The moon of Maxis. 0800.
Medriaasi Cyber Research Facility Upsilon-3.
Directive Seven Activated.
Code: "Intercede, Expunge, Isolate"

Operating Room #2

Two fully Uniformed Medical Officers are seen working on the body of an unconscious Cathar Female locked within a medical pod with one of the scannings for something on the energy readings on this Cathar's Body. The other, seemingly typing in a report on some terminal and recording any possible changes in the Cathar's condition.

The Cathar was connected to the Vital Sign reader. The Cathar looked to be in some coma, judging by the noticeable lack of higher brain activity aside from autonomic functions like breathing. What was seen on the vital monitor was that there was an unusually large amount of the bacterium "Midichlorians" located within her cells in artificially large amounts. They are notwithstanding that it would likely have caused significant damage to lock in these Midichlorians conventionally, but by what the reports have spoken of in the manuals. This entire situation was no mistake.

The Report to the Medriaasi read that the subject before them had unlocked the secret to finding the treasure trove of Iokath. The sacrifice of her men to do so. So it was likely deduced, the information was implanted into the Cathar's mind and merely waiting to be unleashed.

The Doctor standing, typing on the ConsoleConsole, turned to his compatriot. He let out an audible sigh before speaking.

"Securus, It appears that she is in a deep coma. Likely a side effect of sensory overload back on Yavin 4. I may have deduced a way to wake her up from this coma."

The Second Doctor, holding the energy reader, turned aswell and gave a somewhat bland reply.

"I'm reading unusual brain activity and strange amounts of convulsions in her fingers, pectorals, and abdomen areas. Nerve reports that there is hardly any damage to them. I believe it might have something to do with involuntary electrical signals being sent from the subconscious. Anyway- What do you think will wake her up?"

The First Doctor Nodded, He continued:

"Twelve CC of Urcinia Rexus. Not exactly designed for humanoid usage, but I think its ability to cause immediate recovery of senses may cause her to awaken."
The Second Doctor retorted

"I'll grab it."

He turned toward the series of cabinets next to the sink. He marched over toward it, examining the labels on the drawers with his finger. With his fingers gliding along steadily amongst the white plated sterile drawers idly searching for the Ursinia Rexus, he eventually found the drawer he was looking for. He opened it and grabbed out the IV bag. On it, labeled in clear markings were the words: "Not for Human Use 12CC." He gripped the bag and promptly traipsed toward the IV inserter on the Medical Pod. He pushed his hand against the exterior of the IV Holder, pushing it open. He then slotted the IV Bag in place, Connecting it to the built-in circulatory system. He promptly loosened the endcap to that IV Bag. Allowing its contents to flow into the needle, which was implanted into the Cathar's Arm.

A few agonizing seconds would pass as the bubble of liquid slowly flowed into the Cathar's Veins. She suddenly perked up inside of the pod, with her eyes flying open within a nanosecond. She twisted her head toward the Doctor, who was stunned to see such a fast awakening. Only corrected when the Doctor operating the ConsoleConsole nudged him aside and opened up the Medical Pod, exposing its occupant to the open air.

The Cathar inside was now fully awake. She was incredibly small, tiny by comparison to the doctors who stood nearby — her fur a pale white with black markings. But her eyes blazed a firey evil that was unnerving to even gaze upon. The Doctor who opened the pod addressed the woman who lay limply inside of the medical pod.

"Xzaien? You're safe now. There was a huge accid-"

He was promptly cut off by Xzaien. She firmly told him:

"I know where Iokath is. Untie me now, and we'll claim what is mine."

The Doctor nodded, his aide moving alongside the pod, unlashing Xzaien from it and allowing her to move freely. That Xzaien did. She turned toward the door leading out and moved upward into a sitting position. She gazed down briefly at her hands and then at the door in front of her silently. As if gauging where she was, she peered around at the room around her and caught sight with the planet they were orbiting in the far distance. Its blue atmosphere gazing back with a vengeance. She let out a sigh of relief. She was within the hands of her followers. Xzaien attempted to stand. Her knees were buckling as she tried. The Doctor came to her side, helping her up, with her only responding with a nod. She stood at full height now and took this moment to pop a few joints in her neck, back, and hands. She then looked down, catching sight with her appearance naked save for a bra and panties with her only letting out a moderately angered growl. The Doctor took the initiative here, by moving toward the dresser nearby and pulling out Xzaien's signature blood-red attire, freshly washed of dust and blood. Xzaien immediately gripped the robes and threw them on. Letting her hair drape down to her shoulders, unburdened by a bun she was so fond of. With some lengths of hair falling over her eyes only to be corrected and tucked behind her tall elf-life ears as she made her way toward the door.

The Doctor piped up behind her.

"Ma'am. There are two Bounty Hunters who came here looking for you."

Xzaien nodded, not saying anything as she walked out the door and plodded along the white corridor. Her eyes squinted to block out the excess of light reflected by the bright white walls. She made her way toward the door at the end of the hall, labeled with the words: "Waiting Room," she walked through the door lazily. She was greeted with a nearly empty room. With her four original friends there to greet her. She was surrounded instantly by them, them being;

The Sith Officer,
The Bothan Spy,
The Cathar Hunter,
and the Mandalorian Crusader.

With each of them speaking ununderstood words toward her, Xzaien could only nod along as she attempted to make her way toward the central atrium nearby. That she did, followed by her close friends.

She entered the central atrium, it was built in a low G environment and most notably had a lack of patients save for two armored bounty hunters. Xzaien made her way toward them, attempting to smile despite her tiredness.

"Salutations Dear Friends. I assume you have heard the call?"

The two hunters nodded, The first being an extraordinarily big and bulky built Trandoshan, and the other an average-sized Mandalorian poser who wore unpainted munitions armor. It would seem that both of them were to help Xzaien along in her quest for power.

Mephetch was idly playing with the token he had been given a few days before to arrive there when the woman approached them. He stood up and gave a light now of respect, a wide smile stretched over his muzzle. "Missss Xsssaien, I'm glad to sssee that you've recovered from your injuriesss. I'll be honessst, when the Medical offissser took you away in the medical pod, I wasss genuinely worried for your well being... And alssso for my payment" he said, adding the last part jokingly and chuckling softly. He was wearing his usual armor, his blasters attached to his belt and vibrosword on his back.

Ento looked on observantly, a cocky half-smile lying on his face as he adjusted his false armor. He shot a glance towards both the massive Trandoshan stood beside him and the milky white Kathar as she entered.

"I was beginning to think you would never wake up, dear Xzaien. I look foward to our forthcoming endeavors...And my payment as well, of course." Said Ento brashly, with a hint of sarcasm.

He was ready to leave this medical facility and eager to collect his rewards once they inevitably completed their goals without a hitch. Ento, of course, concealed his sparkling silver and matte black lightsaber hilt below his Mandalorian disguise.

Yunari...I'm coming for you. Caran's teeth clenched as his hands pushed down the levers on the ancient cockpit's panels. The hull of the ship groaned as the lights dimmed throughout the ship as the power was reverted to the ship's engine systems. Things had not gone to plan, the smuggler had lost everything and now the galaxy seemed destined to hunt him down.

"You're beating yourself up right now," The oranged furred Ardennian that manned the co-pilots chair responded without even a glance towards the aging Imperial. Caran hated how well the little monkey seemed to know him.

"I'm not," he stammered with a huff as he kicked back in his pilot seat, his icy blue eyes fixated on the slip stream of stars that passed by them, "I'm not..."

"Look, I don't have to look at you to know when you're slithering words out of your teeth like a Gizzak," Tyio turned towards the former Imperial giving him a sharp look, "What happened wasn't your fault...Anything could have..."

Caran's eyes shifted towards his long time partner as a sneer formed on his face, "Yaroshi station was a trap, and Meeps and Junmo are dead because of it...Oddi vanished and they..." He paused for a moment. His friends were dead, a girl he had sworn to protect had vanished, yet his mind had focused on the pink skinned Zeltron that he had barely known. Once a batha muck, always a bantha muck.

"This is about that holo-actress," the monkey pilot responded with a sigh, "Caran I've known all a long..." The alien would shake his head as he slumped back into his seat, "We can't bring back the others, but we can find her and then we take out The Unakiis and we figure out a way to pay back the hutts and the banking clan. We're in this together."

Caran nodded as he closed his eyes, he knew he didn't have to respond, the two of them had no choice but to stick together, they were both dead men walking, and the galaxy always had those yearning for more credits. Caran only wondered if when the time came, could he bring himself to sacrifice it all for his closest friend?

67a61b7cd9308bac0d617badf9c4e320dd338894_hq.jpg
But, it was a crack through their communication display that jolted any thoughts and reflections aside. A static blue image of an armored man would appear before the two of them, his blank visor seemed to peer into the heart of the Imperial. Caran peered out of his viewport to see that they had exited hyperspace and had coursed off track. Blast, did the hyperoutes miscalculate the jump...His teeth clenched with anxiety as he peered back towards the image.

"You have entered restricted space, state your shuttle name and clearance code." The voice cracked.

The two smugglers peered towards each other, their eyes wide, "Captain Caran Malo of the Centennial Convor, it seems our ship had a malfunctioning hyperjump, we'll be out of your hair shortly." Caran responded as he flipped through the various nobs and controls on the board.

"That's a negative Captain, protocol states we must bring you in."

"I don't think we have to go that extreme..." Caran paused at the screeching sound of fighter ships came into view. Kriff, this isn't good.

"Fall in line Convor," the image would respond before flickering away. It seemed things were about to get interesting.

"Spotted Heavy Fighters"

If anyone bothered to peer through the window to the outside world beyond, the eagle-eyed among the group could spot one singular freighter pop in unannounced from hyperspace. Directly into Medriaasi Space, however, the response time was rapid as an unusual dropship sized vessel was scrambled to meet that freighter. Alongside a wing of about four unfamiliar heavy fighters bearing the same symbol as seen on the coin, that one enigmatic hooded figure gave them that summoned them to this set of coordinates. Whatever it be, the gawking would be cut short by Xzaien rubbing her blood red-eye and tiredly articulating in a hushed tone.

"Mr. Mephetch- I am I glad to see you, I had thought you were along only to merely gain money from the last venture on Yavin Four. Nevertheless, you were paid well for your services, and you have appeared to answer the call to duty. Excellent. As to you, Mr. Oki, It would seem that my followers picked out another Sith. I do hope that you surpass the abilities of the last one as she wasn't the most... cordial of Sith. I hope you understand."

She turned toward the woman at the desk, a Bothan. She roared to her in a loud, dry voice.

"Get the Explorers and surveyors on the ship now. We are heading for the Great Yellow Jewel of Iokath."

The woman behind the desk perked up and nodded quickly, speaking a broken basic dialect. Words such as "Yes yes" were heard as she frantically paged down to the hangar bay. Xziaen turned back to her entourage and smuggler friends. She was trying to make a smile, though somewhat pained and fatigued from her earlier encounter with dark matter.

"My Friends, We are going out onto the exploration ship 'Reckoning.' I expect that it will be a long and hard trip, as our goal is located deep into the Unknown Regions. I suppose that from here in the Outer Rim, it will be a journey of approximately four days. Provided that we do not encounter any Hyperspace Horrors. We will be going along with a forty man survey and pioneer crew. This plan of us heading in first is to give some headway to the Colony Ships that will be following close behind to settle the surface of Iokath or perhaps any remnants of precursor cities that may yet lay upon its surface. Walk with me, my friends."

She turned and started walking toward the corridor leading toward the south side of the moon base. As they walked together, the gang could see that they were headed toward the "Central Transit Hub" for departure. As they walked, Xzaien turned her head toward them, addressing them and laying out the plan.

"Once the Colony ships establish their temporary shelters, I will be orchestrating the ecological recovery system that is to partition off toxic portions of the planet for recovery. Once that is complete, a hyperlane will be drawn toward Iokath from the mid rim through a gateway. And from then on, I better not speak of."

"The Science Ship"

Xzaien eventually leads them to the central rotunda. The hallway they just traveled from to ultimately expand into a massive circular dome, which allowed full view of the primitives on the Earthlike planet some billion miles away. Docked outside, visible in its bright white splendor, was the science ship. An entirely white ship, but with a single red stripe spanning from its hall. Inside the dome were approximately twenty scientists all dressed in lab coats sitting upon the lines of benches all clustered and speaking to each other about the discovery in progress. All of which were from varying species, Human, Cathar, Twi'lek. Members of all species were here to witness the finding of the millennia. Nearby were approximately ten survey engineers all dressed in casual clothing, and speaking about the restoration project and their job at hand. These men and women were mostly Human by the looks of it. Finally, Ten Medriaasi Space Marines stood at attention nearby the airlock to the Science Ship.

Eventually, the four fighters, as seen earlier, can be seen moving into escort position at the vessel's side. Guiding it toward the moonbase, who's lights flickered in the distance. Soon, they were hailed once more by the base tower, a male Human spoke toward them, his face exposed, and with a headset on his head.

"Designated Spacecraft Convor, welcome to Installation Upsilon 3. Do not deviate from your course. Our ships have orders to eliminate you if need be. Turn over control of your vessel toward us, and we will take care of the rest. We will guide you into Hanger Two."
It would seem that no amount of non-consent would prevent the Tower from slicing into the ship's autopilot systems. They would find themselves booted from the ships piloting apparatus with them unable to control their course. All in all, the ship would shudder to the right, making way straight for Hanger Two. Nearby the main dome. A few agonizing minutes would pass as the ship finally came to a stop outside of the Hangar's blast doors. With them slowly opening, revealing the energy shield which kept the oxygen inside of the Hangar. Soon, the ship's thrusters shuddered on once more and guided the ship inside, With its landing gear automatically extending and allow the ship to come to rest inside the Hangar. Their cockpit was direct forward to a platoon of oddly dressed Space Marines wearing an unfamiliar white armor.

"Medriaasi Space Trooper"

Soon, the man behind the screen would speak again, this time in a far more authoritative tone.

"Exit your vessel. You will be briefed on your situation once you have exited.

Ento observed as the stray ship was forcefully pulled into the confines of the Hangar. The Acolyte rested his right hand on top of his hidden metallic lightsaber hilt in preperation of a worst case scenario situation. Ento scanned the ship - it was worn, likely very old - and as he peered through the glass of the cockpit, he noticed the pilot donned the cap of an Imperial Agent.

"Well, this is an interesting turn of events..." Ento muttered to himself with a smug smile.

He eased up on the grip of his ice-cold lightsaber hilt as a group of Space Troopers, draped in a ghostly white armor with red accents, held the invading ship at gunpoint. Ento did not expect another to join their little brigade today, but depending on how desperate this newly found pilot was feeling, they just may have found one. Another option, of course, being that someone was looking for a fight they were not destined to win.

Mephetch chuckled softly at Xzaien's remark. "I'll be honessst, all that ssstarmap ssstory intrigued me. Ssso I wanted to anssswer the call onssse again. Who knowsss, perhapsss the people I work for could find that dissscovery... valuable" he said with a soft glint in his eyes.

As they proceeded through the station, he listened to the Cathar's words, clearly interested, and hummed a soft tune. When they arrived to the hangar and he saw the ship, he whistled, impressed. "Wow, nissse ssship! Anyway... with all due ressspect, are you completely sssure that thisss exsssploration won't end up with usss getting lossst in Wild Spassse or sssomething on thessse linesss?" he asked with a honestly concerned tone.

Just when it seemed things couldn't get any worse, the galaxy always found a way to knock you back down a few pylons, and for Caran and Tyio the galaxy had gotten quite good at it. The two smugglers glanced out of their viewports as a stream of white armored troopers surrounded the ship. "Well, we can't blast our way out." Caran would say as he gripped his seat.

"Never stopped us before," Tyio would grin towards the former Imperial, "This ship's nice, maybe we could take it for ourselves.."

Caran shook his head as he moved towards the entrance of his ship, "No, I got a bad feeling about this, stick behind me--let's just hope it's a routine check and we'll be on our way out of this dump." Together they would make their way down the ramp and into the hangar of the ship. It was massive and troopers seemed to move to and from various ships. This isn't the Empire, he thought to himself as he placed his hands into the air.

The smuggler looked like a mess, with a worn Imperial Republica Cap, Trenchcoat and blast vest. His hair and beard was out of regulation; he looked like a mess. His icy blue eyes scanned the crowd, noticing a mandalorian and a large Trandoshan beside a convoy of troops and a strange cathar woman.

"I don't know what this is about, but if we could hurry it up, I'd like to be back in open space." Caran smiled with an awkward laugh, "You're not the Empire, are you?"

Xzaien was only ready to get on board her ship already. Only that was, until she saw a multitude of Troopers make a straight B-Line toward the Hangar bay off to her right. In the meantime she would turn to her friends and followers. Uttering a few words.

"Mr. Mephetch. I assure you that any chance of us being lost in a warp storm or other similar problem is sixty eight million to one. There is nothing to worry about, I know the way my dear. Oh~ If you would excuse me for a few moments my friends. It appears we have a new visitor!"

She turned from her followers, making way straight toward the hangar. Following by her four closest friends, leaving both Mephetch and Oki. The both of them were tended to by a Flight Attendent, who appeared nearby. The woman was dressed in a flightsuit, with her helmet by her side. She spoke to the two of them.

"I hope you are both aware, you will be traveling in the 1st Class Section of this here ship. Over the next four days, you will be afforded the best living space and inflight meals that we have in store. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them."

One finished with the questions, she turned tail.

"Please you two, with me. I will direct you to your seating arrangements."

Meanwhile, in the Hangar Bay...

Malo's Ship was surrounded by all sides by Space Troopers. Judging by their looks, they fully intended to use their weapons if needed. At the head of the welcoming committee stood a single individual clad in Imperial Officer's Regalia. Which had instead of the common black and red accents, had white and blue accents. He was about sixty years old judging by the facial wrinkels and spoke with a heavy Imperial Accent.

"Welcome aboard. As you can see-"

He was suddenly caught off by a tiny red robed Cathar woman telling him off in a nonverbal manner, Infact he didn't just step away from the Cathar, he literally bowed his head toward her. Well, the Cathar was really short. About 5 foot two. Easily a head and shoulders shorter than most of the Space Troopers surrounding them. She flashed a cordial smile and began to dictate.

"So, You are the lost I presume? Not many know of this system's existence nor of its inhabitants."

She allowed them a response before opening her mouth again.

"You see, I know you are Sith. The fish out of water look, and generally confused expression is Sith. No matter. I am wishing for some extra crew members on this next expedition that I have. And coincidentally, there are two seats available. Ah- No questions? Good. Follow me dear guests."

Space Troopers around Malo would converge on him, literally pushing him along. Soon, they would lead directly to the main rotunda where the Science Ship was docked. Clearly, Malo had no choice but to creep forth inside.

Inside of the ship...

It was quite a wonderous abode to be in for these next coming days. First Class was beyond even their wildest imaginations. Total privacy, secluded suites and a swimming pool smack dab in the bay. It was amazing to behold. But, the bliss and awe was suddenly stripped away when Xzaien, and two Space Marines walked in. Xzaien flashed her characteristically friendly smile at the both of them.

"Gentlemen, It appears we have guests~!"

The Space Marines let Malo and his friend go. Meanwhile, Xzaien turned toward them personally and smiled again.

"Dear guests, I have affored every possible cost in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you do have questions, Do please ask Mr. Mephetch. If that is all, choose a suite and we will be underway."

Xzaien sort of sickaly let out a series of coughs which sounded painful. As she removed her hand from her mouth, they could see a bit of blood coating the corners of her lips and a certain pain in her eyes only seen in torture victims. But, she simply walked away up into the Bridge.

Soon, the ship itself shuddered as its sublight thrusters went online. And with a final groan. The ship detached from the station and boarding tunnel. Finally turning and hilting through space at a unknown destination... Meanwhile, the members of the passenger bay were allowed to speak now to eachother. A commodity seldom seen...

Ento had slept with one eye open over the past few days on board the first class cruiser. The icy clear waters of the swimming pool and the golden accents of the halls didn't distract him from the fact that he was riding with a couple of mercenaries willing to do nearly anything for a couple of credits...much like himself. One of course being a 6'6" 350 pound piece of Rebel scum and the other being a Sith, also much like himself. And Ento knew himself well enough to know a Sith should never be trusted. Though the accommodations that come with a free ticket in high class deep in the Unknown Regions have been great and all, Ento was ready to get off this ship. But in the meantime, he knew he had to figure out the intentions of the stragglers Xzaien decided to kidnap from the infinite outside. Ento, Mandalorian helmet on and lightsaber concealed beneath his fatigues, strutted over to the old Imperial Agent.

"So where were you headed before the Cathar decided to pick you up?"

He didn't expect an honest answer from the rather shady elder Imperial, but Ento would know whether he got one or not. All the Acolyte cared about was if this fellow Sith would get in his way or not.

Mephetch had honestly enjoyed these four days of travel, and he took advantage of that to talk with the scientists and other members of the crew who participated to the mission. Honestly he was curious about what they thought about the upcoming discovery, and listened to them with interest despite the fact that he didn't understand much of the scientific terms and such.

OOC: Sorry for the delay in posting, a lot of traveling for work on my end.

Four days of constant travel, Tyio and Caran had mostly stuck to themselves. It seemed that someone with a lot of credits had taken them captive, and if they were anything like the Empire, they were most likely up to something no good. It seemed the crew had left their ship alone, but it was heavily guarded, making it near impossible to try and sneak away to it--besides trying to leave while in the middle of a hyperspace jump would be a death wish. Their best course of action would be to lay low and try and not ruffle any feathers.

On the fourth day of travel the two smugglers had sat outside of their quarters, playing a game of Pazzak, a cigara hung from the smuggler's lips as he flipped his cards over. His icy blue eyes shifting up to see the Mandalorian approaching them. Pulling the smoke from his lips, the smuggler would lower his eyes, "We were trying to jump to the Corporate Sector," he'd respond truthfully, "We took some heavy fire from some pirates a while back and our hyperdrive hasn't been the same. Seems it misfired and we ended up in force knows where." He'd lean back in his seat as he crossed his arms, "Whatever this is, we're going to stay out of it."

"Quite frankly, straggler, I'm not sure participation here is your choice as long as you're trapped on this ship."

Ento continued on past the Paazak table, still cautiously admiring his surroundings. He shot a glance at the Trandoshan and a couple of the nearby flight attendants. The young Sith still was not sure whether or not he could trust the newcomer, but he suspected the Imperial's story was truthful, though perhaps not the full truth. Ento did not plan on revealing the details of why he and Mephetch were on board here, however. He figured Xzaien would let their new friend know when the time was right.

"Flight attendant! How much longer on this rust bucket?"

The holo monitor in the main cabin revealed their progress on their location and progress. They were approximately five minutes from arrival. It was just about 5:00 In the morning and most of the crew were hidden away in their respective quarters. All that stood around in the cabin were service droids carrying out routine maintenance for the ships internals alongside a few mouse droids for on the go repairs. A PA voice sounded out in the main cabin.

"Attention all passengers. Report to Deck A for briefing. Repeat, all Passengers report to Deck A for briefing."

It was cut off in a nice sounding buzz. The gang still had a few minutes to prepare themselves and head on out. Once they were finished, a sudden jerk was felt and the windows changed from the blue tinge of hyperspace to a black deep space visual.

Iokath

The ship banked slightly to the right, revealing the planet before them. They have arrived to Iokath, the great hyperspace jewel finally discovered. As they came closer and closer, the eagle eyed among them could spot the landmarks over its surface. The world itself was a forested tomb world many hundreds of thousands of years old. Clouds dotted the deep grey skies in large amounts, covering up a sizable portion of the world itself. What stuck out while traveling was a large debris field around the planet in a nearly perfect concentric circle. Ships of unfamiliar designed destroyed by some unknown assailant millennia ago. On the planet's surface near the poles was a continent sized crater spanning from one ocean to the next, with only a thin land bridge connecting the remnants of the continent destroyed. The ship itself got closer and closer, revealing structures on its surface. Remnants of great cities, jutting tall across a sizable portion of the world itself. As they entered the debris field, those peering out the windows could spot remnants of a space port, blown in two by some gargantuan force. Presumably having to do with the massive crater planet-side... whatever happened here, be it disaster or super weapon it had a solemn and darker tone to it.

Interrupting their planet gazing, a Flight attendant reported nearby. She was clad in a hazmat suit, and clutched similar garments in her hands. She placed it down on the main table in the room, right near the improvised pazzak table. She spoke up, briefing them.

"Welcome to Iokath, the great technological wonder of legend. I am here to brief you all on the current situational plan. We are to touch down on the planets surface on its largest city. Code-named Avalon, this city is presumed to be the where the highest population was located judging by its state, we are the only visitors in at least ten thousand years. We will be locating and securing the main citadel for colonization. There appears to be a limited amount of background radiation, possibly from the event which destroyed this civilization long ago located around the crater zone. The entire planet appears to be ecologically dead, with minimal signs of life. If you would gather your equipment and put it on, We do not need a alien disease outbreak in the greater area. If this place is indeed safe, you will all be relayed information about the situation and allowed to take off the suits."

She turned and waited, once everyone was finished putting on their equipment they would follow her into the main service lift of the ship, leading directly to the loading ramp they saw four days ago. As they entered, the sound of classical music ringing in their ears as the lift descended to the main airlock sections of the ship. It soon shuddered before the doors opened, before them lay a open door, and a few columns of Infantry and Surveyors with equipment in hand. At their head, an Imperial Officer clad in a Hazmat Suit, standing next to Xzaien, with a clipboard in hand. Xzaien looked different, her blood red robes draped loosely over a red colored Hazmat Suit, her face was exposed behind the bubble helmet. She smiled at them. In the meantime, as the gang walked in, they were presented with each infantryman and civilian surveyor meeting their gaze with glances. Xzaien stepped forward and greeted them as the airlock behind the gang shut and pressurized.

"Greetings dear friends, and dear guests. Just beyond that door lies a treasure trove of technology and ancient knowledge untouched since pre-history. I am sure you are all excited to begin colonization efforts immediately in the surrounding areas. However, The surveyors will measure out the background information and levels of foreign bacteria in the environment. As long as it is within viable levels, I will give out the order to remove suits. Once that is done, we are to head to the Citadel in the main portion of the city. Its capitol building so-to-speak. For the inhabitants, We do not know of their current status. Planetary bio-scans read minimal life signs. But that doesn't mean that precursor droids are still up and about."

Xzaien looked toward the group of her friends. She stepped toward them, and rotated so that she'd face the exit. One of the soldiers pushed a button on the side wall, releasing the door. With a great metallic crunch, the ramp slowly unlocked its levers, a sudden rush of air was felt as the exterior pressure equalized with the interior. As the ramp fell down, the first visible sign of civilization was the very tip of the Citadel, split halfway up the middle as if hit by some outer-space rock. Then, the tops of ruined buildings, then the destroyed dilapidated buildings themselves and finally. The road. The road before them was littered with a gray brown debris, with signs of road wear long eroded by the environment. A dead city is what stood before them, the ground. Littered with broken glass and concrete. Once odd sign of civilization was this; Thousands and thousands of fossilized remains were standing upright, like specters in the wind. With many thousand others littered among the ground. The Infantrymen were the first out, blasters at the ready. They formed up a semi-circular defense so that the surveyors could get the readings in. They scanned the horizon, looking for hostiles. The Surveyors and scientists were the second out, with few of them immediately committing to field scans of the surround land.. After a few moments, one of them stood up and turned toward Xzaien, there he wondered up to her and showed her a holopad.

"Ma'am- There appears to be safe levels of radiation in this dead zone. No signs of any bacterial remnants. This world is completely sterile. It should be safe to breathe."
To test his theory, he was the first to take off his helmet. He took a deep breath of air, and seemed perfectly fine. Xzaien promptly ordered for the rest of take off their helmets, and what they smelled was amazing to say the least. The smell of soot, and burning materials the air was cold on the skin and seared to the bone with its chill. Even for a world as ruined as this, there were firestorms still raging around the planet ever since the cataclysmic event thousands of years ago.

Xzaien turned to her friends. Greeting them.

"Magnificent, isnt it? I do know you have questions so feel free to ask. We will be heading toward that Citadel in a few hours. So do ask."

Ento stepped onto the cold, metallic ramp leading to the freedom of the outside. He took off his hazmat suit's helmet and looked on in awe, seeing what was clearly a once marvelous tourist attraction reduced into rusted metals, suffocating dust, and ancient technology. A symbol of death and destruction.

Though Ento was Sith, and fed on the dark forces of the wide spanning galaxy, he enjoyed civilization. Seeing what this planet had succumbed too shocked him, even frightened him. However, he was looking forward to see what sort of artifacts would be lying around a city with no inhabitants for ten thousand plus years. Something valuable was bound to turn up, though whether that value be in the form of credits or knowledge, Ento did not know.

The crew's footsteps clanked and clapped down the large ramp. Approaching the deserted ground below, Ento found himself wondering what exactly was in store for them on this ancient space rock.

"An interesting find here, Xzaien. What sort of encounters should I be looking forward to in a city full of scrap metal and overgrown moss?"

The ever cautious and calculated Acolyte wanted to make sure there was nothing approaching that a few hazmat suits and a lightsaber couldn't solve. Ento was quite the cocky one, but he wasn't stupid.

Mephetch looked in awe at the landscape that appeared in front of them as they got out of the ship, the privateer holding his blasters in his hands, ready to fight any hostiles that would appear. When they were allowed to take off the helmets, he took a deep breath and shivered from the cold, still air. "By the Scorekeeper... Wow, that'sss quite... creepy, to sssay the leassst. Exssactly, what are we looking for? Treasssuresss? Mysssteriousss technologiesss? A map of sssome kind?" he asked inquisitively looking at the Cathar. There was definitely a purpose to this visit, not just some archaeological or colonizing purpose.

The former Imperial stepped past the group, his co-pilot at hand. His blue eyes scanning the destruction, and the sea of corpses that greeted their arrival. A Colony in the ashes, and I thought the Empire was taboo. His teeth clenched as the man walked towards a group of the dead. His gloved hands touching against the blacken ash of one of their shoulders. He hadn't seen such destruction and death since the day he was assigned to the destruction of that Mandalorian planet.

Though this seemed strange, the Empire hadn't taken out these people, there was no records in the Imperial Archives that he knew of. If this really happened thousands of years ago, then where was he and why were these people after some forgotten planet. The smuggler hated the feeling he got in his gut, things were about to get dirty and he had a feeling that this cathar wasn't going to allow him to simply waltz out of here.

Shifting back to the group, "I'll help you get to this citadel, you let me scavenge some parts off this scrap heap, give me a cut of credits and some fuel, and I'll pretend I never found this place or heard of your people. Sound like a deal?"

It was quiet. Far too quiet for anyone to even be even the slightest at ease. The wind blew through the long-since destroyed windows of the buildings above. To the gang's front, a large column of white armored Soldiers stepped forward, steadily making way toward that massive obelisk that stood in the middle of the city. Xzaien turned to her groupies. Uttering:

"The secret to immortality, my friends alongside knowledge of technologies unheard of."

She turned forward again, Only until Malo spoke up. She twisted her head slightly as she walked. Speaking an answer.

"Scavenge if you must. I doubt anything of value is in any one of these buildings. You will be well rewarded for your time here. And do not worry about your fuel. It'll be given back to you once we return."

All of a sudden, the lead man in the column stopped. His head was scanning the road ahead past the rusted hulks of primitive combustion engine vehicles. He put his arm up, signifying that everyone should get down. He popped down, and everyone who wore the white armor followed his lead. Xzaien peered up past the hood of an old sedan. She spotted something in the near distance. She turned toward her friends, eyes steady on Mephetch.

"Humanoids, Five of them. Armored, appear to be wielding primitive weaponry. They must be investigating why a ship had descended."

If anyone bothered to look up toward this spread out squad of primitives, those with a keen eye could spot that they were Humans through and through. With eh of them bearing odd insignia on their armors with at least two of them wielding blaster rifles and some advanced durasteel helmets. They looked about ready to kill, judging by their overtly cautious movements and darting heads. They held their weapons in the low ready positions. Meanwhile, they were headed straight down the stretch of road the crew had just come from. The conflict was inevitable by this rate.

They were ready to be ambushed by the looks of it.

/OOC You can shoot them now or let them fire first :]

The Trandoshan looked over the newcomers, clutching his blasters, and quickly ducked behind a large pile of rubble nearby. "Better if we take cover guysss, looksss like they won't give usss a warm welcome!" he yelled as then the humans noticed them and started shooting! The reptilian gritted his teeth as he held his blasters, and when the hail of bolts seemed to calm down, he poked out from behind the pile of debris and responded to the fire!
