Ubrikka might be an infested hellhole filled to the brim with zombies, but the infected won't mind if their former property was appropriated. If the executives of Ubrikkan Industries care so much, they would have had men or droids securing it, but they all fled. No matter, Kax Khan has plans. While one team will soon be sent to the headquarters on the planet, Kax Khan will personally participate in the 'liberation' of one of the shipyards belonging to them. He isn't coming alone, he has brought back up.

The Kat's Claw zoomed through the atmosphere, aiming at a landing pad near the shipyards tower building. The astrogator droid piloting the ship would then take it in nice and slow, and then it would make planet fall. Kax Khan himself was already positioned close to the exit. He had his usual equipment along with a DX-2 disruptor pistol he found on the Black Market along with a few extra powerpacks go with it.

The entrance ramp was opening, and Kax already saw a few zombies close by, they would immediately go towards the vehicle that attracted their attention with the noise of ship engines and be hungry for the blood of a white cat-man. Kax wasted no time firing two shots from his disruptor pistol, turning two of them into ash. The last one got close, but before the zombie could lay a finger on Kax, he would just slam his left his in the face of it, triggering his pneumatic fist, ending with the zombie's head being blown to bits.

Kax would then await for the two others to arrive (@Rhogar @Tom) before proceeding. He isn't going to try taking on hordes and hordes of zombies that may be inside by himself. The sooner the better though, there may be more heading Kax's way.

A job like the one he was now engaged in differed in a number of ways from what the boy was used to. Seizing territory was usually a mundane, unspecialized task. A gang took control of an area so they could have a monopoly on the sale of drugs. Spice and death sticks were the commodities Laeonas' criminal career were engaged in.

In this case, the commodities they were monopolizing were vessels. The land they were taking control over wasn't just some stretch of tenement apartments, but an entire industrial sector. Laeonas wasn't fighting for a monopoly over a customer base of petty dealers, junkies, and civilians-- but instead traders, merchants, manufacturers, military contractors. What he was planning to do put the war in "gangwar."

...though, the gang they were fighting wasn't interested in this territory for the same reason they were. Rather, the mindless husks that Laeonas was to put down were simply interested in loitering around, clustering together, and eating anything that moved. They'd made this sector unproductive and left it without management... but more importantly, they'd left it deserted.

The young man and self styled bastard of a lord dropped out of hyperspace in a flash. Being the one to disengage was a new feeling; he'd been piloting for what amounted to barely a few months, but that didn't change anything. His body would still jolt slightly as a see of blue light was replaced by streaming stars, which soon became fixed in place, and than the planets found their way before him.

Even from orbit, the world was obviously in dire straights. There were signs of disorder that stretched across the planet; on the side of the planet where the sun didn't shine, the patchwork of lights that would dot any populated, civilized world were absent in most areas. Even Brentaal's population made their presence known with bright ligthing from orbit, in spite of the fact that 90% of the population covered only 10% of the landmass.

He couldn't help but think back to Mataou, shuddering at the events that had transpired there. He'd known ahead of time that he was in for a fight similar to the one he had gone through on that world; AMS was a new subject to him, but it would forever plant itself in his memory as one of trauma.

There had been hesitation when he'd taken the job, and now the familiar feeling reared it's head once more. Seeing this world in it's sorry state caused the boy to shudder ever so slightly, dissimilar to the one he'd had when exiting hyperspace in that this was motivated much more by fear rather than awe. If the boy chose to go down to this world-- to experience the same hell he had before-- he couldn't fault anyone but himself for what would happen.

...but he'd been used to this phenomena for quite some time. Responsibility was the word.

"Maybe Ai'll pay whoever's responsible fer sendin' this world ta 'ell a visit." He thought, before muttering aloud, "...provided they aren't dead."

He put the still unnamed
Yv-865 into an automatic descent. Standing up, he left the cockpit and headed towards the refresher. Since acquiring the ship, Laeonas had taken some time to put it in good condition. He'd refinished the interior, removing the modifications designed to house slaves from the hull, and he'd restocked on emergency rations. The refresher had been given a full renovation, and he had now restocked it full of all the cleaning supplies he'd come to treasure after escaping Dantooine.

But for cases like these, Laeonas had been keen on... other purchases.

Fitting the familiar earrings under each of his lobes, the boy pulled his hair back into a knot. He ran the razorblade along his neck and jawline, scraping away any semblance of a stubble. Finally, he began painting around his eyes.

Previously, the way he'd applied paint was simple; he'd lather it along his upper face, covering all the skin surrounding his eyes. It concealed his identity as good as any mask or helmet... and his mind, it had looked intimidating. Laeonas wouldn't have an audience besides his two partners on this mission. Bright aquamarines would be met by two intelligent gazes, and the mindless stares of formerly sentient creatures. Yet for whatever reason, the boy still wanted to show off.

He started off as he usually did, surrounding his eyes with the paint. Yet as he worked outward, he was precise. He traced along a simple pattern-- flecks of paint that extended like feathers. By the end of it, much of his upper face was
completely unrecognizable.

...and from some tastes, he might have even looked good. It didn't make much sense, considering his mood-- that of a subtle despair. Yet oddly enough, putting effort into his appearance was it's own reward, and he found himself feeling a hint of pride.

When he left the refresher, the ship had begun to enter the atmosphere. Taking manual control back Laeonas quickly set a new course towards the coordinates provided by his associates. Over the comm channel they'd set up, Laeonas provided an automated message; "Approaching landing zone. Will rendezvous at coordinates."

Rather quickly, the boy came upon his destination. He immediately took note of the wide pad by the main tower due to the presence of a ship. The freighter was set apart by it's surroundings primarily because it looked to have arrived recently. Careful to not fumble the landing, Laeonas gradually landed next to his client's ship... a bit to close for comfort, but it wasn't an accident.

The bright eyed human quickly began gathering his equipment. Water, survival packs, his comm, his blaster rifle, and perhaps most importantly his lightsaber, all found their way into the familiarly styled-- though this time, gold trimmed-- black overcoat he wore on most occasions.

Though he was a singular human, Laeonas was still skilled. He had command over the force, formidable melee skills, and he was in possession of a lightsaber. Further, he had genuine experience with the threat they were facing, giving him an understanding that, unfortunately, countless billions shared.

On his own, however, the boy couldn't hope to take control of the facility. Assuming he didn't get eaten alive, there was a chance that he'd simply get scratched at one point, and that would be that. It didn't matter if he could lift objects with his mind, beat a man twice his size half to death, or cut people in half with a lightsaber-- he wasn't immune to disease. Skills or no skills, the boy was... mortal.

Which was why he wasn't alone.

Stepping off the loading ramp of the massive freighter, the boy was greeted by the immediate site of a man getting attacked by some AMS victims. The boy quickly found himself in a similar position. Doing a quick leap, Laeonas would land with his lightsaber drawn, the humming of his red blade overshadowed by the screeching of another two corpses.

The boy was quick on his feet, and without anymore theattrical sommersaults or gravity defying leaps, he brought his lightsaber down to cut the zombies to pieces. Slashing off the nearest creature's grasping right arm, he angled it upwards to slice through the top of it's head, the once human crumpling to the ground, finally lifeless. A screeching once-togruta came clawing at him, but the boy shifted to cut the woman-thing's head in half with a downwards cut.

It was a gory introduction to a man who looked like he could've jumped out of a holovid.

The Dha'karta would enter the atmosphere, and this time, Tal wasn't piloting. He had some of his men with him, to protect the ship. It was a hard business starting your own crew, but here he was, using his name and reputation to build up his own outfit. Once they touched down, Tal looked back to the cockpit. "Get to high ground, Kix. I'll let ya know when its time for extract." Descending the ramp, he would take out his comm. "Dhari, get what ya can for us, I'll do the same. Tal out." The comm was pocketed, and his attention was quickly drawn by the sound of disruptor fire and the hum of a lightsaber. For him, the lz was clear as a wiped out village so he signaled his ship, and in return they would close the ramp and take off.

"Alrighty Tal. Time to meet these partners. Try not to kill em, either." He would activate his jetpack and soar through the air, it wouldn't be a long flight before he touched down beside his contact, a large Togorian named Kax. He had his usual kit, not the guise of Nakadr. He'd been making waves in the gang war between the Crymorah and the Hutts, with his last job stealing a massive shipment of spice from the Hutts.

The Enforcer held Rayna in a relaxed grip, his visor scanning the two accomplices. "So, we got a glowstick with us. Wonderful. Don't get swarmed, neither of you have much in the way of armor to protect you from bites and slashes by them."

"Heh" Kax said with a deadpan voice, as if he though the Mandalorian was being patronizing. Although Kax knows to be careful with the zombies, he knows not to fight recklessly or foolishly, hence why he brought weapons that can put them down in one shot, permanently.

The other one brought a lightsaber with him. Is he one of those people that just found a lightsaber from a dead force-user. It's red, so is he a Sith? Would a Sith be looking to take jobs for the Five Syndicates? Either way, good to know, good to know. With luck he has those weird force powers.

"Alright, time to get started." a
fter that, Kax would look towards the moaning of more zombies, coming right from the building. There are more, a larger swarms coming from all directions. They new coming here that this world was infested with zombies.

"ZeeZeeT, open fire with the turret" Kax said into his wrist comlink. Shortly after, the guns of the Kat's Claw would come live, and begin firing into pockets of zombies from the myraid of directions. A lot of them would be taken out, but the turret wouldn't be able to get all of them. It would still let the three fight more manageable numbers of them. Kax knows how to use the resources given to him.

Kax would holster his pistol and take out his vibroaxe and begin swinging at zombies getting close. Thanks to the wonders of vibroweapon technology, it would effortlessly cleave through zombies. Kax would be able to take multiples at once with singular horizontal swings. One zombie would then attempt to to slash the large cat, but Kax would be able to side-step, and then drive the hilt of his axe into it the zombie's head, causing it to go out the other end of it. He would then pry out the end of the axe to jab another appoarching zombie with the bladed end, striking the head.

The cat-man wouldn't be having all the fun, as other zombies would be going after Laeonas, eye his shiney, vibrant lightsaber and his warm blood, as well as the Mandalorian.

The initial infected dealt with, Laeonas would relax his muscles slightly. His lightsaber would remain activated, the familiar hum idly occupying the background space in his head.

Quickly, Laeonas began taking stock of the situation. He analyzed the surrounding area as he always did. A few dozen meters away were a number of infected; dozens on their own. Further out, there were even more, infesting the entire area. It was more than what he had found inside the vault on Mataou; though, it was less than what had been outside.

He was keenly aware of how that could very well change, but for now, his nerves were calmed slightly. The area was as he expected it to be; a shipyard. He had worked in one similar to this one a number of times through his youth; he hauled cargo off and onto ships headed all across the galaxy. This dock wasn't for cargo, however, but for the manufacturing of ships to carry it. Judging by the state of things, it had been in declining use prior to being overrun. There wasn't much signs of industrial activity at all, with metal plating and ship frames one would expect mostly absent.

The analysis completed within a few seconds, Laeonas took a deep breathe. Lowering the saber, he'd allow himself to relax-- and to take note of his allies. He turned first to the one who mentioned his lightsaber; a mandalorian.

The boy couldn't help but eye up the beskar he was clad in with a bit of interest; his own stash was simply a pile of bars within his ship. The Mandalorian had mentioned armor, and he wasn't wrong. Laeonas' jacket was thick, but it wasn't impenetrable. He chose instead to distract himself, twirling the crimson blade once, though his face didn't display much outward emotion.

"Gets tha job done, cuts through bodies easy." The boy stated, aquamarine eyes turning back to their "foes." The small hoard had begun to take note of them, hobbling or running towards them. He turned to the large feline man that had arrived before him when he spoke. "ZeeZeeT, open fire with the turret."

At the white maned man's command, Laeonas ears were bombarded with a cacophony of blasts. As his auditory organs were overwhelmed, so to were many of the AMS infectees... though there condition was much worse than his. The initial shock wearing off, Laeonas drew into a stance. The hilt would be pulled back behind him, blade parallel to the ground beneath. Both his feet were drawn into a wide stance, half a meter apart.

Laeonas had no time to appreciate the damage as a number of infectees came down on him. Twisting in a number of elaborate but practical movements, he weaved away from the grasping arms or gnashing teeth of the mindless corpses. Not even bothering to throw an arm forward, a wave of force energy was thrown against half a dozen of the creatures. Thrown back at least five meters, cracking of bone could be heard as some hit walls or the hard ground. For those few that were left, they'd face the bastard with the saber.

There were signs that the boy was unpracticed with the lightsaber. If either of his partners payed close attention, they could notice specific flaws. Some cuts would be wide, others to narrow. Laeonas cuts often lacked depth, going only a few inches deep into the creatures. Ofcourse, this was all done in a haze of movement. Aided by the force, it would be incredibly difficult for them to notice the less than professional technique.

Despite the shoddy performance, Laeonas' actions were effective. The infected accosting him continued to drop. Were he facing skilled opponents, the boy might have been out of his depth. However, the boy was facing disease-infected corpses. Mindlessly attempting to devour him, they carried no blades to parry his clumsy strikes. They possessed no minds to know to avoid the crimson blade of his saber.

He hadn't lied. It did cut through bodies easilly.

Something about the vibroaxe would make the Mandalorian cringe inwardly, not because of the weapon or the person wielding it, but the person the weapon reminded him of. Either way, when the fun kicked off, Tal did what he did best: Kill. And with the ship opening fire, its not like his own blaster would make much more ruckus. Rifle unslung, he'd drop to a knee, and fire from his shoulder, each bolt sent finding the head of a walker.

Unfortunately for the kid, though, Tal didn't trust anyone. So he was always mindful of his 'allies' mainly to know their weaknesses and understand how to kill them, should they cross him. It was quickly becoming apparent to him that the 'Sith' was really just a lightsaber enthusiast, even with the use of his Force. Having experience fighting Force users, the Mandalorian had adapted long ago at keeping pace with the quicker movements. He logged the results so far away for later, and kept on fighting.

Tal would slowly advance, rising to his feet from his crouch. As his DC-17x hissed with the last shot of the clip, he slung his rifle with a practiced ease and pulled his sidearm, leaving a gaping hole in the head of the infected charging him. "We need to move. Have your ship take off, but keep low while it still fires and draw them east. We move west." he'd flick his blaster in hand to catch it by the barrel and club another infected through the head, spraying congealed blood everywhere. "Once we're clear, it can join where my ship is."

Kax was wary of the Mandalorian, it's difficult to trust people's whos faces you can't see, and from what he hears Mandalorians rarely or never take off their helmets. But he to admit, The Mandalorian's suggestion was sound. There is no reason not to do it, there are quite a bit of undead in between them and their goal and more coming and if it makes them go away he will take an easier route to victory although slaughtering those zombies do make for a good workout. Kax would then order his droid via his wrist comlink again "ZeeZeeT, you will act as a distraction. Take off, stay low, and make some noise to occupy their attention, and take them east." Luckly the Kat's Claw had fixed laser cannons, as it can't use the turret and fly the ship at the same time. It would take a minute or two for the droid to transition, but soon the ship take flight again.

In the meantime, the Five Syndicates people and Laeo will still have plenty of zombies to face. He wasn't oblivious to Laeo's style either. He would make sure to be cautious of him too.

Anyways, more zombies would head their way. The numbers have thinned out for now because of the earlier laser cannon fire. Kax would throw a left handed punch at one zombie, once again his power fist would activate and turn the infected's head into fine paste. Kax heard one zombie groaning and moaning, he noticed one of them that have been horizontally bisected has it's upper half trying to scratch at his leg, but Kax would pull back his leg, and then put it down for good by stomping on it under his heavy foot.

The Kat's Claw is taking off now, it would fire it's laser cannons into the already-ravaged city once it's firmly airborne, it's loudness would begin to get to the attention of zombies that could hear it, causing many of them to start chasing it.

This is their chance

Rotting flesh parted under his saber as easily as butter under a knife. The idle humming was replaced by the distinctive sounds of plasma searing through bone, sinew and muscle. There were the accompanying screeches and moans of the infected, which Laeonas tried to tune out as he continued his work. His face was grim, and through the makeup was a disposition of contempt. The actual experience was far less challenging than he had hoped for, and even more disgusting than what he had expected.

And that was from a guy who'd had a wookie literally explode all over him.

His saber had cut through the upper forehead of one infected when Laeonas heard the roar of engines. The large, fur covered alien's ship had taken to the skies again. The ship had stopped firing at the crowd of infected, but that didn't stop them from being drawn in. The undead opponents would shamble and screech, drawn towards the loud, large moving target. The stream of infected that threw themselves at the force user and the two syndicate operatives would slow.

As the ship was finally cleared, it would begin firing again. The hordes were not only being drawn away now, but they were also being slaughtered. Laeonas' senses were being filled with so much competing information. The Mandalorian's blasters firing into the crowd. The ship's guns mowing down dozens of infected-- the sounds and flashes of light blinding and deafening from such a close range. The axe of the alien rending bodies in half as easily as the boy's own saber.

It was a wonder that the undead weequay that threw itself at him didn't get a bite in. Fortunately, Laeonas was able to stab it in the stomach, and while it's teeth gnashed ferociously, he drew the blade up the middle, eventually bisecting it's chest. Unable to keep balance, the two legs would buckle, flailing as the bisected torso would grab at air. The boy would put the creature out of it's misery by pounding his boot down on it's forehead. There was a sickening crunch, and the creature was gone.

Tal would holster his blaster, one gauntlet grabbing the forehead of an infected that was coming for him. His visor scanned for the telltale sign of the shipyards, until he found the direction. He was managing to hold the infected at bay during the search, though its teeth graze along the armor. "Alrighty, kids. We're going mobile." His free hand would pull his dagger free and he would drop his hand, delivering a solid headbutt to the infected. As it staggered, the dagger plunged into the infecteds eye, all the way to the hilt before he twisted the blade. The squirming would suddenly stop and the creature would drop as he wrenched the blade free, wiping it on Laeo's robes as he passed him. "Let's move!"

The Mandalorian would sheathe the dagger as he ran, one hand pulling his rifle back up to expel the clip and slam another one home. It was going to be a short five mile run to their destination. The sounds of infected could be heard as they chased after the Kat's Claw, the ship and its turret fire leading them away.

Rounding a corner, he would stop, holding up a hand to signal the others to do likewise. "Do not engage them. We'd be sandwiched into the fight. We can either wait, or try to sneak. I count at least two dozen up ahead."

As a senior enforcer of the Five Syndicates, the scondruel Kax is more than inclined to listen to the more experienced member when necessary. He's a Mandalorian too, he knows his way around battle, it's what they do as a sport is it not?

When they would round the corner, Kax would halt when the Mando signaled. Two dozen up ahead he said. Even Kaz doesn't like those odds without his ship backing him up. Waiting sounds fine with him, but sneaking sounds like it would be risky if there is a misstep. And Kax isn't keen on high risk here where a single bite might do him in. Besides, Kax, although he considers himself a good fighter, never was much of a person for stealth. Being a huge white cat-species person of course.

"We wait" he said. And they would wait

The Kat's Klaw is still making noise, and before too long it would draw most of the zombies from that horde away from the sounds of it's engines and laser cannon fire.

There were three zombies left from that horde that are still around not taking the bait. But these were a bit different. They looked ghoulish and walked on all fours. But they had good reflexes, had sharp claws that could transmit virus, and could make big leaps and pounce heavily on their prey.

The few dead that were left decided they'd rather throw themselves at the armored mando instead of the lightly armored man with a burning stick. He knew that these unfortunate infectees lacked any complex thought, but sometimes it surprised him as to just how stupid they were. Watching the armored warrior dispatch the dead, he paid close attention. He relied on the armor for the aggressive style of combat, as he barely needed to worry about any cuts resulting in infection.

He could appreciate the technique of his partner. What he visibly cringed at was how he casually wiped his knife off on the jacket the boy wore.
"Ai was prepared fer guts ta get all over it... that wasn't what Ai 'ad in mind though." The boy commented in a monotone voice that didn't betray just how aggravated he was. The mando was prideful, rude, but he knew what he was doing. He could handle a slight like that... as long as he didn't do it on his shirt. If the mando tried again, he'd retaliate, and give him his possibly first experience with a force joke.

When the group began to run, Laeonas followed close behind, maintaining a brisk pace. He barely sweat, as he drew on the force to constantly refresh and cool his burning muscles. If he wanted he could easily break into a run that could cover the distance to their location in a few minutes, but the boy saw no need. Showing off wasn't the point of this mission-- credits were. So, he maintained the appearance of an amateur force user who had his hands on a lightsaber... which, to an extent, he was.

They arrived at their next location, and the lightshow began soon after. Dozens of dead were, like before, mowed down by the feline's ship's blasters. Only a handful were left... but these looked different. Either the virus had mutated them into freaks, or these were odd beasts that had died and were now reduced to undead monsters. Either way, dispatching them looked like it would take quite a bit of effort. There was no guarantee that the boy's earlier techniques would be as effective-- though the force was a useful ally, it wasn't all-powerful.

The mandalorian gave them their options; sneak, or wait. The larger feline suggested waiting, but Laeonas was silent for a bit longer before he spoke up.
"Those... things look laike a challenge. Fightin' em's a risk Ai don't wanna take," he began, justifying himself before he properly answered, "Unless we're all willin' ta sneak at once, Ai say we follow the furred guy's advice. Ai'd rather not try and sneak, risk failin' and than get swarmed by those three."

The joys of life just kept piling on for them. After a little bit, most of the small horde began to chase after the Kat, leaving only a handful of some of the ugliest kriffers he'd ever seen, which was saying a lot because he'd seen a lot of uggos in the Underworld. Thankfully, they both wanted to wait, which was fine for Tal. His heavy armor wouldn't make sneaking impossible, but it would make it.. uncomfortable.

He scanned the area again. "You two, climb up these pipes and whatnot or do your little force leap." Tal would whisper. "Get high ground. If you have something ranged, use it. I'm going to play paddy cake with them. Preferably, you shoot them and not me, and if you do shoot me, make it a kill shot." He would then begin to creep closer to the edge, waiting for them to get into position.

Today could only get better, right? Right?

Once they were in position, he would pop around the corner, Bethany at the ready and he would drop a well placed ion blast into the torso of the closest infected. "C'mon ya ugly bastards! Come to papa!" Shit was about to get real sporty.

Kax nodded and agreed. Tal knows what he's doing, so he trusts him. Kax would climb on to the pipes and then get out his heavy blaster pistol. With that he would take aim at the zombies right when those zombies's attention were diverted towards them. Those feral looking zombies move fast. They could almost move like an animal, and they were quick. "Slow them as you can and I'll shoot them" he would ask the force user to do. They should be able to do that with their hocus-pocus right?

Regardless, the large white cat man would shoot one with their heavy pistol, aiming for the front most one that's chasing the Mandalorian. If the force-user slows, stops, or stuns them, one of the shots would be sure to connect to the head and then kill it. If that's a success, Kax would move on to the next, shooting the next in line with similar results.

The orders from the person who was apparently their superior officer made perfect sense. Laeonas didn't bother questioning them; everything his instincts told him involved getting as far away from the infected as possible. That ofcourse meant getting in his ship and flying up, up and away; but if he wanted to get paid, he needed to stay. So, reaching high ground with a leap made total sense; until he failed to reach the roof, nearly fell back down, and climbed up the last two feet.

Reaching into his jacket, he drew out the familiar As80 he'd been sporting since his escape from Dantooine. He set it to burst, looking down his scope at the three main infected. Before he knew it, the mando was already attacking the three amigos, firing an ion blast directly into it's chest. Instinctively Laeonas let out his burst fire on the furthest back, which would cover it in carbon scoring and injure it greatly if everything connected. His aim wasn't perfect, especially on burst, and especially thanks to the quick speed.

He was getting frustrated by the time the large feline suggested him to double back on his powers. The boy considered it for a few seconds, before dropping the blaster to his side. Letting the mando get overwhelmed would probably lead to a failure in the mission, and that couldn't be allowed. He'd used his abilities to great effect just minutes prior, and had torn through plenty of infected. Even if these three were a greater threat, taking them down would be possible-- provided he use his power.

Reaching out with the force, he grabbed at the tendons of the first creature going for the mandalorian. He pulled hard, restricting the creature's ability to move. It might've been able to overpower his strength with enough concentration or focus, but this was a creature of pure malice. It only cared about peeling off the mando's armor and gorging on his flesh; whether or not something was pulling on it's legs was another concern.

The connecting shot brought it down, and Laeonas moved onto the next almost immediately. Like before, he gripped onto critical muscles necessary for movements, and twisted the tendons of the creature. It was a crude technique that would've resulted in agonizing pain in living creatures. It was inferior in every way to a force choke when it came to living beings-- but this was a shambling, rotting corpse hijacked by a pathogen. Laeonas could've torn into it's nerves and caused all pain receptors to fire at once, and nothing would've resulted.

"Take these things down, can't focus 'fore they break free after to long!" He shouted. In truth, he could've sustained the hold, but he wasn't interested in drawing this out. The feeling of wrong that came with these techniques was starting to creep in.

Between the ion blast, and the concentrated efforts of the A-Team, the first creature would go down. So far? Not good enough. But hey, he had full coverage and armor that could break their teeth and turn this into a real awkward gum job. Either way, someone was gonna get something outta this exchange. He had fought enough force users to know when shenanigans were afoot. And they were definitely so.

In the back of his mind, Tal was kinda proud of the kid for not going deep into the sauce. Meant there was hope for him. Back to the action, Tal would grunt as the second creature slammed him roughly into the wall, the Mandalorian twisting just enough to save the jetpack. Powerful hands gripped him tightly as the maw bit at the heavy armor of the cuirass. "Bring down the last one!" he would shout to the other two. It wasn't his first run-in with these in such close proximity and the Mandalorian seemed eerily calm. With both arms accessible, he would prime his repulsor and fire it at the third one as it nearly joined the second in mauling him. The close range of the blast would send it flying back several meters and knocking it prone.

"Your turn ugly! I'm going to kriffing eat you!" The Mandalorian laughed as one hand would pull back the head roughly before he jammed his vambrace into the mouth. Decaying teeth shattered and bent on the strong metal as his free hand pulled his peacemaker free and he pressed the barrel to the forehead of the one now gumming his forearm. "Night night." He'd squeeze the trigger, leaving a crater in the beasts head, now laughing as it fell backwards to his death. One more was left, but he had full confidence in the other two to kill it.
