Dascren smiled. "That is an excellent solution, your Majesty," he said, bowing in thanks.

"Your Majesty, Coven would be glad to ally with you on all these terms we have laid out, if it so pleases you," he said, straightening again.

 

[Ares]

The huge Queen gave the equivalent of a nod, and telepathically communicated, "Good. The Hives thanks you for your willingness to ally with something so alien from yourselves."

The black-armored Queen adjusted herself on her 'throne', and surveyed her cavern. The dark vault housed thousands of jewels unknown to the outside world, and the pitch blackness felt comforting to the Queen of the Hissikkid...

Dascren bowed in return. "It is an honor, your Majesty, that you would ally with us, who are so unlike your Majesty and your Majesty's subjects. We hope that we both reap the rewards of this alliance," he said, before rising, wondering if there was anything the Queen would ask of him, or if the discussions were over.
