“Don’t wake him up! Come on! You know who the hell this moron is?”

“Look, the old man needs the facility and it’s infested by pirates. So unless you’re gonna be the one to carry him around…”

“Better him on my back than trying to restrain him on a fucking leash. This guy is insane! And we don’t need that sort of headache! Let’s just leave him on the ship and come back for him when we’re done!”

“No. If he’s as mad as they say then we wind him up and watch him go. Now come on,”

The voices… These were new. Voices he had never heard before. Wait… Where was he? He felt… Hot? He didn’t remember being this hot on Dathomir. Was he even on Dathomir before it all went black? He couldn’t remember. He didn’t remember anything. Anything but…

”Yaaaaaargh!” Bir bellowed as the stun prod pressed itself against his neck, literally jolting him from his sleep in agony and confusion. Struggling to find his footing or even to move in any form, the mad Kel Dor’s eyes quickly shot around in every which direction until he realised he was restrained by his wrists and ankles on a hovertable, angled forward to see what lay before him. Glowing red skies, rivers of molten lava, charred black soil. He had been here before. ”Mustafar?! Oh! How delightful to be back! Yes! Yes! Delightful, indeed!” he gleefully chuckled.

“Told you…”

“Shut up… Hey. Hey, you,” the bolder man spoke up, delivering a solid slap across Bir’s cheek to bring him back to reality. “Do you remember what happened?”

”Happened?” Bir shot back excitedly, grin beaming as he remained in restraints. ”I’m afraid I don’t! Do yooou know what happened?”

“What a fucking looney…”

“Your Master is dead. The Empress? Dead. The Sith were expelled from Imperial space. You were subdued in your sleep and placed in stasis but… Well, someone wants to see you. Says he’s an ‘old friend’ of yours,”

At first, Bir’s ever ecstatic demeanor faded entirely as he heard of how Xeno no longer walked amongst the living and that his plan to assassinate the Empress had been foiled before it even began. His heart ached as the two loyalist soldiers began lowering the cargo ramp and walking the beleaguered Sith to the planets surface. However, the mention of this new ‘friend’ forced him into a complete one-eighty.

”A friend?! I have many friends! I’m afraid you’ll need to be more specific,” Bir chattered on, unaware of the man who awaited him a few meters ahead.
