I've been hearing bits and pieces about this game around the internet in the past year or so, but I found a video that more cohesively displays all the news and information about the game that had been in development.
As a quick background, the game was a first person team based game where the players took control of your standard Avengers fair with a variety of unique abilities and synergistic combo attacks in a story based around the Secret Invasion comicbook story where the Kree invaded the Earth.
It's a real shame that the game was cancelled due to the developer's economic woes as it would have been something we've never really gotten before from any other superhero based game. Even more disappointing in the light of Marvel's games recently being VERY social/mobile focused. I'm enjoying what parts of their MMO Marvel Heroes 2015 is offering, but it is at heart a mesh between Diablo and the Ultimate Alliance series. A serviceable combo, but not one as exciting as this game seems to be.
