[ I have been trying my best to research this species and make a believable character out of something so vague from the star wars universe. I hope that this character can make an impression. :) I can provide all of my sources if needed.]

DISTINGUISHING MARKS: Various Cybernetics/Prosthetics: His right arm is his best arm and the only flesh limb he has left on his torn body. His left arm and two legs are made of makeshift but functional cybernetic prosthetics. His right leg is the less intricate and does not have a fully swiveling knee joint making him move in a forced limp. His left leg is fully functional, working to the same degree as an average leg and is always his leading foot forward. He also has several burn and tear scars obtained from his harsh home planet.

As a being hindered by many scrap prosthetics he is fairly stiff sluggish.

Although prone to irrationally defensive behaviour he is fairly clever. He managed to build or restore his limbs by himself and maintains them constantly. He also built his own blaster rifle.

He is very new to the galaxy outside of Lotho Minor and knows very little besides the value of credits and the basics of machines.
CHARISMA: 2/10
He has very little charisma. To most he is an uninviting and repulsive being who resembles a creature more than a sentient being.

Being a native resident of the galactic dumping ground Lotho Minor he is naturally adept at making use of 'junk', being capable of turning most junk into tools or weapons. He is also a suprisingly skilled shot with his greasy but reliable blaster rifle he foraged and restored on his home world, capable of tracking targets at great or close distances.

GEAR:
Dip's attire consists of salvage from the piles of junk scattered across Lotho Minor, being a metal mask used to protect his obscure face, a robe of rags and linens stained with blood and grease,a small metal frame on his back with several belts attached for carrying materials, and several medical wraps around his limbs.
He has only one weapon, his reliable and odd looking blaster rifle. It has a long thin barrel protruding from the main chamber of the weapon with a thin frame stock and crude iron sights. It has a small clip of about 5 shots and can only fire at a low rate of 2 shots per second.
Dip owns an old FC-20 speeder bike which he has modified to fit his needs. He acquired it in poor condition but managed to restore it to funcionality, although not as fast as most speeder bikes it still manages to reach a top speed of 150 km/hr He uses it for joyriding and transportation.

Shares two droids. An architect droid named cyaneaous, an r9 astromech named rv, A g2 repair droid, a IT-0 interrogator and a RX series pilot droid.

PERSONALITY:
Dip lived most of his years on the planet Lotho Minor with his tribe of Junkers. As with most of his kind he was fiercely territorial and that had been the basis of what he is today. Ever since his departure of Lotho Minor to explore the Galaxy he has retained his sense of loyalty and bitter defensive attitude, often scowling and staring at those who stare at him too long or linger in his personal comfort zone. Dip has lost his astonishment for the wonders of the galaxy and tries to keep a stoney disposition to everything around him. He is however much more sympathetic and will not hesitate to extend a helping hand, but only for those he truly believe is worth fighting for.
Dip however has many habits that are not easily ignored. He has a twisted moral fiber and will not think twice about doing something that most would not. Dip has committed acts of cannibalism, petty murder, animal abuse, disregard of basic rights, and low blows. Dip is a survivor shaped and hardened by his experiences prior to and post abduction from Lotho Minor.
BIOGRAPHY:
The abduction
Dip was a member of one of the many tribes of Junkers that inhabit the galactic dumping ground known as Lotho Minor. He served only himself and his tribe in a dangerous life of scavenging and avoiding the dreaded fire breathers, massive droids that scoop up the junk and incinerate it. Dip led this way of life when one unfortunate day he was out to find useful salvage and came across an old ship in great condition. Overjoyed at this discovery the junker was quick to get inside of the ship and reap its rewards for his people. However he had taken the first step on his journey unwittingly as the ship was picked up in a tractor beam into a cargo sent to retrieve salvageable hardware. Trapped inside Dip was confused and afraid.
After a few days of travel Dip finally got out of the ship with the aid of the salvage crew who were shocked by their discovery. Dip, being afraid and angry pulled out his rifle on the crew and held them hostage barking demands for them to leave him be. Eventually One of the crewmen stepped forward to make a deal with the Junker, He offered Dip safe passage from the ship to the nearest dock. Dip was barely able to understand the crew man's offer but took it as his only option out of his predicament.
Dip was dropped off onto the desert planet of Tatooine where the crewmen knew he would fit the unsettling lowlifes in the cantinas. Now even more confused than ever Dip would remain on Tatooine and come to accept it as his new life. His encounters with people hostile and friendly alike had taught him many things essential to surviving in the Galaxy and he came to grasp the reality around him. He was the first of his kind to take this large step forward into the galaxy and he wanted to make his experience the best he could, so he decided to bide his time.

Years passed on the desert planet and Dip had routinely made attempts to hire someone to give him safe passage from the planet as well as adding some adventure to his grand scheme. He tested individuals skills and judged them harshly with near everyone never meeting his criteria. One day however he was curious to see a pair of young but unique girls. They were about with an air of confidence and one seemed to serve the other. Dip had confronted the two and voluntarily involved himself in a plot set against the two. The three of their combined efforts led to victory and more importantly hope for the junkers travels. Dip had discovered that they were young jedi. He took refuge with one of the two ,named Jade, and she would become his closest friend in a very long time. He traveled with her off of Tatooine that day and offered her his service and gratitude, in exchange for the adventure of a lifetime.
A change of pace
Years passed and Dip was changed. His high hopes of travel and awesome experiences would be stunted by the woes that plague the jedi and Jade herself. The battle on theed was not his fight but he was caught in its wake no matter how much he tried. He witnessed first hand the true state of the galaxy he wandered in, and learned he had already chosen a side that was in steep decline. The fighting had reminded him of what he was good at, hunting and surviving. Dip also learned in that time that he was going to need to step up to much fiercer challenges than he had ever faced before.
When the battle was finally lost he awaited Jade's return and fled from theed. His mind and soul shaken by the events before, he had re-evaluated his purpose and decided to hone his skills. Dip secluded himself from all, even Jade as he sought to discover any method he could to tackle any foe and any obstacle that came between himself and what he cared for.
