The ride in was nervy to say the least, as soon as the freighter dropped out of Hyperspace near the Lucent space platform they were contacted by the control tower, asking them for their identification and to state their business. They were lucky that they had left straight from their encounter on Ryloth and news of the attack had either not reached the station or was just filtering through. So the group got through quickly, the ship coasting in to the docking area. As the clamps began to seal around the ship holding it in place and Valerie powered down the ship Freyja gathered them all around.

"Evelyn, Valerie and Devrum, you move down to the power core. We need it secured, no need to power it down yet, unless me and Tycho get caught out when trying to take out the Control Room. We will contact you if you have any issues." Freyja said as she looked into all of their eyes. "We need to move quick and hit hard, I doubt we will get far from the ship before we are encountered, so once the bullets start firing we are on a clock." She gave them all a grin as she hoisted her rifle up to her shoulder. "Valerie, open it up." She said to the young pilot. As the three heading down to the power core left Freyja grabbed Evelyn, "Keep an eye on that shoulder." She said before pushing her out of the hatch after the others.

Turning to Tycho, she gave him a quick nod before heading out of the freighter and into the space platform.

Tycho stood close to Freyja as the woman briefed the group on what they are here for, who is going where and what to expect. So it appeared that he will be with Freyja to take the control room. Well this will be exciting.

The man expected that there will be alot of opposition here. So his rifle, pistol and blade are ready for combat. His extra cartridges in some pockets that the criminal can reach them easily. As the first group was shoved out of the freighter, Tycho shouldered his blade in a way that he can easily unsheath it if he is rifle is disarmed in some way.

As the woman nodded at him, Tycho nodded back. Then proceeded to follow her onto the space platform. He can already feel adrenaline pumping through his veins as the man walked down the ramp. When Tycho got onto the platform he quickly started to scan the area to spot opposition as they arrive. If any do know about their arrival that is, and if they know about Ryloth.

The lobby that the freighter tube opened into was ramshackle, Freyja didn't expect much from else from a group of thugs and thieves, the lobby was a killing zone, perfect for pushing back any attackers, but luckily for Freyja and the rest of the team it was pretty much empty. She watched as the other team moved off towards the Power Core, they needed to move as quickly as possible, just encase the other group made contact with their enemies first.

Freyja headed through the first air lock into the main structure, she spotted a group of thugs nearby they looked over at the pair. Freyja dropped her rifle hanging it by her side, hoping to get by as another one of the gang. The Twi'lek who seemed to be in charge of the group nodded at the pair as they walked through, before turning back to the rest of his group and kept chatting away. She released a breath she didn't realize she was holding as they carried on walking through the first lobby and towards to the turbo lifts.

Following Freyja tonand through the first airlock. The man was quick to drop his rifle down to his side to look less suspicious. Though when a group of thugs locked their eyes onto the pair, it seemed that the twi'lek was not so sure about Tycho.

He can tell the Twi'lek was not so sure because his eyes remained locked on the man as the two made their way through towards the first lobby to the turbo lift. In fact with a signal from the twi'lek a pair of thugs stopped Tycho dead in his tracks as they grabbed his arms.

But one of the two thugs spotted the gaderffii stick he gained during a battle with Tusken Raiders on Tatooine. The pair of thugs released Tycho and moved back to their leader. The man took that chance to rejoin Freyja.

The turbo lift played a rather innocent tune as the pair rose up through the central structure. "This won't let us go all the way without a pass card so we are going to have to take the stairs the last few levels." She finished just as the door opened. In front of them were two guards, both had blaster rifles and looked quizzically at the pair. Then an alarm sounded, Freyja gave Tycho a look and then quickly pulled up her own rifle at the pair of guards, as the gun rose she squeezed the trigger letting out four bolts, hitting him in the leg, stomach, chest and neck killing him instantly.

She then pulled back into the turbo lift, for cover encase there was anymore in the area. The battle was on, the alarm raised, it was a time game now.

Tycho looked at the speaker that was playing an all to innocent tune for such a place. In a place like this he expected something more on the dark or heavy side. Not fluffy music. The man looked to Freyja for a moment as the woman spoke up, "Should not be a problem to take the stairs. We can clear those easier than some of the blokes here." He said referring to the fact that some of those in the place the pair has seen were overweight.

Looking back to the elevator door as it flew open, Tycho looked at the two guards. Glancing at his partner the man grabbed the rifle the second guard was holding as he moved to try to nail the criminal with it. Unluckily for the guard, Tycho saw it coming and was able to grab the rifle. The guard didn't have a very good hold on the weapon nor his finger on the trigger, making it easy for Tycho to nail the guard in the gut with the butt of his own rifle then upper cut the underside of his chin. Tycho then ripped the rifle out of his hands. Aiming the rifle he put four bolts into the guard, two to the chest, one to the stomach and the fourth to his neck. No head shots, but either way the guard is dead.

Tycho backed back into the elevator, "Well looks like they have noticed us a bit later than what you were probably thinking." He poked his head out of the lift to look around to see if he can spot the stairs or a sign pointing to where they are. The man spotted the sign and looked to Freyja, "The stairs are down to the right, and around the left corner." He told the woman as he shouldered the weapon he took from the guard and unshouldered his own rifle, his favorite rifle.

Freyjs looked over at the man, he was a capable fighter, something she was looking for. When this station was freed from his current owners, it would come under the control of the Galactic Alliance yes, but more directly part of it will come into Freyja's hands, the first stepping stones of her great plan. She needed men like Tycho to achieve the plan and help run the station, perhaps when all was said and done she would speak to ruff solider and see if he would be interested in joining her and Kara.

"Looks clear." She said peaking around the edge of the lift. "Lets go." She added before exiting the lift, heading quickly for the signs for the stairs. Freyja kept her rifle pushed into her shoulder ready to fire at a moments notice, it was now all about being the first to shoot. There was no second chances here. Turning the corner to face the stairs she spotted a guard exiting his weapons raised. He was slightly behind the door frame so the first of her three shots clipped the metal sending sparks flying the but remaining two hit the guard in the chest taking him out.

Reaching the stairs she stopped to check both down and up before signalling Tycho to take the lead.

Tycho nodded then followed Freyja out of the lift, "Right behind you." He told her as he followed the woman towards the stairs. His rifle raised, following his line of sight as he looked around to make sure no enemy guards or soldiers were coming their way. Their path was clear though.

That is until the pair got to the staircase doorway. The guard that came out with his weapon raised was taken out with ease though. As the woman signalled for Tycho to take the lead, which he would have done anyways, the man was quick to start climbing the stairs. It was not long when another guard started coming down. His weapon was not raised, but Tycho is not going to give the enemy guard any chances to raise his weapon.

Firing four bolts into the guard, one to his. Right ankle, the second to his left hip, the third missed it's target. But the final went into the man's right hip. Rendering the man useless and he fell down, his weapon falling down the stairs. So the enemy guard will no longer be a threat to worry about as Tycho led the way up the stairs. The guard may die from the injuries anyways.

Coming up to the doorway, Tycho slowed down a little just in case enemy troops are going to come through the door. When none came through by the time the pair got to the door, Tycho gripped the handle tightly. He glanced back to Freyja, "Let's hope no one is waiting for us." He said quietly. Opening the door they will find that the corridor the stairs went up to was empty. Tycho didn't like the look of it though, "You'd think they have troops or guards here with the alarm going." He mentioned as he looked up and down the long hallway. Stepping out slowly with his weapon raised, he switched to looking down both directions waiting for Freyja to decide the direction they are to go.

Tycho moved quickly up the stairs with the step of a man who knew what he was doing. Freyja stepped to the side as the body of the injured man fell down the stairs, from the looks of his wounds he didn't have long left unless someone got to him quickly with some Bacta. Freyja didn't waste an extra shot on taking the man down as she walked past his body. The pair reached the top of the stairs without any further action which was concerning. Freyja's nerves rose further when they opened the door at the top of the stairs to find no more combatants. She looked over at Tycho as he spoke. "Yea, this worries me, either the others are having a real tough time of it, or there is a trap waiting for us down there." She replied. "The control room is right, but keep an eye on our backs." She finished before moving down the corridor.

She slowed the pace from downstairs, she didn't want to run headlong into a trap that was for sure. She had a brief knowledge of the ships layout so knew at this height the floor shouldn't be to big so they were only a corridor or two away from the control center. Freyja could see a turn in the main corridor up ahead, she slowed even further as she reached it, taking a deep breath she poked her head around the corner before quickly diving back a hail of blaster bolts coming back in her direction, slamming into the wall close to where her head had been. She took a couple of deep breaths before speaking. "At least a half dozen, got themselves some cover from what I quickly saw. That's going to be a hard nut to crack." She finished still breathing heavily.

"Well this worries me as well. Either they have set up some sort of trap right here. Or they know what we are coming for and have set up an ambush." He chimed in as he looked up and down the corridor as Freyja told him which direction they are going to go. He walked backwards as the criminal followed her in the direction they needed to go, making sure no one will try sneaking up on them.

The man dropped to a single knee to make himself a smaller target as he continued to make sure no one will come up behind them. That was until Tycho heard the familiar sound of blaster bolts. Standing up the man's jaw clenched a little bit as he thinked through some options in his head.

Blinking he looked up to the ceiling. Grabbing an air vent he pushed part of the ceiling panels. The panel moved, "Well one of us could get up there and ambush them from up there while the other creates a diversion. Or one of us sets up an ambush point down somewhere down the corridor and the other draws them out to the ambush point." The man said as he came up with the two strategies. Though the second may not work.

Hearing footsteps Tycho moved so he was in front of Freyja, like a shield. But who could blame him for such a move since he saw the woman almost get killed? The enemy trooper must have been sent to see if they managed to get Freyja. But when the trooper came into view all they saw was the body crumble as Tycho put a single blaster bolt into the trooper's head. They really needed to think up a strategy, going straight in will just get them killed.

Freyja looked down at the body Tycho had taken down. He was a good shot and quick to, that was handy in this situation. She looked up at the air duct he had revealed. It was a good plan, looking at Tycho though it was clear she was the easier fit. "Give me a boost." She said waiting for the man to cup his hands to giver he boost up into the ceiling void. She slung her rifle over her shoulder as he boosted her up into the vent.

Pulling herself into the vent she looked left and right, it was a tight fit but she could make it, it was more of if she could get through without being detected. She moved quickly and as quietly as possible moving down the vent, there was the obvious sound of creaking metal beneath her and she hoped that Tycho was making enough of a distraction for her to get there undetected. Freyja reached a vent just behind the barricade, she gave Tycho some time to make more of a fuss before she would drop down on the group.

Tycho gave no second glances to the body of the trooper he took out that, the criminal guessed, was to see if they had succeeded into taking out Freyja. Well they certainly got two answers for that. One Freyja is still alive and two she has someone else with her. As he revealed the location of the air duct the man's smirked a bit remembering the times he used these somewhat secret passage ways to sneak into Imperial bases when he was a little kid. But now as he thought about it, he is a bit too big to fit into the air ducts so easily anymore. But it appeared that he did not need to explain to Freyja what he had in mind as she has seem to have already caught onto it, Tycho shouldered his rifle as he moved to help Freyja get into the air duct "Of course." He said as the criminal cupped his hands together and helped her get up into the new passage way that will hopefully help the woman go undetected as she used the duct to get behind the enemy.

Once she was up, Tycho unshouldered his rifle, rushing out from around the corner, he fired into the enemy troops and guards that blocked the pathway to the control room. They appeared to have been caught off guard because they scrambled to get back into position. In that time they took to get back into position after what appeared to be them getting ready to go to the corner Tycho took out the one trooper and where they almost killed Freyja. Tycho winced as a bolt rushed past his face, the bolt leaving a visible cut on the left side of his face. Raising his rifle again, the criminal took down two of the enemy with deadly accurate blows to their skulls, one bolt each. He then dropped down to a prone position to make himself a smaller, harder target to hit as they poured bolts into his location. But those that remained were the worst of the enemy troopers and guards. So all of their bolts are completely missing. To keep them interested in him and not in the sound of movement in the ducts, Tycho kept firing on the opposing troops to keep them distracted long enough.

But as they seemed to be noticing the sounds coming from above, Tycho got up and moved closer to the enemy, once again managing to catch their attention. But luckily this time he had a doorway to use as a protective barrier. With him closer now, the enemy troopers are solely focused on him. Giving Freyja the chance to drop down and take them all down. Tycho counted four left, but it was hard to count how many with how he has to pop in and out of the safety of the doorway and the fact the enemy is moving frantically as they try to nail him with their blaster bolts.

Luckily for Freyja the loud commotion Tycho caused kept the guards beneath her distracted and oblivious to her passing through. That was good, she shuffled further forward towards the grate that was to her exit. It was about three or four feet behind the guards, just far enough away to be out of their peripheral vision, but close enough to make her shots easy to hit. The worry she had was either being caught by one of Tycho's random shots, or if there was anyone else behind the blockage which would take her out as soon as she made herself known.

She grabbed the grate's edges with her fingers and gave it a short sharp pull up, the piece of metal dislodged quickly. She moved it aside to allow her to move into the now vacant hole and drop down behind their attackers. However it seemed that someone was standing further back than the barricade, as Freyja's head moved into the open a flurry of blaster bolts were sent in her direction. She moved back as quickly as she can but she took one to the left shoulder. She screamed out in pain, the duct echoing her voice a hundred time. Muscle reflex took control, as her mind tried to process the pain running through her. Drawing her pistol from its holster she fired all five shots of its magazine at the criminal. The double barreled pistol peppered the man's body, he was dead by the second shot but she continued to fire out of fear and pain.

Her breathing was short as the adrenaline from the wound ran through her. Taking a deep of breath as possible, she swung the top half of her body down through the opening, pulling the rifle from her shoulder she held it with one arm and began to fire down into the direction of the guards. Though if it was light headiness from being upside down or from the wound she couldn't be sure but her aim was poor missing the guards completely. Now they knew she was hear, turning to face her, she just hoped Tycho could take this opportunity to end them.

Tycho was hiding behind the safety of the doorway as he reloaded his rifle, well just started to reload the weapon when he heard Freyja's pained scream. There must have been someone at the point where the woman got out of the air duct. There was no way with how he had the ones he can see distracted that they simultaneously saw her coming. So there had to be one more that the criminal did not see because that one was possibly hiding like a coward.

Jamming the cartridge into his rifle, Tycho ran towards the enemy opposition that remained now that their attention is on the woman that managed to get behind their lines. The man was desperate to get to Freyja, and to prevent the enemy from killing her. Raising his rifle he fired four bolts into one of the troopers, then two into the one next to him. The two enemy troops crumbled to the ground. Tycho was in a full rage as he turned his attention onto the third, the one that was the closest to Freyja, sending two bolts into his body. The cartridge in his rifle depleted, Tycho ripped his gaderffii stick from its place on his belt. He used the weapon's sharp edges to bring the single remaining enemy trooper.

Seeing the remaining enemy crumble to the ground dead after receiving a blow to the head, Tycho put the stick away as the man looked over to Freyja. The injury does looked pretty bad. The criminal walked over to her, his breath heavy as he panted. Coming down from the rage that he got into, "That looks pretty bad Freyja." He told the woman as he walked over to her, careful not to spook her since she may be in a fear driven rage. He shouldered his weapon so that he appeared less threatening. The man carefully made sure that her weapon was pointed away from his body as Tycho looked at the wound, "I can patch you up enough to keep it from getting infected until we can get you to a medic." He glanced back to the doorway that blocked them from their goal, "But first perhaps we should take what we came for." Tycho looked back to the woman, "Are you able to finish the job we came to do?" He inquired, it was up to Freyja if she was not going to continue and leave it t the criminal to finish what they came to do by taking the control room. He will not hold it against her if she chose to hang back with how bad the injury is. But if she chose to continue, Tycho will do his best to make sure she is protected. There is no telling if there are enemy troops or guards in the control room, but with how the enemy troops in the corridor were being protective of these doors, there is a good chance that there is opposition in the control room as well.

Her half limp body hanging from the ceiling seemed to be enough of a distraction for the guards at the barricade as Tycho came charging down the hallway his gun raised his eyes wide with rage. She actually let out a laugh as she looked at the crazed man running towards her. The guards turned back to face their attacker allowing Freyja to swing down with her remaining good arm, she had little strength and less grace and more fell, than landed on the hard metal floor. She let out a hiss of air between her teeth as her injured arm jarred underneath her.

She was slowly pulling herself to her feet when Tycho, finished off the last of their attackers. The man's concern would have been touching to anyone else in the galaxy but Freyja was not in the mood, the pain lacing through her body pushed aside all happy or positive thoughts and only filled her with anger and rage. This fulled her blossoming powers allowing her to rise from the ground without the man's help. Threw gritted teeth she unloaded the power cartridge for her blaster pistol and slammed the new one into it, using her leg as a back board, her left arm now hanging limp at her side. "Of course I'm able to finish." She said spitefully towards the man, she had no anger towards him, the anger was against herself, she had made the noise which got her caught, not Tycho, it was just his idea. "Next time you can go in the ducts." She said a bit more joyfully as she began moving off past the guard she had shot and into the control room.

The doors hissed opened via the motion sensors as the pair approached them Freyja held her blaster out in front of her walking partially side on leaving her injured arm behind her. Tycho also walked weapon raised. There were no more guards inside, there was four droids and two aliens inside, the latter two hiding in the corner visibly shaking. "Secure them two." She said to Tycho waving at the aliens with the end of her blaster. Holstering the weapon she approached the droids, pulling the data slice she got from the ground base and passing it to the protocol droid which stood in the middle of the room. "I am taking command here, there has been an attack." She said confidently to the machine. The droid looked down taking the chip from her hand and inserting it into its torso, after a split second it looked up at her. "Affirmative Captain." "Storm of the Valkyries, now seal off all the compartments apart from those leading from the dock six to the power core. Once done, vent the rest of the ship, we need to eliminate the intruders." She replied to the droid before turning away and touching the comm on her ear. "Evelyn, Valerie, Devrium we have the Command Center."
