Open to FWA/Allies to join and add a little Fun opposition.

The planet of Phindar, a Rim world at the edge of FWA space few in the galaxy gave poodoo about. But the new Mand'alor did. The small tropical backwater rested just off the heart of what was once known as the Mandalore Sector. But while is was important to return return the system to it's rightful owners, it was not so important as to unleash the full might of the new fleet. Instead, by the word of @Fenyang, Taz Fett and several other Yauntken clansmen would use the planet as their new hunting grounds.

In the warmest region of the planet, surrounding by jungle, rested a well maned and reasonably equipped facility. A FWA security outpost. The perfect hunt for a few unblooded hunters like those he had invited. Setting the Ravenous down in a remote and difficult to scan area of the jungle. The Vod of clan Fett set a beacon. Only that only the two other Yautken he invited to hunt with him would track to his location. While he waited for his hunting partners, he would ready himself and his equipment for the hunt ahead.

The hunt. There was no other reason to live, to exist, except to hunt or be hunted. The Mandalorians had their wars, the Jedi and Sith had their Force, but creatures like the Yautkan, like this one, had the hunt. The HUNT. The HUNT. The HUNT.

He came to this world in his Blight, piloting the ship to the landing zone since set up, armed and armored for the cause. It was a Mandalorian’s cause but it was not his own. Two of his own kind would be fighting beside him, Mandalorians both, such was their calling. Good enough, his voice would chant beside theirs.

Though, Bo’roth heard the drums of different beats, smelled the scents of predator and prey, saw the signs of track and trail, and they were drenched in the fluids of the dead and dying. Unblooded? Hardly. He had bled and would bleed again, only this time it would be beside two siblings whom he had never met before.

Descending the ramp, Bo’roth Nazzat approached Taz Fett, saying nothing behind his helm. The latter looked as ready as the former felt. Bo’roth brought with him his personal armor sporting a projectile launcher, his Yautkan blades and combistick, sword and knives, bow and razor, pistols and grenades. Of course, he brought his medpac too.

The weight was distributed evenly enough, and the creature was strong enough to carry more than two arms into battle. He would have his today, his hunt. THE HUNT. Bo’roth, the Mad Marauder, would have it no other way.

Phindar. A world that had been the rightful clay of the Mandalorian people for generations, as well as a planet that boasted rich hunting grounds for the Yautkan people. For Yakt, today was the first in a long campaign of hunts launched in the name of the new Mandalor, a man who had claimed that position when no other man seemed capable of doing so. He had touched down earlier in the day, his own ship resting in a hidden location some distance away as he had moved to the meeting point at the instruction of Taz Fett (@Taz).

Yakt walked up next to Taz and Bo'roth, armed and equipped for the hunt ahead. "What's the target?" he enquired, as he bowed his head to the Fett, indicating that they would follow his lead for the mission to come.

Rubeus had traveled to Phindar to make a quick check-up on the planet's defenses given how close to both the Sith Empire and the Mandalorians it was. It was also a nice way of the General letting the fellow Free World's system that he cared about their general well being. With this new defense force that was being brought up among the senators of the FWA, Rubeus wanted to take action as soon as possible and make sure his home was safe from harm.

"Evening, Captain. How did the recon go?" He asked the Chief of Security with a warm and pleasant smile. "Nothing out of the ordinary. We appreciate your company, General. It's not everyday the boys get to meet someone who fought in the Battle of Exegol." The Captain gave a quick solute, earning a chuckle from General Bangalore. "Just doin' my job, Captain. I have a feeling history might repeat itself, and we need to be ready in case it does." General Bangalore reminded, taking a seat behind some screens relaying live security camera footage.

"It's the Sith we've been worried about, General. After Wayland…well…" The Captain sighed, and Rubeus sighed, too. "I understand the history of this planet, and I understand why you're worried. It's a good thing you're worried, Captain. It means you care, and if you care, you'll do your job just fine." The reassuring comment earned a slight smile from the Captain before he turned to go finish his patrols outside. These men had families at home, and the General of Iego was going to make sure they made it back.

As the ships of the other two hunters landed in the area, Taz would sigh. A deep breath in the nose and out his lips slowly. Then, a whispered prayer. The same is always told himself before stepping into the unknown.

<Through my pain, I grow stronger. Through passion my resolve is clear. By my spear my enemies will fall. By my sword I gain glory for my name forever. Gods of War, grant me victory or Manda.> The words gave him a strength of clarity. Pushing out any other thought but the task at hand.

Taz turned to meet the other two warriors. Both Yautken, and both eager to hunt. Taking the smartpad from it's pouch on his hip, he tapped a couple of buttons and held the device in his palm. Suddenly the projection of the base would appear a couple of inches above the phone in a 3D model.

"This facility is the target. We are to infiltrate the facility and eliminate all inside. Victory, or Manda."

Bo’roth beheld the other Yautkan with little more than a nod. The two would get to know each other by fighting by side and it seemed the notion was mutual.

For now, there was a map to look at. There they are. There were no souls to see, of course, at least not to the naked eye. Right there. And there. And there. Piled atop one another in every room in every corridor were the dead and the dying. I see you…

The facility didn’t appear to be big enough to warrant any more than a hunting party of three, so they were on the right track there, and Taz Fett was further approved by his lack of hesitation. He spoke simply, eagerly; spoke of victory the way a Mandalorian would. Fine. One of my own kind is no less.

“We can take the trees.” Bo’roth did not need to look up to know they were there, watching him. “Drop down on the roof and descend upon our prey.” It seemed like a better idea than breaking down the front door which was bound to be watched.

The hunter studied the model some more but all he saw was a pit of corpses. “Paint the walls red and green and blue, the color of whatever blood we spill. Victory, or death.”

"This facility is the target. We are to infiltrate the facility and eliminate all inside. Victory, or Manda." Fetts instructions were simple enough, and Yakt nodded in agreement. The 3D model of the facility itself was detailed enough for them to be underway, and with a nod to his kinsman, Yakt moved to his right and scaled the nearest tree with ease and agility that his size belied. One in the tries canopy, he looked down at the facility, and smoke through a series of clicks with his maniple like jaw, signalling to the other Yaut that the hunt was commencing.

He spied a man walking out of the facility, dark skin and greying hair, older than one would expect for a front-line trooper, leading him to suspect the man was some sort of commanding figure. Yakt kept himself concealed in the trees, and waited to see what the man did next.

The night was quiet and beautiful- even through the security screens Rubeus was watching from inside the facility. Surrounded by other men on active duty reminded General Bangalore of the good old days when he was out and about and soldiering to his soul's content. Those days weren't far from over and though Rubeus couldn't move like he used to, he was still a better sharpshooter than all of the men in this building. Where age gripped his physical prowess, experience gave him the skillsets that proved to save his life even today.

He wished all could have the chance to learn any kind of form of self defense. In today's galaxy there were evil people doing evil things all the time. Senator Hawthorne died proving that. Not even a Senator was safe from the brewing evil, and Rubeus thought that maybe if the Senator learned a bit about soldiering, he'd still be around today.

"You got eyes on anything, Captain?" Rubeus asked, watching the security chief on a security camera as he kept watch over his post. "Nothing yet...wait a moment...I think I saw something- oh, just a damn bird. It's going to be a long night, General." The Captain sighed. "Keep watch and stand firm, Captain. Never shirk and you'll be grateful for it later." Rubeus replied with a chuckle.
