- Deep within wild space -
The temple has long since been deserted, the rubble and make shift platforms litter the floors as chains that once held up magnificent bridges lay strewn and broken across the floor. In some places, stagnant water lays on the ground, filling the air with a horrid and unpleasant stench.
There are two floors to the temple, and has entrances on the top floor to the north, south, east and west. Several holes have formed in the roof allowing light to shine through into what would other wise be a pitch black space. In the center of the top floor, a powerful artifact rests, drawing only the most advanced and adept combatants from across the galaxy.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
De'vad had received word of the Artifact from a contact of his, he hadn't wanted to travel this far into wild space but he had no choice. The guy who wanted to buy the item that resided within the temple was willing to pay huge bucks for it. De'vad wasn't even sure what it was that he was looking for but he had Ghost with him for company so it didn't matter too much.
The pair had landed in a lake roughly two kilometers from the target site and had decided to take their time to get to the temple. The planets surface was discusting and wet marshlands, and while no sentient species inhabited there was an abundance of creatures that had survived throughout the years.
As they arrived at the temple De'vad told Ghost to scout around, hunt them some food and generally make himself scarce, the place was in ruins and with no idea how easy the temple would be to navigate he couldn't having himself worrying about his friend too. Entering from the north most entrance he looked around the temple, it's walls filled with moss and vegetation. In the center of the room, the light fell on a small stone table, upon which an object rested.
"How anything can be worth anything from this hell hole, I'll never know. Ahh well, easy money I guess!"
