Hector had left Ruan, to all intents and purposes, alone. There had been two other men travelling with him the whole way, but one was a Jedi pilot, intentionally leaving Hector and the other man alone, and the other? Well, until Hector decided otherwise, he had been reduced to a drooling mess, Morichro keeping him firmly unconscious until the Jedi Master decided otherwise.

It had been quiet, lonely. He had had to concentrate, without cessation, on the Bogan that he was tasked with taking to Alderaan and interrogating. It had not been fun, but the time had passed quickly, and thanks to the Jedi Master's unceasing focus, without incident.

Indeed, Hector did not allow the man to rouse even slightly until long after their arrival on Alderaan; until the swordmaster Huang Karasu had arrived. Summoned to aid Hector in interrogating the Bogan, it would be something of an odd reunion for the master and student.

The Bogan was being held in a secluded part of the compound on Alderaan, itself far removed from anything even close to resembling civilization. Huang would arrive to find the Bogan, still comatose from the Battle of Noob Hill, and Hector Seemingly deep in meditation.

The interrogation would not be a fun experience from the Dark-sider.

Huang had been on Coruscant, overseeing training, when his comm bleeped. In an instant, he studied the message. Wordless, he left. A summons from his former student, the message grave. That such an individual had been taken hostage rather than killed outright to save the galaxy from further terror from this Dhar-Kor Jord.

* * *

A black ship flitted through the skies, rushing for the ground at breakneck pace. It paid no heed to air traffic control, simply pointing itself at a landing pad. None could challenge a Sword Master on Important Business.

And there was no business more important than this. He knew where he was headed. A room far from the compound, safely away.

The doors opened. He nodded to Hector.

''This is him? The Bogan?''
He nodded to the comatose form as he took off his robe, wearing the bodyglove underneath, sword belted on. and on show. How pathetic this 'Master' of the Dark side looked now. So fragile.

Hector's eyes fluttered open as Huang entered, for what was the first time in hours. Or days? It had been quite some time. Regardless, the arrival of the Swordmaster, Huang, he could allow himself to change pace.

"Yes."

Hector stood, his eyes never moving from the Bogan's comatose form. Still wearing his armour from the battle, the Jedi Master was still ready for a fight.

"I'm going to bring him out a little. He'll be groggy and slow, but still dangerous, even for us."

Relaxing his iron grip of Morichro, just a little, he allowed Jord to emerge, just enough for consciousness, no more, from the coma. It was time to see what this monster had to say for himself.

Jords eyes fluttered open momentarily, then blinked closed again. There was a bright light falling down into his eyes and it took him some time to adjust. His body was numb, save for his head, which could turn somewhat. Slowly his feeling came back to him and he was incredibly sore. That was his first thought.

As he looked around his second thought dawned on him. He was still under the effects Morichro, which had some implication he was sure. He continued to look around till his eyes fell on Hector, and someone else who looked less familiar. "Ah...so...Captured I take it?" He said hardly moving as he looked around, his face unmasked, he assumed it was somewhere nearby, but again he wasn't sure why, till he realized his armor was still on. That's why...

''So this...'' Huang gestured to the immoblie form, staring about dumbly, constrained by the force he had sought to control, ''Is the Bogan?''

He strode over, inspecting his armour as he did so. Fine work, if twisted.

''How the mighty fall, neh?'' Huang's words were without inflection, emotionless, and, for that, they seemed all the colder.

''Shall we begin?''

He strode around the immobile Jord.

''Your name? Your position?''

He never looked at the Bogan. He continued to walk around him.

''Where did the Bogan go after the Ando Prime Battle? Their numbers?''

He did not expect the Bogan to answer. The man was not a fool. But he had to start somewhere. Huang had no time for messing around.

"Yes, they do fall..." he said, his senses returning to him a bit mentally, though physically he was still bound. "To answer your question, my name is Dhar-kor Jord. My Rank is that of The Bogan. Second highest in the what you previously knew as the Cult of the Bogan, now known as the Bogan Empire. As to where, I'd like to keep that information for now, as to how many...well we' named it an Empire, so probably more than you'd be aware of." He said to them without blinking till the very end of his statement.

"Now, all things in cordiality, might I have your names, and I'm assuming that I should address you both as Masters." He said with a slight nod of courtesy, the closest he could get to a bow given his condition.

"The Bogan is second in command? Interesting."

Hector returned the nod, never letting his focus slip, but somewhat reassured that Dhar-kor wasn't trying anything. Yet, he quickly reminded himself.

"I am Hector. He is Karasu. No, just me; He is Swordmaster of the Council."

Hector paused.

"Second in command; is that still to Banik Kelrada?"

"Indeed it is." He answered, then added. "Swordmaster Karasu, if I may, do the jedi still not employ the cells in which the force is rendered neutral as they did? I feel Master Hector is wasting energy keeping me in Morichro when simple handcuffs would do in such a place." He said looking about, it had of course crossed his mind he wasn't in a jedi facility which would be curious... "So much has changed though, perhaps you do not have those anylonger...I was pleasantly surprised by the show of strength before."

((OOC: Butting in, can't be bothered to wait for will))

Hector scowled. Huang was here for a reason, true, but he almost felt hurt, at being so casually overlooked. Unexpected, no. But still, Jord had been captured through a combined effort, but not one involving Huang. For once, the glory of battle was Hector's to lay claim to.

"If I may, the reason you aren't in a force dampening cell is because of me. In one of the cells, I wouldn't be able to tear you to pieces, if I needed to."

He paused, almost shocked at himself. He understood his role in the galaxy; as a tool of the force. He even recognized that the force sometimes demanded blood; it carried no bias. Even so, it seemed a little... bloodthirsty. Nevertheless...

"Here, I can."

Jord was right of course, the Jedi were strong now. Perhaps moreso than ever. The Council, the Grandmaster almost the whole order had finally acknowledged that the time for talk was past.

"We are certainly stronger. Strong enough to deal with the taint of your darksiders, certainly."

Another scowl. Perhaps he was tired? Losing control? No, he had faced worse, done worse. He was one of the few Jedi willing to stare into the abyss. It was why he had been chosen for Ruan, why he had been given Jord to interrogate.

"Now, Bogan, I want you to tell me everything. Where your Empire is; how many of you there are; what Banik plans to do. Believe me, you don't want to give either one of us a reason to cut loose on you."

"Ah but see, if you cut loose, I would be disinclined to acquiesce to your request." He said with a slight smile. "I will reveal all, if my base impression proves true. You seem to mistake me for one of the bloodthirsty nonsensical members of my order. I assure you, I am not." He said simply. "Though I do like your thirst for blood. It is most interesting how similar you and I are, and you don't even see it." He said simply.

"I can not list the times I have said the force itself is neither dark nor light. Like a vibroknife you can use it to cut food to feed the hungry or to kill those who have garnered your wrath. I am not a darksider. Not in the way I think you understand the term."

"If I cut loose," Hector growled, "answering questions would be the least of your worries."

He paused.

"I would disagree. You let your emotions fuel your use of the force; there is nothing more perverse. The distinctions drawn by your order and mine based on the powers we use are, frankly, foolish true. But the distinctions based on drawing power from hate and rage? Those are solid."

That was more like it. He would not let his need to rid this mans evil from the galaxy get in the way of his task here.

"Now, if you would be so kind as to 'reveal all', like you said. And be aware, we have all of your minions in our custody too. If you lie to us, you will regret it."

"You killed one of my minions." he said simply. "So really, the ends are the same whether emotions are called into it or not. Even now emotions are entering into your equation Master Hector. I can feel them." He said, ignoring the last question. Obviously not ready to reveal anything yet.

"Truly, why is your way best? You fight against nature, do you not? And even then, you still have orders like mine that rise, forcing you to become something different than what you were. To change. To end your previous incarnation, if you will. Is this not the way of all things? An ending?"

Hector laughed, genuinely amused.

"I'm not an ordinary Jedi, by any means, Bogan. I don't destroy my emotions," he glanced at Huang, "I welcome them. But they do not rule me, and I do not use them for power."

He paused. He was allowing the Bogan to drag him off track.

"Now, you'll tell us what we want to know, or this will get very unpleasant for you."

"But what you want to know and what the truth is are so very different my new friend." He said with a chuckle. "Ask the right questions, and I will answer them. The less obvious the better. Seek to understand, not simply to gain." He said looking at the two jedi infront of him. He knew they could cause him pain, they could neglect him, keep him without food or water. It mattered little to Jord after the harsh life he has lead. If they had some idea of what his life was like, perhaps they would realize breaking him wouldn't be as simple as asking what numbers are where and what strength an army is.

"Such things, aren't of importance..." he said thinking aloud.

Hector sighed inwardly, remaining a blank slate on the outside, save for a scowl. He should have expected this, really, this man wasn't going to be afraid of pain, or break instantly. The Jedi Master had to decide; play Jord's little game to get the information he needed, or to tear it from him, any way he could.

"Very well, Dhar-kor Jord. What questions do you think we should be asking?"

Hector wanted nothing more than to end this charade, to move on and crush the taint that the Bogan spread throughout the galaxy. The man before him representing some of the very worst of that particular disease.

((Sorry peeps. Birthdays and essays and shit, oh my!))

Huang finally stopped. He looked down at the man. Formerly so great, trapped like an insect in amber. Huang sat down on an available stool. Jord would not break simply, as the others had. No, this prisoner would need a more deft touch. Subtle, delicate.

''Why did you fall, Dhar-Kor Jord? What led you from the path of the Jedi?''

To break a man, you needed to know a man. It would have to be small steps. Every now and then perhaps some extra 'helping along', courtesy of the sword, or some shock-cuffs, but still, baby steps.

"Tell me friends. Do either of you remember the schism?" He asked, arching an eyebrow. With a great amount of willpower, and very, very slowly he sat up, almost lazily if not for the effort it took. "I mean I know you are able to recall events. But were either of you there? At the nexus of it all?" He said and sighed somewhat. "The jedi were stagnant, weak. A cancer had grown within the ranks, and I wanted no part of any of that...many others were of a like mind. Though I don't know that fall would be the correct term."

He had of course ignored Hectors question, though this was on purpose. Asking for the right questions wouldn't bring understanding.

Hector's eyes betrayed him for a moment. He had risked his life, to best this man, to listen to him gloat and wax philosophical. He was a patient man, but he was no fool.

"This achieves nothing, save for wasting our time. You have run out of what little good will I had afforded you."

Hector focused hard, his force aura flaring brightly. He would make this man talk, one way or another. Bogan or not, his smug superiority would be shattered like brittle glass.

Unleashing a portion of his power, it condensed and collected, before becoming a crushing vice. Snapping shut on Jord's right hand, it would be crushed with immeasurable force; pulverised into nothing, leaving only a bloodied stump as evidence there was ever a hand at all. With the Bogan still under the powerful effects of Morichro, he would have neither the energy nor reactions to resist. He would trust Huang to seal the wound with his blade.

"I don't gave a damn as to understanding you. I want to know what I need to, to excise your wretched breed from the galaxy. I recommend you start talking, before I take the rest of your arm."

His voice never rose above a whisper; but it didn't need to. His threat was not hollow, now would it ever be. Hector was a kind Jedi, a fair teacher and a loyal friend; but he was a ruthless warrior. More than ever these days, it was the warrior that was called for.

Screams of pain were issued, anger flooding into Jord. As the pain rose, so did the anger and as the anger rose so did his strength, which he funneled into a cold rage blocking out the pain. As his breathing continued to settle he began to laugh, it was a dark laugh however as the blood began to pool around his now useless hand.

"Haha...do you even realize?" He said in between maniacle laughter barely being kept under control. "Do you remember, I offered you no..." he paused catching his breath. "No haha...no harm? I was being honest you...know." He said his eyes seething with anger. "You're worse than I am jedi. I hope your actions speak for only yourself though..." He said as he continued to draw on the darkside. "Else the Bogan are the least of the galaxies worries...mhahah...Now, give me a lightsaber, I'll cut off my own arm for you if that is what you're looking to achieve."

Hector stared coldly at the man for a moment. Did he have a point? He had just used the force to maim him, quite horrifically too... but it was for the greater good... the greatest good... wasn't it?

This was getting dangerous, the Bogan was regaining strength, and whilst he was only so much of a threat whilst Hector held him, he was a threat nonetheless.

"Shut up, Bogan."

Hector focused once more on the Morichro he had not dropped in days, slowing the Bogans functions further, making him ever more sluggish, slowing his breathing, and his heart. It served the dual purpose of keeping the Bogan weak, incoherent and alive.

"If you're lucky, you'll wake up again."

With that, he closed the Bogan down, once more comatose. The Bogan would wake when Hector willed it. For now, he needed to talk with Huang, badly.

"What are we doing here? What lines must we cross? I've just broken the only worthwhile rule of the whole order, and for what? So that I'll be able to break more of them later, to kill even more of the Bogan?"

He bowed his head. He actually felt lost.

"This feels wrong... it feels like I'm going somewhere I can't come back from... Master?"
