Tatooine,
Mos Eisley
Ten Years ago.

Rails flexed her new mechanical fingers. A tear or two flowing down from her eyes as she looked down apon it. This is what justice really was. You try to be a hero, you lose a hand. It was all mind blowing to Rails, she thought the Heroes would always escape with a cheering crowd for doing the right thing. It turns out all you get on Tatooine is a mechanical hand and jail time. Rails looked up to the Twi'lek doctor, Smiling through her tears as she shifted herself off the seat. And moved towards the exit. The doctor looking at her as she left with a worried glance. Two police officers waited outside the halls, and nodded to her curtly, They watched from a distance, and followed from a distance, to make sure she didn't do anything stupid.

She had one week to spend here, before she was shipped off. She could only stay in this district of Mos Eisley, and wasn't allowed to carry any firearms, or do anything really without police supervision. She made her way towards the market place, Maybe get something to eat, help her tears. The sorry , angry, and unsure glares from the people around her, only made her want to burst into further tears. Until she couldn't help it anymore. She sat herself up against the wall, no longer caring who saw or who judged..All she could do now, was break into tears. . . The two police guards looking away, trying not to embarrass her more, and to look out for any criminal activity.

It was a sunny day on Tatooine. Not like the planet had any different days, but that wasn't a priority in a head of a young man, probably in his mid-twenties. His name was Lars Warren and he made a decision just a while ago. He felt as of those ten years of solitude and pain led up to this moment, and this was the moment he waited for, even if subconsciously. Maybe there really was something to that thing called "the Force" those warrior monks talk about, as this felt as too much of a coincidence. He was in Mos Eisley, inside the market and watching his father happily stroll to his house right next to the market. A slave trader, one who left the family and never bothered to inform Lars... this felt like a personal revenge for Lars. No remorse, no regret, just pure, concentrated and cold anger.

And as he got closer to the house, he accidentaly bumped into a girl. Lars examined her. Just one look at her showed him exactly what he wanted to know. She was like him, ten years ago. She was sad, mad and confused. She lost everything. "I'm sorry about not looking where I'm going, kid," he said in a hushed voice. "But I advise you to take a few steps away from here, just to be sure." With that, he looked at the house and his father through the window one last time. "This is for us, kid," he mumbled and inhaled air just as a sudden explosion broke the air inside the house, breaking glass and incinerating everyone and everything inside. Screams and panic immediately ensued around, but Lars didn't even flinch. He just watched the flames slowly spread.

The young girl that was Rails at the time shot her glance to Lars, pausing for a moment to comprehend his words. It only took a few seconds for his words to have real meaning, considering the house behind her burst into flames and such. She quickly darted up to her feet, taking a few steps back in quick panic. The Police yelling on their radios for fire services. Panicked screams of the street as people began to clear. Rails was at a loss of words, of what had just happened. She looked to Lars.

"Who're you..?" She meekly said. Sniffling lightly as she looked back to the police for a moment, then back to Lars. Looking down at his feet.

It took a while for Lars to respond. But when he did, his voice was neither cold nor emotional. He talked as is nothing was happening in front of him. "Just a tool, kid. A broken person, just like you. Ten years back, I looked exactly like you. But you'll get stronger." he was saying these words, a part of his brain feeling numb and not acknowledging that he was actually saying something. He looked at the police officers trying to calm the situation down. "They'll start looking for me any moment. Know any place to hide?"

Rails glanced towards the officers, a panicked stare, before looking back to Lars. "Yea, I know ..uh... ,yea, I know a perfect place. Follow me, Quick!" She nodded to him, before going to turn on her heel, and sprint off. One thing you probably didn't expect is this kid could run a mile in a little less then six minuets , Shes fast, pausing occasionally to make sure Lars is following, Her first turn took her down Gunpoint Alley, darting through and over several boxes. And taking a sharp left onto a smaller less populated road. A few buildings, but one stood out as a small Cantina. She nodded to Lars..still looking down, before she perked up at the police calling for her. She glanced back to Lars "Look, If we meet again, You owe me for this,-, My Name's Rails, Now get in there!" The police were approaching, and Rails ran towards them, not bothering to look back at Lars, so not even to give away his location with even the slightest hint.
