ITHOR
1.00pm local time

Dash sat on the mossy rock, anxiously kicking his heels against the stone. Where the hell was Ezra.

He pulled at his
casual jungle gear, trying to stay cool. The large sports bag next to him felt like a bomb. It was not, to his knowledge, but the holocron could be just as dangerous as any warhead.

Dash felt a pang of guilt at having kept it hidden in his room all this time, rather than handing it over to the Order. But the clues that had led to it had come to him and he and Ezra had been through too much to find it. It was their discovery and he felt entitled to at least try and unravel it without meddlesome masters.

Still, he would rather not be sat alone with it in the middle of the Ithor jungle. He had told Ezra 1.00pm and he was, of course, fashionably late.

The holocron was not the only thing on Dash's mind. He and Ezra had lived in the same temple for weeks and yet they had seen less of each other than ever before. Ezra had been away with Zathria, which Dash should not begrudge, but he had actually seen more of the other teen before he joined the Jedi. It was mad that both being the Order actually seemed to make things harder. To top it all, they were not even staying in the same dorm.

They had more than one thing to iron out. Dash pulled out his phone and started typing a snarky text.

Dash would learn real quick that it was better to lie to Ezra about a meeting time than to expect him on schedule. Ezra’s shower and grooming sessions took an absurd amount of time, something Leon had to grapple with every single day. On top of that, he was constantly surrounded by people attempting to talk to him or asking about his father and the war. It felt strange being a padawan while his father was laying the hurt on the Jedi’s worst enemy. Dash experienced similar levels of unwanted attention, met with equal parts wonder and jealousy.

Ezra was not exactly discreet, his boots crunching loudly on leaves as he approached. He carried himself with that same casual confidence that he always did, dressed in a simple designer shirt and some expensive jeans that hung just slightly below his hipbones with a belt there mostly for show. As always, he wore his expensive chrono on his wrist, his backpack slung over a shoulder. His kyber crystal shard necklace hung over his upper chest. Ezra’s hair was lazily styled with a simple comb with his fingers, designer sunglasses perched atop his head. And of course he had a few girls nervously giggling as he passed.

Ezra was entirely too proud to admit that he missed Dash quite a bit and somehow was further apart in the same temple than before he joined the Jedi. Between his Jedi training and continuing his distance learning with his Coruscant private school, Ezra was mostly running on fumes.

He always strolled up as if he was the Force’s gift to the galaxy, and today was no different. Ezra walked over to Dash, “Why are you sitting on that gross shit?” He asked immediately, suspiciously eyeing the mossy rock his boyfriend was sitting on. His phone chimed. He reached for it and spotted the snarky text from Dash that had just come through.

Ezra made no apology for being late, but it would have been quite out of character. "Oh it's just a rock, honestly the things we've been through-" Dash replied, rolling his eyes and jumping down to give Ezra and hug. He tried to just give the other teen a peck, to show his irritation, but couldn't help himself and gave him a proper kiss. It had been too long not to.

"Nobody followed you did they?" he asked, looking around Ezra's shoulder. He was more practised at giving people the slip than Dash could ever be, but all the same it was Dash's secret they were trying to hide today and the young Padawan was anxious.

Since Ezra moved into the temple and the whole galaxy had found out they were a thing, Dash too had become fair game. He had been inundated with calls and messages from journos and had to change his phone three times. The Thornes had even sent someone to see his parents on Rhinnal, to help them handle the intrepid press camping outside in the snow.

"How's Leon?" he said suddenly. Despite having an ancient holocron pulsing next to them, Dash found the topic of their living arrangements bubbling forth first. "Is he sick of having Padawan Thorne under his feet yet?".

Ezra returned the kiss, holding Dash so tight the other teen would feel as if he were being crushed. He had his ways of communicating that he missed Dash. He was slow to let him go, “I’m used to giving people the slip. It's you that'll have to learn,” He said. Ezra’s ears also came in handy to listen for anyone following him. The only new strange thing was that he didn’t have his droids tailing him at all times. He was beginning to miss their company.

His gaze flicked over to the bag Dash brought. It pulsed with that familiar energy, and he knew what it contained. A part of him was surprised that Dash didn’t want a higher ranking Jedi to inspect it first, but he knew the teen to be stubborn in his own ways. Ezra was distracted from his thoughts when Dash suddenly asked about Leon. He found the topic oddly mundane, but he thought nothing of it.

“He snores,” Ezra began moodily, “And he complains when I stay up late doing my engineering homework,” That was when he studied Dash’s face, noting how he was intently listening with far too much interest, “-But it’s all right, we cuddle each other to sleep every night,” He said with flawless delivery. However, he could only keep a straight face for a moment longer before he coughed a few times to hide his laugh, no doubt warranting a conk over the head from Dash, “Who is your roommate anyway?” Ezra asked curiously. For all he knew, it was some tall hunk of a man.

Dash was not going to lie, the hug was the best thing ever. He was a little surprised at Ezra's strength, which almost seemed more than before, but he was probably just forgetting.

"Very funny" Dash replied, briefly picturing Ezra and Leon cuddling, which was just weird and comical. "I'm in with Dim, but he hasn't asked to cuddle, yet". He tried to mimic the other teen's flawless delivery, but it was too hard to be sassy now Ezra was actually in front of him. "I'd just visit often if I were you, don't leave any opening" he joked "that is, until we can get put in the same dorm".

It was only logical, so he didn't pose it as a question or wait for an answer, instead turning and unzipping his pack. The holocron glinted in the midday sun, a translucent blue chest barely bigger than a large jewellery box.

He carefully lifted it out with the handles either side, setting it down on the flat rock. Dash was unsurprised to see the energy still swirling inside it, it did that constantly he had noticed, glowing with a mini blizzard of blue and white that never seemed to stop. The colours and imagery were soothing to the Rhinnalian, reminding him of home and much that was dear to his heart. They were out place here though, standing in sharp contrast to the yellow and greens all around.

It had been difficult to keep the chest hidden all this time. Dash did not know if he could open it, but he had not dared try back at the temple. If it contained anything like the strange powers he and Jadis Charn shared, it would attract attention and he was not ready for the other Jedi to find out about it just yet. Partly because Jadis was a questionable figure and they might be suspicious of any similarity, but also because the clues leading to the chest had come to him, not the Order. It felt quite personal.

Besides, he and Ezra had earnt the right to see what it was they had found and he was glad the other teen was with him. Even out here, he would have been reluctant to try opening it on his own.

"I thought we could try getting in this, while we are together and there is no one around" he explained to Ezra "there's normally something to learn inside them, and there is definitely something in there" he gestured toward the swirling blue energies, squaring up the chest.

"So" he looked at Ezra uncertainly "are you ready?"

“Dim?” Ezra thought for a moment, “That guy tried to pick a fight with me,” He recalled, “But that’s okay, I bet he can’t make you accidentally do your freeze thing,” He teased Dash with a nudge with his elbow. That particular incident wasn’t going to be forgotten anytime soon.

Ezra eyed the holocron warily as Dash took it out. He had been uncertain about the adventure the entire time, mainly because he didn’t trust Jadis Charn. A lot of it was also due to his concern for Dash, though he wouldn’t vocalize that so easily. He looked at the Holoron and moved closer to Dash despite his instinct telling him to move away from it.

“Yeah,” He said quietly, “Let’s do it,” He looked at the similar snowflake markings that lined the holocron. They were far more intricate than the crude drawings in the caves, but they were unmistakable, “Only you can open this.”

Dash tried not to think about his 'freeze thing' as he stood over the chest. As an opener, he reached out and grabbed what looked like the lid of the holocron, pulling with his fingers to see if it would just open at a touch. Unsurprisingly, it would not yield.

There was no dial or interface, no hole for a key. There were only the markings, coalescing around a large ornate snowflake in the centre. It had more intricately carved points than Dash could count.

Ok, here goes nothing. Placing his palm against the snowflake, he let the frost flow from his fingers, taking Ezra's cue and drawing reassurance from the other teen's presence. Crystals formed, spreading a couple of inches from his hand and covering the snowflake carving.

The light in the chest suddenly glowed bright and the storm inside it seem to swirl more intensely. The markings themselves shone white, a brilliant bright web encasing the blue. Dash stepped back, his senses prickling as a curious aura rose around them.

The holocron did not open, but a whispering tone began to emanate from it, like an icy wind slipping through a crack, rising in intensity. Too soon, it began to sound like a long intake of breath. When the voice came, it struck Dash to the core.

"The Winter Casket I made and bound. Who seeks the power that is now found?"

The holocron was speaking, or rather, Jadis was. It was impossible, but it was happening. The ethereal tones rang in Dash's ears and his own voice trembled as he dared a reply.

"Dash Pavan..."

"Dash Pavan, the heir to Winter's throne...but it cannot be, he is not ALONE!"

The voice now rang with malice and the chest flared with light, forcing Dash to throw up his hands to shield his eyes.

Ezra felt a sudden burst of energy come forth from the Holocron and he felt a sense of dread. It didn’t open yet, but that energy seeped from it as if water leaking. It quickly became a tidal wave and Ezra couldn’t hear the voice exploding within Dash’s mind, but he could tell the other teen was troubled, “Babe?” He called out, grasping Dash’s hand. However, that proved to be a terrible idea as an explosion erupted within his own mind.

Suddenly Dash’s skin burned his hand, and he quickly released him, his mind erupting into agony. He could feel Jadis inside his mind, peeling apart everything there. Ezra dropped to his knees. Now the voice echoed for them both to hear.

“Dash Pavan brings with him a beast, but upon my secrets it shall not feast!”

Within moments, Ezra’s mind was suddenly filled with images he did not recognize. He felt a sense of dread and fear, chaos and darkness. He saw flashes of a helmet, a visor gazing at him. The presence was so dark it almost overwhelmed him. He trembled where he dropped to the ground, unable to understand any of it or what it meant. He felt punished, tortured by that helmet and the presence of darkness. It felt like the Force, but it in a twisted and horrific manifestation of it. He couldn’t understand why he saw this all, but a sick feeling lingered that it related to him somehow.

Far across the galaxy, @Emryc Thorne suddenly woke up with a cold sweat. The part of him he had locked away sixteen years ago stirred for the first time again. And for the first time since then, the President of the ISC felt a pang of fear.

Back in the forest, Ezra fought through it by physically moving away from Dash and out of the immediate radius of the Holocron. Only then did Jadis release her grip, turning her attention fully to the intended target.

Jadis' words were few and cryptic, but Dash could feel her, or whatever part of her lingered in the casket. A maelstrom of emotions assaulted him, but above all hostility and fear. She wanted Ezra gone.

Dash heard the other teen distantly, felt his hand close around his own, then get torn away. He turned to see Ezra falling to his knees, seemingly under some silent attack.

"No! Stop!" Dash shouted, both at the casket and nothing in particular "leave him alone". Ezra did seem to be partially released, but something had hit him hard and he was struggling to crawl away. Dash went to go to him, but the return of the voice stopped him dead.

"Dash Pavan would keep the beast in toe and risk betrayal, ruin and woe?"

"I would!" Dash shouted back, having no idea what he was saying but wanting it to stop.

"Then he be an heir with no regard, for how we Winter and all were scarred. Begin your journey son of snow, but do not trust spawn of the crow".

The voice faded as the brilliant white markings began to dim. The lid of the casket opened silently, lifting open and back and bathing the canopy above in a tranquil blue light. A quick glance over the rim revealed a pulsing blue energy swirling contentedly. Somehow Dash just knew that there was learning in there to decipher, knowledge to peer into and connect with.

He left it there, hurrying over to Ezra and trying to sit him up against a tree trunk. "Are you ok baby? What happened? I think it's over now, she's gone". He held Ez's face in his hands, sparing a quick glance around the clearing, half expecting the forest itself to be in shock. "That was probably just all some sort of ward or defence mechanism, to put us off messing..."

When Dash held Ezra’s face, he would immediately notice that yellow, animalistic eyes were gazing back at him, “Yeah.. I’m okay..” Ezra’s voice resounded as the terrifying yellows slowly gave way to the familiar silvers Dash knew. Ezra had no idea his eyes had changed or that faint traces of the most terrifying and powerful Sith in the galaxy had briefly made an appearance.

Ezra was rattled and shocked, but the pain in his head began to subside, “She was in my head..” He rubbed his forehead, “I saw something…someone, I think..but it didn’t make any sense.” He paused there, looking at the ground. His brows furrowed, “Why did she say I was a beast?” Ezra asked quietly as he looked at Dash again. It already took a lot for him to come to terms with the fact that he was a Force user, and this was a whole new blow.

He looked back towards the holocron, “I’m not supposed to be here when you open it.”

Ezra seemed to be coming round, then Dash saw that those beautiful silver eyes he was so familiar with had gone yellow, and a nasty yellow at that. He almost looked like a Sith from their briefings. Dash opened his mouth in shock, but the freak colour vanished in front of him, replaced again by the silver. He was left wondering if he had really seen it at all.

"I know" Dash said soothingly, sitting next to Ezra and squeezing his hand as he tried to reassure him "she was in my head too. I am not sure what she was on about or why she said all those things". In truth, he was still processing Jadis's words himself. There was a lot to unpack, but she seemed to have a destiny in mind for Dash where she only had hate and dislike for Ezra. The Padawan could not imagine what she had against the Thorne, a young man she had never met before and one who's minor downsides she had not even seen.

"She's gone now anyway" he said finally, glancing at the holocron sitting quietly "at least for now". Dash reached across, tilting Ezra's strong chin to look at him "and you're supposed to be wherever I want you, and I want you here". He was not going to let some crusty dead witch tell him to ditch Ezra, even if they were supposed to have something in common.

"The knowledge in the holocron is there now, for the taking. We can look through it if you like, or would you rather save it for another day? We went through a lot to get it, but we can go back if you want". This was the second time he had brought Ezra out only for him to get knocked about and he felt another stab of guilt. Maybe he was being selfish not facing this alone.

Ezra didn’t miss the look of shock when Dash looked at him. It almost looked like fear. Between that and Jadis calling him a beast, his mind was a wreck. He was quieter than usual, not responding as much when Dash held his hand. He was reeling from what happened, withdrawing into his own thoughts as he often did when he didn’t like a situation.

He looked over at the Holocron as Dash explained it was now accessible. Ezra sat in silence for a moment, thinking about how much they had risked to get it. They had faced the elements, faced deadly encounters, and they had persevered through it all. But not a single one of those threats held a candle to the look of terror he witnessed in Dash’s eyes when he looked at him. When Dash looked at him.

“We can look through it now,” Ezra said, his tone flat. He was withdrawn, falling back to his default and the boy he was when he first arrived on Kashyyyk.

Ezra was quiet for a long moment and Dash could tell he was still reeling from whatever had just happened. He didn't like the despondent look settling over the other teen, anymore than the strange fire he had just seen in his eyes. Ezra agreed to exploring the holocron, but his tone was distant and there was no enthusiasm.

"Come on then" Dash said, helping his boyfriend to his feet. The Rhinnalian would find enough enthusiasm for both of them, even if Jadis's words were still heavy on the air. He guided Ezra back in front of the casket, still gripping his hand tight as they peered over the rim.

The blue energy was still there, swirling gently, flakes of blue and white dissipating and reforming as it kept its eternal shape. It looked like a pocket-sized blizzard, or even a tiny little galaxy all on its own. Dash thought it was cute.

He gazed into its depths, concern for Ezra still in the forefront of his mind. The other teen had saved his life on Rhinnal, shattering the golem with barely a word, but Dash had been unable to protect him from a voice in their head. He needed to be stronger, to find the kind of power it would take to protect them against the world.

An image took shape in his mind, of way of weaving his talent that he had never considered. Not to freeze, or strike out as he done on Kashyyyk, but to protect. To save.

The Force surged from his free hand, catching him off guard still gazing into the light. He snapped around to see the icy bolt that had left his fingers strike the ground and travel, leaving a wake that rose and expanded with tremendous speed. He pulled Ezra back, flinching before he realised there was nothing to fear.

His creation slowed and stopped, crystallising in front of them. A wall of ice, gleaming in the afternoon sun. Yeah Dash thought, amazed that would definitely do.

He turned to Ezra, feeling light-headed but excitement returning in his voice. "You try!" he suggested, feeling in his gut that it was safe. "It doesn't feel anything like before - take a look, see what it teaches you". He prayed it would show Ezra something, something good. He couldn't bear that worried look a moment longer.

Ezra could only stare as the Force rippled through Dash. This time, he didn’t just witness it, but he felt it. It was a different kind of energy than what he experienced before. Whatever that was before felt dark, rotten and sickening. This was much different, and Ezra focused on it. It helped settle his fears, and he surprisingly didn’t budge even when Dash pulled him back. Instead he watched as Dash produced an ice wall, this unnatural thing that was created out of seemingly nothing.

“Whoa…” He could only marvel at it, surveying it from all angles. Ezra hesitated when Dash encouraged him to try. For a moment he suspiciously stared at the holocron, remembering all too vividly what Jadis felt like inside his head. However, he glanced over at his boyfriend and the supportive and encouraging look on his face.

He finally stepped forth towards that little ball of energy, focusing his mind.

‘I don’t want to be the beast,’ He chanted to himself, deep into the corners of his psyche. He didn’t know if he was heard, but he said it to himself again with a thought. The holocron did not reject him outright, and he began to feel the Force channeling through him.

A similar steam of light escaped him. Ezra opened his eyes to see the fruits of his labor. It was a single, tiny block of ice that was about an inch wide. He rolled his eyes and scoffed, but he didn’t know to appreciate the skill it actually took to make that perfect little shape no matter how small. Ezra looked over at Dash with a grin, “I think ice is just your thing, baby.”

The little cube Ezra produced was cute, but Dash would be lying if he said he hadn't been hoping for more. He had seen Ezra leap across rivers, launch himself out of a floodgate and shatter a golem with a look. He had half expected the holocron to have him do something even bigger than Dash.

"Maybe..." he replied, a little crestfallen for his boy. He had about squared with what was starting to look like a talent, but he really wanted to help Ezra find his own. On top of the sailing, racing and generally being a loveable five star dork.

"Forget the casket then" he said, grabbing Ezra's shoulders and gently turning him around to face the ice wall. It still towered there in the middle of the clearing, but it was starting to melt around the edges. It was far from winter on Ithor. "Why don't you try and shatter this wall, like our icy friend on Rhinnal?". He planted his chin on Ezra's shoulder, coaxing him on "I bet you can if you try".

It seemed a similar enough scenario and this time Ezra was unhurt and the wall was not trying to kill them. "Go on" Dash whispered, his hands moving down to settle on the other teen's hips. "Blow it to pieces for me".

Ezra wasn’t as disappointed as Dash was. He had grown up his entire life not even knowing he was Force sensitive. Small victories meant more to him than they would to a trained padawan like Dash. He turned to face the ice wall, curious that Dash wanted Ezra to smash his creation. He looked at the other teen, but he seemed determined to see this.

He felt Dash’s chin against his shoulder, and then his hands around his hips. Ezra couldn’t help the grin that tugged at his lips, “Is this a test of my focus?” He asked, nuzzling his face against Dash’s affectionately before looking forward again. He concentrated at first and stared at the wall. Nothing happened. Ezra thought of the conditions the last time he accomplished it - it had been when Dash was in danger. He began to imagine that scenario, filled with that familiar urge to protect.

‘Listen to what I ask,’ Ezra told himself. He closed his eyes and exhaled. Unlike last time, he felt far more in control, and he began to see faultlines. They slowly began to materialize in front of him and he saw them through the plane of the Force, in a realm he did not recognize.

Within seconds, cracks began to appear on the wall. They streaked and expanded across the entire surface, fissures forming all over again. For a moment, the wall was an intricate display with thousands of lines carved across it. A second later, there was a crunch as the entire wall shattered. Unlike last time, the shards jerked outwards, but they stopped short of flying out all over the place. Instead, they were suspended in mid air, countless little pieces of ice caught in a curious mini blizzard. Ezra opened his eyes slowly, watching the shards suspended in mid air. They began to slowly spiral, and he realized they were following the cues of his fingers. The Force channeled through him powerfully, the ice at the end of invisible strings he tugged.

He decided to take it further, gesturing the ice forward to create a spiral of ice shards circling around both he and Dash. Ezra marveled at it for a while before he finally released the hold, the shards all dropping harmlessly on the ground next to them.

While he liked that feeling, he was uncertain about needing to envision worst case scenarios to bring the powers out. He didn’t share that aloud with Dash just yet, but the thought nagged at the back of his mind.

"I'm helping you focus" Dash replied playfully, returning the nuzzle. For a few moments though he worried he was not helping and that Ez would not be able to do it again. He already started worrying about what he could say or do to reassure him.

But Dash need not have worried. Ezra seemed to concentrate silently and then the Rhinnalian felt a familiar sensation, like with the old crone back home. It was a turning up of the air pressure that built and built, rising to a crescendo. It was always a little intense being close to Ezra, but holding him while he channelled the Force like this was another level entirely.

When cracks began to sear across his wall, Dash's blue eyes flashed with excitement and he gripped Ezra's hips a little harder. It seemed far more controlled than with the golem. This time, the other teen had his eyes closed and almost seemed to be holding the wall together at the same time as undermining it. When it finally shattered in one awesome burst, Ezra held the pieces still, before sending them spinning around them both in a circle. It was magical.

"Well that was pretty neat" Dash said, chin still perched on Ez's shoulder. "We can do this more" he suggested, thinking aloud "I can make stuff and you can destroy it, it's practice for us both". He moved his arms around, hugging Ezra close from behind. "It's funny though" he continued, nipping at his boyfriends ear affectionately "I always thought you'd be the one with the walls and I'd be the one having to take them down".

Ezra was pleased with his accomplishment, slowly starting to get the pattern of using the Force. He nodded when Dash suggested trying it again. He was actually beginning to enjoy this, and the Force came to him naturally. However, when Dash nibbled at his ear, his knees went weak and he exhaled softly. Sephi and Annfyn ears were incredibly sensitive and erogenous, and Dash found his weaknesses all too easily, “That’s just cruel..” He said quietly before he spun around to face him.

“Psh. When have I ever had walls?” Ezra said with a scoff as his arms loosely wrapped around his boyfriend’s hips. He wasn’t afraid to let his fingers teasingly brush over his rear while he held Dash. He stared at the other teen affectionately for a moment before his face fell, “Dash..earlier,” He began quietly, “You looked at me like I scared you,” Ezra quietly gazed into those blue eyes, “I don’t want to ever scare you, baby.”

It wasn’t a good feeling, and it bothered him far more than he cared to admit. It was genuine fear in Dash’s eyes, as if he were looking at someone he didn’t recognize.

Dash had read about Ezra's Sephi ancestry when he first looked him up, but he had never realised just how nibbleable those little pointy ears were until now. It also seemed to really work for Ezra. Majorly.

"You know I could write a book on your walls" Dash said softly, tilting his head back and looking down his nose at Ez. He was conscious of the other teen's touch on the curve of his very short shorts. Ezra might just know his major spots too.

The heat rising up the Padawan's neck stalled slightly at his boyfriend's question, remembering the moment all too well. "You didn't scare me" he said quickly, though he was not sure that was quite true. "Your eyes just went a bit funny, well I think they did. All yellow and stuff, but it was over in a flash". He smiled quizzically, it was not like he could explain it.

He leant forward instead, touching noses and nuzzling at Ezra's face. "Your silvers are back now anyway, and even if they weren't I'd still like you for your amazing personality".

Dash stayed looking deep into those silver pools. Like you did not seem strong enough anymore, but the other word could be more scary than frost golems or dead witches. He pushed the thought on, instead hunching his legs up and hooking them around Ezra's waist.

"I've never done it outside..."

His eyes were different? His brows furrowed in confusion. He had never heard that before, and he certainly never witnessed it. Earlier he didn’t feel any different except for that icy chill and sense of dread. Yellow? That sounded troubling. He couldn’t pinpoint why, but it sounded off. Ezra was entirely distracted from his thoughts when Dash leaned in affectionately.

Ezra grinned at him, “How do I have such an amazing personality if you can write a book on my walls?” He quizzed Dash, feeling him hop up to wrap his legs around his hips. Ezra’s hands slid down beneath Dash, shamelessly grasping his bottom as he held Dash up. He had been doing his father’s fitness routine, so he wasn’t as troubled by holding his boyfriend up. Ezra carried him over to set him down on a stone slab nearby.

For a moment, he simply looked at Dash, gazing into those brilliant blue eyes. They had been here before, but it was still no less exhilarating. He felt that familiar rush all over again, desire and passions mixing into one. Ezra leaned down towards his boyfriend, capturing his lips. His hand slipped under Dash’s shirt, sliding along the lean muscles of his torso. Ezra continued his kisses along Dash’s jawline, tracing down his neck and towards his collarbone. His hand slid down the front of his body until it dipped beneath the waistband of Dash’s shorts.

Ezra was nibbling at the crook of his neck when he murmured softly against his skin, “Are you sure no one will see us here?”
