Theodore is governed by one single purpose: to discover, stalk, and kill the most dangerous beings the galaxy has to offer. His only criteria that needs to be met to kill something is that it must present a challenge to him. He is not a psychotic killer after though, and he will not harm children for any reason, and any being he deems to be weaker than him are safe from his wrath as they would pose no challenge. He also will not kill someone out in the open public unless his life is in danger, much preferring to stalk his prey and kill them without anyone, even the prey itself, knowing what had even happened.
He prefers to be alone. This does not mean that Theodore will not converse with other beings or that he is incapable of working with others, only that he prefers to be alone because he knows he can trust his own skills to complete a job. The life of a hunter isn't a particularly lucrative one, so Theodore decided to become a bounty hunter for side work. Being very selective about the bounties he chooses, preferring ones that list Jedi or Mandalorians as targets.
The events of the galaxy as a whole are pretty much meaningless to Theodore. Some people might mistake his ignorance of such things for stupidity, but those people generally don't live very long. One thing that he is particularly knowledgeable about though is a variety of different alien anatomies. Theodore has studied many different species' most vital areas, knowing exactly where they needed to be hit for quick, silent, and easy kills.
Born to be a hunter, Theodore spent the first parts of his life learning to temper his instincts. Filled with a constant internal struggle, Theodore strived to be the ideal young force trainee. Combat training came easily to young human as he was often able to overpower his fellow younglings through cunning and guile. He began to lag behind his peers in his study of the Force. He found it difficult to find the inner calm that serves as the foundation to the usage of the Force.
He knew his training was coming to end, soon his companions would be promoted to full fledged Acolytes and they would join their brothers and sisters on the battlefield. Theodore was pulled aside by an older Sith human and was told he had been assigned to him to complete his final training. His youngling companions were promoted to Acolytes the next day, with Theodore being held back.
It would take Theodore a full year longer than his peers to gain the rank of Acolyte, and he has become more than anxious to prove himself.
