turned to deflecting the remaining two bolts back at Allard who would either be in the Eternal's grip or putting all of his effort into evading it.

Tavek didn't hesitate to abandon his Force-assisted movement and instead let the Force lash around the smuggler captain as his right saber flashed out. Alone, the notorious smuggler could have wriggled out of Tavek's grip, but when it was added on top of a powerhouse like the Eternal, no matter what physical strength the smuggler had, there wouldn't be a chance to escape. All the while, his left saber was still prepared to continue defending him if the situation changed and he was deadly alert. @Nefieslab @Orbit

Herrith disappeared in a spray of blood and atoms and there was nothing he could do about it.

His friend was dead, here one moment and then gone in the next instant. It was enough to bring a cry of rage and sorrow from his chest, like the roar of a wounded animal, one accompanied by the smuggler raging against the invisible bindings against him with all of his strength. For an instant, it looked like he might be able to struggle to his feet, fuelled as he was by adrenaline and anger.

And then the blaster bolts caught him.

Allard's cry was cut short violently as the two shots impacted him, one in the upper chest and the other almost squarely in the throat. The upper chest shot impacted his armour but the angle of his body left his neck exposed, allowing the second shot to hit there, blasting his throat open.

He wouldn't cry out - because he couldn't breathe.

He wouldn't get any last words - because he couldn't speak.

Instead, he went into shock almost immediately but it almost didn't matter. Without the front half of his neck, his throat just gone, there was no air and blood leaving him at an alarming rate. Still in held in his kneeling position by the Force, Allard Keever died, having bled out while in shock.

He left behind a daughter not a year old, a wife unaware of his actions and a multitude of friends to mark his passing.

The Eternal stood there and watched as the bolts came flying in, striking Allard in the neck and in the chest. The man gurgled out, trying to breathe but finding it fruitless as no air would come. After a few seconds, he no longer became responsive and both of the Sith knew he was dead. The Eternal let go of his grip on the man as he expected Tavek to do the same, his body dropping like a heap of bricks to the ground. Deactivating both of his lightsabers, The Eternal made his way over to the body, giving a glance down at it before simply lifting it up with the force and throwing it to the side as he crashed into a couple of crates.

Stepping up to the ramp, he activated one of his lightsabers before slamming it through the door, dragging through the center and cutting it in half. When the door fell down, the twins were on the other side with their guns already aimed as the only thing they could see was the red lightsaber and the crimson eyes of the Eternal. Tavek outside would be able to hear blaster shots and multiple screams before everything went silent. After a few moments, the Eternal stepped back out of the ship, looking over to Tavek before nodding to the vehicle, "Your prize for performing well." The Eternal had no need for it and he would reward hard work when he saw it.

Stepping off the ramp, he lifted his com piece to his mask before speaking, "Track down the transport ships. Bring them down." A couple of seconds later, a squadron of fighters flying in formation flew overhead the two sith, their engines screaming loudly as they went on the hunt. It was only a few minutes later before explosions in the distance sounded off before the Eternal's comm beeped to life, "It is done." The fighters soon flew back over, returning back to their duties and leaving the two Sith.

All at once, it seemed as though it was over. Allard crumpled over, choking and sputtering on his own blood and then he was gone. A normal person might have been affected by the action, but Tavek wasn't. This was by no means the most depraved thing he'd ever done, and he didn't even bat an eye at it. He watched the Eternal carve through the door and he heard the screams inside. Four dead, and all in only minutes.

Tavek inclined his head slightly as he slipped his sabers away. Thank you, my lord, he said, looking at the ship. Yes, he would get his share of use out of this one, and he wondered if his name would become more well known. Then he remembered this had been a Black Hand operation, and that meant that his true name would not be linked to the action. Shame.

The fighters screamed through the sky and cut down their target, and Tavek knew that it was done. One more mission completed, and one more bit of favor earned. No doubt, this would be remembered in the days to come, but Tavek would always know.
