The sun shinned through the window as Caramon stood in his room, adorning his traditional Jedi robes. He could hear the birds as they called to each other. He cliped his lightsaber onto his belt clip as he heard a knock at the door. "Come in". The transparasteel door slid open silently as a familiar face stepped into his room. Caramon turned around to face the man. It was Jedi Master Dasquian Telcontar. "Good morning Master Telcontar. What do I owe the Pleasure of this visit."

"Caramon, good to see you again" the Jedi Master said. "There is a mission that requires your immediate attention." Handing the young knight a datapad, all that it shown was coordinates. "What is this" Caramon asked. "That is the coordinates to Tattooine. Go there as soon as possible. There is something in the caves on Tattooine that is very important to the Jedi. After you have found the item return to the temple." Caramon nodded. "Yes Sir." With that Master Telcontar bowed and walked out of the room.

Caramon exited his room and navigated his way through the temple. 'Whatever was inside of this cave must be very important' Caramon thought to himself. As the Jedi Knight exited the building, he could see the various classes in session. Memories came back to him as he remembered his training.

Walking into the space station, Caramon walked to one of the many landing pads that held the Jedi Starfighters. Climbing into the cockpit, activating the repulsor lifts and closing the hatch, the Jedi had started on his journey. How long it would be he did not know. The roar of the ion engines were heard as the ship launched upwards towards the atmosphere. Within a matter of minutes Caramon was completely surrounded by stars. He alwasy loved this view. Caramon input the coordinates into the nava computer. After receiving his route, Caramon pushed a button on the control console. The stars started to streak and his ship was launched into hyperspace towards the planet Tattooine.

Ra’taak picked his way along a cobbled path that meandered through massive branches of coral reaching up to touch the sky. He marveled at the twisted beauty, then stooped to take a handful of dirt which he let slip through his fingers. He was generally pleased. Trade negotiations had ended and the proceedings went well. Two factions had been squabbling over a patch of land whose border was defined by a river. That river had changed course and so did the boundary and each side was upset. Ra’taak had worked as an arbitrator with the Trade Administrator, helping the two factions come to a common ground. He stood, and a bird chirped overhead. He enjoyed the feeling the Force in times of peace. Letting it wash over him. But it wasn’t meant to last.

His holo-communicator beeped bringing him back to reality. A large clawed finger activated the device. A shimmering display of Master Vi’ya, the Twi’lek, popped into existence.

“Ra’taak,” She spoke with authority, “How are the affairs on Rugosa?”

“Negotiations are complete. The Toydarians sides seem happy with the agreement.”

“That is good news. Though, I have a new assignment for you.”

Ra’taak gave a simple nod.

“I want you to travel to Tattoine and meet up with Jedi Knight Caramon Bightblade.”

Ra’taak spoke quietly. “Is that wise, to travel to a Mandalorian controlled system?”

“We believe- in this case- it is. We want you to work with Brightblade locating an artifact. He has been advised and dispatched.”

Ra’taak nodded again.

“Meet him in Mos Eisley.” The hologram flicked away.

Ra’taak stood for a moment, then turned to follow the path back to the city.

It wasn’t long before the Trade Administrator was fluttering by his side.

“We are quite please with how the negotiations worked out. We didn’t think they were going to strike an accord.”

Ra’taak listened, then spoke. “Negotiations only work when both sides are willing to give up something.”

“Ah, yes. Well, luckily we didn’t have to give up much.”

“Luck, had very little to do with it.”

“Well, in any case, the council would like for you to stay. We are having a banquet.”

Ra’taak ceased his walking. “I am honored, but I have been recalled. An urgent matter needs my attention; and I must depart immediately.”

The Toydarian hovered, slightly disappointed. “I see.” he sighed. “Well, perhaps another time then.”

“Perhaps.” Ra’taak left the Trade Administrator fluttering there as continued to make his way into the city.

It wasn’t long before he was by his battered up star-fighter, but it worked and it did the job. He climbed in, closed the canopy and systematically went through the pre-flight checklist. Satisfied all was in working order, he lifted the ship off its landing pad and found himself in orbit. He input the coordinates into the nav-computer to run its computations and within a few moments the streaking mass of hyperspace engulfed the ship.

It was a fairly boring trip, but Ra’taak had an uneasy feeling. He meditated when he could, but given the aggressive nature of the Mandalorians he doubt very much he would receive a welcoming invitation. His senses were suddenly overwhelmed when the bright sandy planted popped into existence.

“Well….” He spoke to no one in particular and pointed the nose of the craft towards the surface. He never really liked reentry into atmospheric planets. The flames shooting up around him gave him an image of being burned alive. He set the thought aside and completed his task. He brought the ship in low and thought it wise, not to land in Mos Eisely. Instead he set the ship down on the outskirts of the city. The canopy opened and he was greeted with the wash of hot dry air. Much like his own planet. Normally he would opt out of a robe, but in this case he thought best to wear it. Pulling the hood up over his horny head, he made the trek into the city. The heavy tail swishing low in his wake.

Caramons ship came out of hyperspace, and in the distance was Tattooine. It looked like a dull sun due to the sandy planet surface. As the Jedi sat in the pilots seat, there was a sudden flicker of light as his holo-pad illuminated and Jedi Master Dasquian Telcontar appeard before him.

“Caramon, we are sending someone to aide you in this mission. His name is Ra’taak. You are to meet him in Mos Eisley.”

“Yes sir” was all Caramon said as the transmission ended. ‘Why are they sending help. What is so dangerous about where I am going’ the Jedi Knight thought to himself as he made his descent into the atmosphere of the planet. Not wanting to bring any attention to himself as this planet was not under the control of the Jedi, Caramon knew it would be best to land outside of town. With a flick of a switch the landing gear protruded from the vessel as he softly floated to the ground. A loud hiss was heard as the cockpit opened up. A sudden gust of wind his him in the face along with specs of sand from the ground.

Finally on the ground, Caramon pulled his dark brown robes tightly around him. Lowering his hood he started to walk towards Mos Eisley.

Walking into the local cantina, Caramon could hear the band playing as he stepped in between the scanners that stood on either side of the entrance. The establishment was filled with all manner of species that came from every corner in the galaxy. Caramon breathed easy, letting the force flow throughout his body. Squeezing through a couple of the patrons he finally found an empty table near the entrance so that he could keep an eye out for whoever it was he was supposed to meet up with. A red and white R2 unit rolled up holding a tray in one outstretched appendage, or what would be the equivalent. Taking the drink off of the tray and replacing it with a few credits the droid rolled away.

Sitting back in his chair Caramon watched the Patrons at the bar, and waited.

Gusts of hot wind whipped the jedi’s robes about and danced off into the distance as small eddies of miniature cyclones of dust. Ra’taak’s talon like feet marched along the burning sands. He looked up into the blinding bright sky. The binary stars of the Tatoo system were blazing overhead. Roiling masses of heat and light. Tatooine wasn’t exactly the same as Annoo. For one, the sand. But they both were barren wastelands. And that gave him a sense of being home. The city loomed ahead and as the the jedi approached the city gates he was impressed by the sheer size of them. As he walked through he peered to his left. A couple of Mandalorian patrol guards were headed in his direction conversing among themselves. The beast kept his head low and tugged at the hood.

The city was a bustling of activity. Beasties carrying heavy burdens of machines, wares or whatever else their masters had laid them with trundled here and there. Their heavy feet stomping on the already dirt packed streets. He saw an alleyway of merchant tents and decided to slip in that way. Humanity was bartering, haggling and making loud transactions in the crowded space. Being extremely muscular and large he felt people bump into him. A prime time for pick-pockets and one such lifted the flap of the satchel he was wearing.

Ra’taak turned his jagged head and peered down at the boy dressed in rags. “Best put that back, lad.” was all he needed to say. The boy did as he was told, and removed the greedy hand. The Annoo-dat Prime flicked him a credit and resumed his course. He really had no idea where to meet this other Jedi, but that didn’t really matter. He reached out with the Force sampling the currents that bound all things together. There was a particularly strong source of it. Like dowsing for water, he followed this pointer.

His feet walked up the sun baked steps into the cooler and darker confines of a local watering hole. Music was playing, people were conversing and laughter punctured the atmosphere. The change of bright light to dim, blinded his vision. He blinked and let his eyes acclimate. Though dark, he could see into the infrared spectrum. Blobs of white, reds and oranges moving about were tell-tale signs of people. He saw a solitary one at a table situated nearby. The force was strong with him. This must have been Brightblade.

Ra’taak walked to the table and took to an empty seat as the server droid trundled off. He laid his folded clawed hands upon the table, all four eyes looking into the masked face set before him.

“Brightblade, I presume?” he asked in a growl of a low voice.

The transparasteel doors to the establishment opened with a slight hiss, the dusty air seeping in with the wind. A large cloaked figure emerged from the cloud of dust, hood drawn and cloak wrapped tightly around him. The only part visible was large clawed feet scraping the floor as he walked, and tail whipping behind him. Caramon felt a familiar feeling, like he was back on Dantooine in the presence of another Jedi. He knew this was the man he had been waiting for. The large figure sat down across from Caramon.

“Brightblade I presume?”

Caramon nodded in agreement.

“And you must be Ra’taak.” Caramon said in a droid like voice do to his breathing mask.

The Cantina was loud with laughter and conversation which proved most useful for the two to speak in private so to say. Caramon slid a data pad across the table containing the details of the mission. The picture displayed on the screen was of a cave and coordinates.

“As you can see this is where we are headed. I was not given the details of what we are after but I know if it takes two of us it must be important.”

Caramon felt a large man crash into him from the side. Looking up he saw a Twi’lek man get back to his feet and launch after his assailant. Quick to his feet the Jedi ran over to the argument, separating the two drunk patrons. Ra’taak couldn’t make out what was said but Caramon pulled some credits from his pocket, handed them to the two men and they headed off towards the bar.

“I think it is best if we leave soon before things get out of hand here.”

"Indeed." Was all he said when he was questioned about his identity. He reached over the table with a large claw and wrapped his fingers around the datapad before taking a look.

"I see. The caverns to the south past the great dunes. Though that in itself will be a challenge, what we are to find without much detail...." He wasn't able to finish. A Twi'lek bumped into a table after being pushed. Caramon was quick to his feet, and quelled the fight between that particular individual and his querulous mate. He raised a brow when his fellow Jedi returned.

"It would seem you have experience with......mitigating arguments..." He stood. "But I agree. This place has far too many eyes and ears. I suggest we steel ourselves for the task at hand." He turned to leave and as he walked out he asked. "What was it you said to the man?"

“What was it you said to the man?”

If Ra’taak could see Caramon’s face he would have seen him smile.

“I just said that I will buy the next few rounds for them if they just go back to the bar. Some guys will do anything for another drink.”

As the transparasteel door opened and gave way to the desert floor, the two Jedi Pulled their hoods over their head. Caramon Called to his companion.

“Wait here. I have arranged to rent a speeder from one of the local dealers. Its only for the day.”

Caramon walked off into the wind.

Returning a few minutes later with a speeder that looks like it had seen better days, the two jumped in. Caramon didn’t know the land very well and Ra’taak seemed like he was more help in the navigation. As the two drove off out of sight, thoughts and images of what could be in the cave came crashing into his mind. ‘Was it a Rancor? Was it a Sith? Was it a Jedi? What?’ Racking his brain, he could not figure it out. But he knew that he was paired with this new companion for a reason.

“Do you know anything about what we are going after Ra’taak?”

Ra'taak watched Camaron trundle off to finish his rental transaction. He placed his broad back against a hot and sun-baked wall, leaning heavily into it folding his arms. A Mandalorian trooper walked and as he passed he gave a sigh and closed his eyes taking the time to be still and meditate. Something that he was fond of, and missed when deprived of. He thought about his last mission. The Toydarians, and the squabble over a piece of land who's boundary had been changed with the course of a river.

...I just said that I will buy the next few rounds for them if they just go back to the bar. Some guys will do anything for another drink....

It really was that simple. People have a need to feel safe, important, and have food. A bit of entertainment never hurt.

His four eyes at the sound of an approaching speeder. It defiantly looked like it had seen better days. But looks can be deceiving. Then again, it was a rental and doubted very much it would take them where they needed. He hoisted his heavy bulk with a grunt into the machine; settled in as Caramon took off into the desert, towards the objective.

“Do you know anything about what we are going after Ra’taak?”

It was a simple question, but Ra'taak was in the dark just as much as Caramon was. What struck him was the need to pair the Jedi up in order to complete the task. He was sure there was no artifact. That this was all a test to see how they interacted with each other.

"I do not. Perhaps what we are to obtain has no physical property to it." The soft low voice was hard to hear with the whipping winds.

They had a fair bit of distance to travel and Ra'taak decided to use it to get to know his comrade better.

"Why do you wear a mask?"

Caramon looked at Ra'taak as he drove the speeder. The Jedi Knight had grown so accustomed to wearing the mask that he sometimes forgot that he was even wearing it.

"When I was a boy, Me and my mother were escaping the wreckage of the old jedi order. I was a casualty of war as the Sith were laying waste to the land. A building had exploded, and since I was the closest it affected me the worst. The flames searing the skin from my face. I dont really know what happened after. I just remember waking up in the medical bay of the freighter we were on, and I was wearing the mask. It is how I am able to breath."

It was a painful memory but it was one that had defined Caramon as a person. Knowing that the Sith can cause so much destruction over power and kill all in their path is immoral. After driving for a while the dust started to die down the further they were from town. Now Caramon could see his Partner. Never meeting one of his kind before, Caramon was intruiged by this man. Looking through the windshield they could see a cave in the far distance. Caramon raised his hand and pointed.

"Since we are getting to know each other, tell me. I have never met a person like you before. Are there many Jedi on your home planet?"

The hot wind whipped past as they sped over the vast dune sea which seemed to stretch into eternity. The bright blue eyes softened as Camaron recounted the details of this particularly painful season of his past. Confined to a mask; Ra'taak shook his large head at the thought of it. Ra'taak closed his eyes for just a tick; to feel the Force. A moment of meditation before he spoke. He wasn't too sure what to make of Caramon. The fellow Jedi seemed impulsive, and quick to resolve matters. Inherently, not bad traits. Much needed to push events forward. However, on the flip side, acting without thinking could lead into more trouble. Then again, Ra'taak himself was too methodical. Slow to change and prone to over analyze a situation. Maybe this is why they were asked to work together? The though amused him and he opened his eyes.

"...tell me. I have never met a person like you before. Are there many Jedi on your home planet?" he heard Caramon ask.

"I do not see many of my kind around either, but we are far from endangered." he said slowly, then looking up for a moment he continued, "I spent my early years on Annoo. I do not remember the specifics but it is much like here," -a large claw extended out gesturing to the surrounding landscape- "except less sand. I do not know if there are many Force weavers from there... I grew up on Hok after my father was buried in an accident."

He paused for a moment. "Were you always a Force weaver?"

Caramon knew this pain, knew what it was like to loose a father. There is no greater loss than that of a parent. Someone you look up to, who you have seen day in and day out every day of your life. Then suddenly one day you stop seeing them. Everything changes.

“Were you always a Force weaver?”

“I have been training to use the Force since I was 12. My father was teaching me how to become a Jedi. Sadly we have similar pasts, as my father was killed when the Sith invaded the last Jedi temple. He did not tell the Jedi Order he was training me. When they found out about me, I joined the rest of the Initiates within the temple to continue my training.”

Caramon hadn’t talked about his father in a very long time. It was a sensitive subject to some but since Ra’taak seemed to have the same background, it seemed appropriate.

‘Was this why we are paired together? Because of our past. What am I to learn of this?’ Caramon thought to himself as they continued their drive.

“What about you. Have you always been able to use the Force? How long have you been with the Jedi?”

“I have been training to use the Force since I was 12. My father was teaching me how to become a Jedi...”

Ra'taak closed his eyes. Was my father a Force Weaver? It had never occurred to him before. If he was, he would not have perished in that accident... The large Jedi thought about his father from time to time. They were good memories. He felt the hot rays of binary suns on his scaly skin. It has Been a long time since I've been home.... his mind's eye went back to those days. Clambering over the dark sandstone cliff, chasing after Sii'rath. A favorite pastime for many young Annoo-dat Prime. Playing ball with his father. The hot sun, and the cool nights. These gave him a sense of longing.

"I am sure," he spoke deliberately, "that much of your skill could be attributed to his training. I am sorry to hear that the Sith took that bond away..." He empathized with his partner and wondered if he held a grudge against the Sith. If so, what would happen if they met one. Would Caramon blindly jump into a conflict with them to avenge his fallen father?... He hoped not.

He gazed out across the sand sea again. "I am not sure what you mean by always." he took a breath, "I discovered that I could move things by thinking about it when I was a child. There was as an accident. No one was seriously hurt, but the caretaker did not know what to do. That is when the Jedi came and took me." He paused again. "It was a happy day for me. I thought I had been adopted." He blinked. "My..." he indicated his face with a large claw, "features do not tend to lead people to think I am... ah... cuddly."

“My features do not tend to lead people to think I am… ah… cuddly.”

“Yes it is true, the galaxy can be a cruel place. But at the same time it can also be beautiful and amazing.”

Caramon started to slow the speeder down as they neared the entrance to the cave. The Jedi could not see anything inside the entrance, just darkness. The dust kicked up around them as the speeder they rented came to a hault. Caramon looked at his new friend.

“I believe that everything happens for a reason Ra’taak. I think you were not adopted by anyone because of who you are. You are a Jedi, and you have an amazing family in all of us now.”

Caramon climbed out of the speeder. ‘Well at least we will be in the shade’ the Jedi thought to himself as he looked towards the dark cave, not knowing what lay inside.

“Yes it is true, the galaxy can be a cruel place. But at the same time it can also be beautiful and amazing.”

He considered that for a moment. "That is why there must be a balance."

Ra'taak hoisted himself out of the speeder. He slipped off the heavy robes, and placed them in the storage compartment. He didn't really see a reason to wear them here. In reality, he never really liked wearing them at all and used any excuse to get out of those scratchy robes.

“I believe that everything happens for a reason Ra’taak. I think you were not adopted by anyone because of who you are. You are a Jedi, and you have an amazing family in all of us now.”

His broad muscular torso glinted in the light. The ends of the simple strip of fabric that wound around his stomach fluttered in the dusty breeze. He took measured steps towards the gaping maw that lead into the Earth. His blue eyes were upon Caramon, "It would have seemed that destiny does have a plan." The beast believed that all things happen for a reason, and some of those reasons may never be known.

His great head turned back to focus on the dark. "Do you know what lies in there?"

“Do you know what lies in there”

Caramon looked at the large reptilian man next to him and shrugged his shoulders.

“Your guess is as good as mine.

The Jedi Knight carefully, slowly and quietly walked into the cave. As he stepped into the darkness, Caramon was blinded for a second, letting his eyes adjust from the bright sunlit surface of the planet to this cave of endless darkness. Finally regaining his vision he looked around at his surroundings. Large triangular jagged rock formations jutted from the ceiling everywhere, differing in size and length. The air was stuffy, as if it hadn’t left for centuries. Small lizard like creatures crawled along the sides of the caves as other rats and what not scurried along the ground. The cave was deathly quiet, as if holding its breath in anticipation for something. The only sound that could be heard was slow rhythmic breathing coming from Caramon’s mask.

Caramon motioned to Ra’taak to follow as he walked through the cave, looking above and below for anything out of the ordinary. There seemed to be no signs of life, but then again, looks can be deceiving. Dropping his arm to his side, Caramon unclipped the light saber that hung from his belt. The metallic handle was a little warm to the touch, but that was to be expected given where they had just come from. He did not activate the blade; he did not want to draw any attention from potential onlookers.

Caramon calmed himself, calling upon the force to help him in this trial of sorts. He could feel many life forces in this cave, but who or what they were he could not make out.

Ra'taak's heavy footsteps were surprisingly soft against the rock flooring. His heat-vision allowed him to pick out the lizards crawling along the rocks, and the large red-white blob was Caramon. He could hear the soft mechanical puffs the mask was issuing stirring the still air. At this moment he had no need to say anything. They were already proceeding with caution. He pushed out with the Force trying to sense anything in the area while the fingers of his clawed hand wrapped around the hilt of his light saber. A familiar friend in the stiffing confines of this oppressive darkness.

He sensed the large stalactites clinging to the ceiling, like giant teeth, ready to come down. He sensed mighty stalagmites jutting out of the earth. The path sloped downward and made a slight bend. The air was becoming cooler, and Ra'taak felt a disturbance.

"Did you sense that?"

As Caramon reached out with the force, he felt a presence. The Jedi looked at his comrade at the same time Ra'taak spoke.

"Did you sense that?"

The two Jedi were aparently in sync, noticing the same disturbance in the force. He did not know what was giving off that particular signature. Whatever it was, Caramon knew that the two Jedi needed to proceed with Caution. The Jedi walked as lightly as he could, trying to not make a sound. Caramon looked curiously at Ra'taak. Something was not right. Every few minuets there would be a gust of wind, as if the cave was trying to move them out of the cave. Then almost immediately after, another gust of wind. Only this time it went in the opposite direction, as if to pull them deeper into this dungeon. 'What is that' Caramon thought.

As they moved farther down the cave, the walls becoming narrower as they slowly rounded the bend. Finally it was visible, the being they had both sensed. The being was long in length, with what looked like hard leathery tan skin. There were large spikes that ran the length of the creatures back. Then there was the head. Very large. Two large horns at the top of the skull where it was the widest, then slims down to the nose. The tail is what needs to be worried about though. It has to large spikes that looked as if it could pearce even the toughest of armor. A Krayt Dragon.

The eyes were closed, nostrils opened and Caramon knew it was the source of what he felt earlier. The two men were about as big as one of the Dragons limbs. Shock and terror struck Caramon as he fixed his eyes upon the beast that lay in the center of the room, curled up. Caramon regained his composure and calmed himself down. Caramon reached out for the force, and like the most trusted of allies, there it was awaiting his command. The young Jedi took a step back from the way they came, only to step on an old rotten bone. A loud crack was heard as Caramon looked down to see the broken bone beneath his feet. Quickly looking up at the giant beast Caramon saw what he was dreading. A large eye opened to reveal a slitted pupil looking at the two invaders who had broken into his lair.

Grabbing his saber hilt, Caramon crouched into a defensive stance. He flicked the switch on the hilt and the green blade protruded forth from the hilt. The smell of burnt ozone could be detected as the blade hummed with life. Narrowing his eyes, the Jedi Knigh watched the beast, waiting.

Hot waves of air washed over Ra'taak in slow rhythmic undulating puffs. When he looked over he saw Caramon take a step backwards. CRACK, the sound of the bone breaking echoed with a deafening din against the cavern walls. He saw a slit eye open.

Caramon was quick. There was the hiss of a light-saber sparking to life and he saw the mask bathed in a dull green glow. He had crouched down in a defensive stance.

Quick to take the offensive........ Ra'taak was scrutinizing Caramon's actions. Sometimes the offensive makes the best defense.

He watched the Kryat dragon's head rear up, and bellow out a deafening roar. The spiked tail twitched in agitation.

Ra'taak raised a hand and stretched it out to the beast. He called on the Force and willed a aura of peace and calm trying to subdue the beast. He had never attempted such a feat on something as large as a dragon such as this.

Perhaps this is the test. Caramon provides the action, I provide the support?

As the Jedi’s blade hummed with life, the familiar smell of burnt ozone filled his nostrils. He could see the beast rear its head and roared in aggravation and irritation at the intruders. Caramon waited for the sound of another lightsaber igniting, but it never came. He watched as the beast did not stand to full attention, but more of a sitting posture as Caramon looked back at Ra’taak and saw his outstretched arms facing the beast. Caramon could feel the force emanating from his comrade. This was odd to Caramon, He had always been the type that always assumed whenever there was an imminent threat, he would have to use his lightsaber to end the conflict.

‘Is this why we are paired together, to show me there are more ways to accomplish ones goals’ Caramon thought with a look of curiosity on his face. He gritted his teeth. Knowing that he should have thought everything through before just jumping in full force. Following in line with his friend, Caramon flicked the switch on the hilt of his saber and the green blade retracted into the hilt. He quickly placed the saber hilt back on the clip that resided on his belt.

Caramon reached his hands towards the beast, knowing that this would take both of them, he called upon the Force. Both Jedi’s stood a few meters away from this gigantic beast, arms outstretched, summoning the Force to calm the Krayt Dragon into submission. It seemed to be working, somewhat. The Krayt Dragon started to lay down once again, yet kept both of his reptilian eyes upon the Jedi in the room.

Ra'taak kept his mind focused on the Force. His will was to calm the giant beast down. But he had never accomplished this task with such a large animal. His senses told him that Caramon had sheathed his light-saber, and it was if someone had stepped in to spot with heavy weight. The task of placating the dragon become less burdensome. He felt Caramon mingle with force helping.

The dragon's breathing began to slow. The yellow eyes are still watching the duo like a hawk, but it seemed more dull.

Ra'taak couldn't quite figure out what their task was. Then something grabbed his attention for a moment. A glittering object, set into a recess. He motioned to Caramon with haste.
