Hello everyone, my name is Chance, aka Geroin Sep, one of your newest brothers in the Sith Order. As a way to start off, instead of going straight to combat, I wish to make something that will help our organization in the long run: an intelligence pool. This idea is one I developed when creating my character's traits and personality as an analytic and oratory-based character. In a nutshell, this thread would work to allow base level Sith (and/or Immortals and Lords, if they are interested) to share what they know of their enemies movements and strategies to gain input and possibly get an upper hand in their next combat. For example:
Say one Sith on Dathomir is having trouble pushing his ships through a blockade surrounding the planet. If that Sith was a member of this Collective, they would be able to see if anyone had advice or knowledge on how to break the blockade. For this example, let us imagine another Sith in the Collective noticed a weak spot in the blockade's defenses that the original Sith did not see, or new there was a soft spot in a ship's armor or shield. They could share that information and turn the tide of the battle in the favor of the Sith.
Note, this is not a Sect or Seceding group from the Sith, but merely a group of Sith speaking to share information and strategy. Participation is voluntary, and this sign-up page will be open for those who seek to join at any time. For the sake of personal security, your character would not be required to show their face, but is required to tell their name and rank as to allow others to show them the proper respect. Another rule is that honesty, in this rare case, would be the best policy, and any information is subject to the Dark Lord's, Warlord's, or Emperor's investigation (my character wants to survive, and will not allow talk of decent or treachery for the sake of plausible deniability). For the sake of Meta, your character may only use this thread when not in combat (namely between assault or defense posts).
As stated, to sign up, leave your Name, character name (you may link to their profile if you see fit), and name their rank. When the Collective begins, you may mention which campaign your character is currently in for the sake of accuracy. Thank you, and I hope to see you in the Collective
