The training of a promising pupil

[Alucard]

Zayne was walking down the many hallways of the temple where he had just arrived a few days ago after he was found by a master. Zayne was used to quiet confined spaces but here there was lightsabers clashing and things exploding by a padawan using the force. So he walked as fast as he could to the training room where he would meet his master. When Zayne reached the room he saw no one was there so he took out his lightsaber [the curved one in my profile] and started meditating on it [like what starkiller did after raxus prime].

 

[Jax Vos]

Kaeri Vanay ran down the hallway to the training room where she was supposed to meet her new apprentice. When the togruta went inside she saw a young man holding his lightsaber and meditating on it. Hello, she said, I'm Kaeri Vanay I am to be your new master.

 

[Alucard]

Hello there master. Shall we begin? zayne says as he puts his lightsaber back on his belt and gets up and walks towards master vanay.

 

[Jax Vos]

I would like to know your name first young padawan, she said as she pulled out one of her lightsabers.

 

[Alucard]

My first name is Zayne master. What is yours? he says as he sees his master pull out one of her lightsabers so he pulls out his.

 

[Jax Vos]

Giving Zayne a hard look she said, Kaeri, you may call me Master or Master Vanay. With that she ignited her lightsaber, the orange blade hissing to life. What forms do you know? If any.

 

[Alucard]

Well I know a little bit of the makashi form which is why i weild a curved lightsaber. zayne says as he ignites his lightsaber making a blue blade hiss to life. I am also good in a fencing style of lightsaber fighting where I put one either one hand behind my back or to my side.

 

[Jax Vos]

I can teach you some of that form I'm more of a Jar'kai user but I can teach you what I know of Makashi. Makashi is also more of a lightsaber to lightsaber form you'll need to learn another form if for no other reason so you can learn to block blaster bolts.

 

[Alucard]

I am willing to learn other forms if neccisary Master I will even build a new lightsaber or two if I have two. Which I have been thinking about doing for a little while. You may teach me what ever form you wish to teach me first and then we can move on to makashi.

 

[Jax Vos]

Then we'll start with the moderation or diplomat's form: Niman. With that she lifted her blade above her head. This is one of the starting styles of Niman.COLOR]

 

[Alucard]

After seeing his master raise her lightsaber Zayne did the same and asked What type is niman? Offencive for defencive?

 

[Jax Vos]

It can be used for either but it is mostly offencive. If you want proof, a former Dark Lord of the Sith used it his entire life. Don't let that bother you though, only one form can turn someone to the dark side and that's Vapaad.

 

[Alucard]

Alright master I am ready to learn how to use this form zayne says as he brings his lightsaber down to his side and waits for instructions on how ot use the lightsaber style.

 

[Jax Vos]

Well, lets see how you react to this, Kaeri said as she brought her lightsaber down and used her other hand to try and pull Zayne towards her blade.

 

[Alucard]

As zayne felt the force pulling him towards his master he pulled out his lightsaber, activated it and then let his body get pulled foward with his lightsaber in front of him.

 

[Jax Vos]

When the blades met Kaeri smiled, Very good. Now back up and try to do it to me.

 

[Alucard]

Alright master as zayne says those words he thrusts his hand out and begins to pull his master with the force with his lightsaber ready.

 

[Jax Vos]

Kaeri feels herself being pulled by her apprentice. She jumps over him and lands behind him. I hope you realize you don't always have to be direct in your actions in a fight.

 

[Alucard]

as zayne sees his master jump over him he pulls his lightsaber out and puts it at his master Alright. but lets continue I want to master this form

Kaeri pulled back from Zayne. Well you know parts of it already. This form is a combination of all five prior forms. Kaeri lunged forward at Zayne.
