Earlier that day, Cait had received an interesting message. Apparently, someone knew about her father. The question was, how much did they know and why would they come to her? Did they want to try to sell her information about him? Because, if that was the case, they weren't going to get anywhere. Cait could hardly pay for the business to keep running, let alone for information on a man she barely knew and carried strong animosity towards.

The person was a bit vague in their message, and although Cait wouldn't pay for information or any such thing, she still agreed to a meeting. It wouldn't hurt, probably, unless the person was able to smuggle a blaster up their butt into her office. Who knew really? Her father could've been caught up in a gang war as far as she knew. The very few times she saw him he didn't even look at her, let alone tell her anything about himself.

Cait was dressed up somewhat, but not as much as usual. She'd spent most of her day in her office, dealing with financials. Whoever this person was, she booked him or her into an afternoon meeting. They'd have to go through inspection with her bouncers before being allowed in her office which would give her a little more time to deal with paperwork.

Though, truth be told, she was somewhat anxious about the meeting, but she had to focus on her business for now. She needed ways to get more credits, beyond the spice trade. As lucrative as it was, it still wouldn't satisfy Cait. Even if she managed to pay off the loan shark three times over, she had big dreams. Dreams of an enterprise that spanned across the galaxy, but first thing was first, her financials an this up coming meeting.

While the passing of her father had been a very unfortunate event, it had also cast quite a bit of light upon his former life, what he had been up to and his thoughts on certain events. Vritoria had to commend her father for keeping so many journals through out his life, from his sixteenth birthday do the day he was hospitalized he had been writing down everything in his journals. This kind of insight into who he had been wasn't something Vritoria had expected to stumble upon, she knew that he wrote down events that mattered, but not to this detail. One journal had mentioned that Vritoria wasn't supposed to be his firstborn but her mother had had a miscarriage once before. This revelation put Vritoria in a strange mindset for the rest of the day, wondering what having had a sibling would have been like.

A few days later she had found the day she was born, it had filled her with emotions she had hoped she'd been able to stuff away, but, alas, they had come out anyway., After having figured out how he named his journals she had managed to track down a year where he had been gone quite a bit more than usual. That was the reason as to why she was currently walking towards a Brothel, a... Gentlemen's club, flanked by two Imperial Republica soldiers.

When they eventually reached the 'Lusty Lekku' she stood there momentarily, looking at the facade of the building and waving off the two guards. "Stick around, I want you close if something happens. It's Nar Shaddaa after all." It wasn't that she didn't trust the owner of the Lusty Lekku, but rather that she didn't trust the patrons that visited the place. When she got inside she wasn't surprised with how it looked, she had performed raids on similar places while she was still a Military Police, but, she'd never been to one of these locations on personal business. Approaching the doors to the owner's office she was approached by two men, a human and what many referred to as a 'Tailhead', offering up her blaster she was eventually let inside. As the door opened up and Vritoria stepped inside she waited for the door to slide shut behind her before talking.

"Miss Cait Aislinn, I assume? I am Vritoria Coruna, and I believe we have something in common." She said as she sat down. Unlike the more casually dressed Cait in front of her, Vritoria was wearing her official outfit which displayed her current rank in the Imperial Republica.

Cait was a little surprised when the woman introduced herself as a Coruna; and, unfortunately, Cait's face wasn't able to hide it, just like her mind wasn't able to stop going through a million thoughts at the same time. Was this a cousin, a sister, or perhaps just someone adopted into the family? All those had different reasons to search down Cait.

Though, at the same time, Cait couldn't help but notice the woman was fully decked out in an imperial officers outfit. Cait was, usually, on the other side of the law when it came to the military... but not always. She was also a Sith and technically could've taken a role in the ongoing war, but that wasn't where her interests lied.

Shaking her head, she brought herself back to the moment at hand. Raising an eyebrow, she finally spoke, "Are you a cousin, a sister, or something?"

Cait tapped her finger on her desk. "Regardless, I'm happy to have a chat with you, as long as it wont cost me any credits," the young mistress laughed slightly, though she wasn't joking. Lifting her glass, she took a sip of it and stood up, making her way to the other room connected to her office. The other room had a mini bar and a few lounges. Cait went to the mini bar, digging through a few things to prepare to make a drink.

"Well... cost me anything but a few drinks," she laughed again, "if you're interested?" Cait asked with a half-smile, trying to keep herself together despite the millions of questions going through her mind.
