The whole sentence is a grammatical Error.
I think you mean:
Danken Sie Gott, das nicht nur ich es bin der Deutsch in der Hochschule / Highschool (it's a name and thus can't be translated, technically seen) studiert.

Also, I didn't study or take it as a class at Highschool - I live in a german speaking country.
